Met up with a friend here to catch some March Madness Basketball games. Even though the place was half empty we had to wait for a table. I would imagine that it's because they are short on staff. Once seated we had views of the games from all angles which is what I like most about this sports bar. Our waiter Jesus was a real nice young kid who quickly got our drink order. Once we got our drinks we ordered some appetizers. These came out fairly quickly. My friend got some onion rings and nachos with queso. He was satisfied with both so I will have to take his word for it. I got the Zesty Asian Cauliflower Wings. These are bite size cauliflower that's is coated in batter and fried. It is topped with green onions, green and red jalapenos. It had a Zing to them but not a lingering Fire. They were perfect for munching on while watching the games. The atmosphere is very festive. So much to say about Buffalo wild wings it's either a hit or a mess. The service is OK I guess depending on who's working that night in the kitchen and your food would be decent or OK nothing to brag about as far as the atmosphere. It's great to just sit down and have a couple of beers or just drinks in general and watch. The games definitely a must. I had a Caesar salad and a couple of other dishes the Caesar I had to send back because the whole lettuce was old and different colors but definitely not green smh. as far as cleanliness it's can definitely be better even on slow days they rush to wipe the tables down, and when I say white, I literally mean wipe, straws, hand wipe packets whatever falls on the chairs or the floor it's is left there tables are still sticky or even still dirty, cups have been dirty also. My son and I used to make a habit of going to Buffalo Wild Wings back in California once every couple of months. This is our first time doing so when here. The wings themselves were fine, we usually get the same flavors and the assortment is good on those. The place was very busy for those wanting to watch the various games on Sunday. We had to wait to get seating and then were told to sit at the bar (we could have done that 20 minutes before). There was only one bartender and he was EXTREMELY overworked. When arriving, the manager said "we have over 3000 wings we have to cook, to be patient so everyone could get their shit and be out" yes he said "shit" very unprofessional. I ordered online at 5:30. Pick up time was 6:40. I waited outside for 2 hours+ finally received my order and I was missing a side of fries and a drink. I told the employee (young chubby African American woman with locks in her hair) and she said that I did not order fries. I ordered the kids meal for my son and it indeed came with fries and a drink. It's a sports bar, so I try to be patient with the atmosphere, but it is really loud. If you're looking for a quiet date night, this definitely isn't it. That said, they do have good food. We had Carlos as a waiter and let me start off by saying he is amazing!! We had him before and he is so attentive and has a great personality for a waiter. I ordered the queso as an appetizer and the dip was fine but majority of the chips were chewy. I didn't even mention it because some of the chips were fine and my food came out fast. We called twice about this and no one cared. Customer service was poor and that is an understatement. The managers attitude was - if you come back we can give you ranch. My family surprised me with an early birthday meal here again this year. We were seated fairly promptly since we had reservations made ahead for 16 people. The hostesses were very friendly. The kitchen did have a few hiccups on the orders- April checked and she had placed them correctly- but the mistakes were corrected as quickly as could be done. I heard no complaints from anyone on our party on the taste or quality of food. I had the Hatch chile bacon cheeseburger. It was outstanding!!! The atmosphere was very loud, much louder than last year. It was a busy night, lots of people, and most had to about yell to carry on any kind of a conversation. I realize it's a bar, but that's my only complaint. No, I did not ask anyone to turn the numerous tvs down a little. As I said, I realize it is a bar atmosphere. Upon arrival, there are open tables everywhere, but many have finished plates of food sitting on the empty tables. I was told 30 minute wait, with open tables everywhere. When finally sat, the tables of dirty plates were still not bussed. it took 15 minutes before a waiter walked up to us and took our drink orders. After coming back with our drinks, we are told "they are out of wings". It was 7:00. How is Buffalo Wild WINGS out of wings? 45 minutes of horrible service, disgustingly cluttered tables as the ambiance, and to be told there are no wings is disgraceful. This is a true sports bar atmosphere - there are LOTS of TVs and on the weekends and during football or basketball season it is very crowded and can be loud. Get there early (5:30ish) to beat the crowd. The 2 of us usually eat at the bar where they have a large selection of draft beer and a variety of good mixed drinks. The wings are great and the All American Cheeseburger is the best double burger ever and comes with awesome fries. Service is good and the bartenders are friendly and do the best they can when it's busy, so bring your patience. The bar atmosphere is friendly, with plenty of nice people. Not sure the reason for the negative reviews, I really enjoyed lunch at the newer Buffalo Wild Wings location. I wanted to customize my order a bit due to a medical diet restrictions and our waitress, B, was understanding and my food was exactly how I ordered. I appreciate the time she took to ensure that everything was correct as I had requested. It came out in a very timely fashion; I got the brisket tacos with fries. Everything was warm and fresh, including the pico de Gallo I got on the side. Fries were crispy and hot! Thanks to B for a great experience. What happen to BWW. First batch of wings weren't done, even asked for extra crispy (perhaps they got it backwards.) asked to sit in open area booth to watch the games since they had us backed under the TV's with all the viewing tables blocked. Was told we would need to wait 30 minutes for the next shift to arrive. No problem... waited an hour and fifteen and was done with a few beers and appetizers before asking again since our game was coming on and was told again the same thing... 30 minutes for the next shift. We all have our experiences but we have been going to this same BWW for many years. Since moving to their new location we've always gotten great service from the staff and overall the food is above par with all the other BWW's I've ever been to. As for COVID safeguards my only concern was a lack of hand sanitizer near the bathrooms but other than that they were keeping patrons apart and all the staff wore masks. In addition they seem to have added precautions about bringing multiple orders out at once which didn't make our experience any less enjoyable. Although this is a chain restaurant my experience today was great! I have always been a big fan of Bdubs because of their carribean jerk sauce. No other wing sauce has ever compared to me. Our service tonight was great. Our waitress was sweet and when she wasn't sure what I meant with my drink order (deep eddy and soda) she made sure she got my drink order correct which I very much appreciate. We ordered chips and salsa to start (we came to watch football so staggered our food orders) The salsa is very good. I got the naked tenders with a side of ranch and carribean jerk sauce. I substituted the fries for the slaw. It did cost a dollar more but is fine... I was trying to be healthier. The slaw was shredded red cabbage, carrots and some sauce. It was fine but probably won't get again. My man got traditional wings with the same carribean sauce and our friend got the ranch Buffalo wrap with fries. She loved the fries! After many years of eating at BWW , this will have been my last visit . This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced. We were not greeted,was seated in very uncomfortable stools on a half table in the middle of the walk way . They have a new order at the table the 1hr 30min approx. time we were there the waiter visited twice it took 45 minutes to get two cocktails and by the time we got our food which was before the drinks , it was cold soggy and absolutely disgusting. We had got the ultimate appetizer and a chicken wrap for me and my wife to share it was date night and had a gift card . We wanted to have several drinks and just eat light . Everything on the plater was soggy and cold and nothing we ordered (customized ) was correct it was completely ignored and the chicken wrap was nasty they had completely drenched in sauce which was not a mild sauce it was so spicy you coughed and gagged . The drinks didn't have any alcohol in them and taste was subpar . We ended up waisting everything and didn't eat figured we had the gift card we would stop on the way home to get Something else to actually eat. We also had to pay on this mobile app and I put in the gift card and in gave the green approved notice and said what was left to charge to my debit card so I hit submit it immediately gave me the receipt and when I looked at it the gif card wasn't on there checked my account and they charged the full amount to my debit card . I immediately asked for the manager because only reason we went cause of the card and we didn't have the extra money to spend . Manager came over said he would look at it walked right back over and said it was already closed and nothing he could do about it which was a load of crap he could have issued a full refund or taken the gift card and gave my money back but chose not too . As we were walking out he went straight to waiter and called her out for crappy service as she yelled and defended herself . Worse experience ever today. We got a table just fine ordered and patiently waited. We had people next to our table order as well. Got half of the order first while our server Jenn just had the best talk and laughs while we had to wait for the other half of the order. She finally did and Robert(MGR) said all he can do for me is send me a 10.00 gift card in the mail PER THE GM. I ask when will the GM be in and he said tomorrow.
