Bar right in the center and always a side door for take out. Food is the same as anywhere but always check your app for specials or discounts. We got a sampler platter with wings. I got myself a bacon BLT. Sampler platter was typical fried bar food. And the wings are the standard small well over cooked style. The BLT wasn't too bad but nothing special to write about. I think I would go again if I was traveling and wanted consistent quality food at a reasonable price. It wasn't bad, kicking chicken spicy sandwich was good. To get 5 stars it has to be exceptional. I had to think about this review for a few days. It was good, nice restaurant, clean, decorated cute, good music, good service. The dipping sauces were not good, the only ones we liked were BBQ and ranch. The rest were funky. We ordered an appetizer of fried cheese curds... when the food came, I said to cancel the appetizer. Close to the end of the meal the waitress said they were almost ready and that they had a difficult time locating them. I again said we canceled them when I food arrived. Had to ask for our drinks, and the waiter had no idea what they were. Sandwich had obviously sat out for a while and the cheese had congealed. Meat looked dry and gross. We waited at the entrance for far too long before being acknowledged. A guy who was handing out takeout orders finally showed us to our table. I wiped my own table down with a napkin and dicovered an ant in our booth. When our food arrived the fries were cold and chewy, like jerky. The Patty melt was a disappointment. I was excited for the bacon aioli, but it wasn't anything to come back for. The Patty itself was under- seasoned and bland. So I've lived all over the USA. GA NYC NOLA DEN LA now PDX. Sometimes you crave the wing flavors you know always hit. Tonight I was far from Portland to do an errand but was craving the Hot Buffalo Sauce. It was quite busy for a random Thursday at 8:00 but some NFL games were on. Looking at reviews I was nervous but upon arrival the reviews made zero sense to me. It was an all woman staff that I saw.. (hell yea). So the attentiveness and care really made me happy to be there. I dined solo at the bar and needed to the use restroom at one point. I felt secure leaving my drink asking even one staff member on break near by to keep watch of my covered drink. It's hard dining alone so I always appreciate staff who make sure. The kitchen didn't do all flats like I asked but they remade it within 5 mins hot and fresh for me. The customer service I experienced was superb. The conversations were great. I'm unsure where these negative reviews come from because the staff very kind to me. If you come here on a busy game day.. give some grace. You know what you're walking into. We come here to watch fights when they show them! Honestly all their servers seem to not care and offer as little of service as they can. I will say, the blond bartender gal is always helpful when she does serve us and checks on us often. Very personable. The food is good and gets the job done but very standard pub. Wouldn't even give it one star. The servers were friendly, listened to customers, and did what they could, but the manager was the problem. The entire bar wanted to watch the UFC fight on the large screen, and there was no competing event that anyone was asking to see. Multiple customers discussed it with each other and agreed they wanted the fight on, yet the manager refused to accommodate the request. It felt less like a business decision and more like the manager was letting personal opinions influence the experience of paying customers. The staff tried to be helpful, but management completely missed an opportunity to listen to what the majority of the bar was asking for. read more

Waitress rolled her eyes and went to go get a straw. We got our order, but not our hors d'oeuvre . Waited over 10 minutes for food and had to ask for our hors d'oeuvre. Again waitress annoyed. Hand to flag someone down to get napkins and silverware. Waitress never checked in on us. Had to flag down someone for drink refills. Waitress started to be nice when we were almost done eating. They were oddly crispy for not feeling oily at all. The cheese was well melted. I wish there was more marinara included. I tried a few of my friends wings and they did not feel worth it to buy. We came in at 9:00pm. We wait 20mins for them to clear the booth (no one else waiting to be seated) just to tell us they weren't gunna seat us. When asked why I was told that mondays are slow and the waiter wants to get off early so they aren't seating anyone. Mind you they don't close till 12am. That's about 3 hours. It took the waiter probably 10-15 minutes to come over to you and ask us what we wanted to drink and then quite a bit longer to order food. Once we ordered It took a grip of time to get our food and then it was just nasty. There was no knives to cut the chicken. had a chicken patty chicken salad. There were no knives to cut chicken and they only brought one fork. Ultimately, we will not be returning for a substantial amount of time. The serve, the food, and the atmosphere just wasn't working for us this time and I'm just totally appalled. Our sauces were mango habanero and garlic Parmesan. The drinks came right up. Looking around, it's a sports bar. Lots of memorabilia and giant tv screens. What it isn't is noisy. The ceilings are tall and that likely helped. It feels busy but not chaotic. Okay, food is here. The mozzarella sticks were excellent. The onion rings were maybe a little soggy but good flavor. The nachos were underwhelming. They were seriously short on cheese. We got all mango habanero instead of partly garlic Parmesan. Verdict? They are short staffed, like all restaurants right now. I think the oil didn't get a full reheat for the onion rings because they were pushing out food as fast as possible. We didn't complain. First, they seated us instead of making us wait. 9/20/24 Ordered a pickup order this evening. 1 10 piece chicken & fries. Also ordered as a side order paying around $13.00 an order of onion rings with our total being around $30.00. Get home and of course no fries in the bag even though we paid for them. So disappointing in the service. On the receipt there is a place for an employee to initial that they have checked the order. Of course no one did this. That's why these people will always be in this type of service. They have no respect for their jobs. That pulls the business down with them. Done - no more. Usually the hostess walks you to your table but this time she just told us where to sit and walked away. Someone other than our waitress brought our food. I ordered an appetizer that didn't come out so I told him I'd like to cancel it. He told me to tell my waitress and walked away. Well the waitress never came by so I flagged down another server and he told me the same thing. I didn't see our waitress until she brought the check. The wings were over cooked and hard to eat. I asked for the lemon pepper dry rub and they didn't even put it on the wings, they put it in a cup on the side. Their prices have gone up significantly and they added an extra $1 if you want all of one kind of wing (flats or drums). This used to be a good restaurant but not anymore.
