As always love the wings in BWW .. we went for a team get together and it was awesome . Food was awesome as always .. loved the potato wedges , nachos, wings , .. fried cauliflower wings for the first time and it was sooooo good . Bean burgers were ok . Not too good but ok for a sports restaurant.. few of us didn't get our orders . I ordered wings but didn't receive it . We had to cancel those orders .. I hope the waiter/waitress can deliver all orders placed . If not for a few missed orders , it was a good place to eat . Lots of parking outside . Overall liked it .. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating, but 1 Star is the minimum. I placed an order on the Buffalo Wild Wings app on my phone for delivery. Got a receipt emailed, text message, and another text connecting me with the delivery driver. Driver texts me while already 15 minutes late telling me he had gone to the wrong address. Ultimately, food arrived over 30 minutes late and is cold. When I called to complain, the person claimed over and over that the restaurant didn't deliver and then hung up when I requested a manager. Then continued to decline my calls when I called back. Absolutely horrific customer service and I now understand why this particular restaurant has such a low rating. read more

I brought my family to watch a college football game. The place was suspiciously empty, but now I know why. 10 minutes after arriving, we still weren't greeted, offered water, or able to order because we hadn't talked to an employee. They're staffed adequately since at least 3 of them were in the doorway to the kitchen talking. They didn't appear to be visiting other tables either. We left for another sports bar. I wish i could give a lower rating. Every time i come here to eat wings they give me these old, stale wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for however long and sauced when ordered. I don't understand why they arent MTO. And everytime i ask for fresh wings they give me attitude tell me the bs excuse that they're double fried so i ask for them to be fried once and im given an attitude. every single time i order my wings, get old wings ask for fresh ones they bring me old wings again and then finally the third time they come out fresh. This location used to be a "go-to" for a good burger, wings, etc. In the last few years - the service and the food quality has fallen into the bucket. For this review, I'll speak only about the service. It wasn't great. It wasn't even marginal. We (two people) arrived later in the evening on Feb 14th. Way past dinner time or "Valentine Date" time. We weren't acknowledged by anyone for several minutes - in spite of the restaurant being nearly empty. When someone finally approached, she made no effort to conceal her contempt that we wanted to be seated and dine in. We were seated and it took several minutes before a server arrived. There were only 3 other tables with patrons at that time - I don't understand why it took so long. Sadly - it just took longer and longer from there. When beverages arrived (colas) we were never offered straws. Food took forever - probably 30+ minutes after our order was placed (nothing special about the order) and upon delivery, we had no utensils, no napkins, and no question if there was anything else we needed. The food was placed on the table and off she went. Eventually, I caught the attention of our server, and we got utensils wrapped in napkins and straws. We were never checked on again by that server until it was time for the check. My husband wanted a knife. After several minutes, I got the attention of the woman who seated us originally and asked if we could have knives. She looked at me like I was speaking a language she didn't understand, and again, with contempt that she was being asked to do something for us. She returned to the table with one knife. Surprisingly, several other patrons came in after we were seated. They seemed to receive food quickly - and got their checks quickly. We waited and waited to get our check - again, because for some reason, our server couldn't find 15 seconds to check on our table. Finally - an hour and 30 minutes into the evening, we get our check. I've never needed an hour and 30 minutes of my time to get a plain hamburger and six wings. Beyond all that - the restaurant looks truly run down. It isn't clean, and no one seems to care too much about adequately cleaning each table between patrons. If you all genuinely don't care about your jobs, or you hate where you work - go work elsewhere. Sad - but we'll be checking Buffalo Wild Wings Woodbridge off our list. read more

What could be improved you ask? Try just about everything.we arrived at 7:30 and g9t seated promptly....first and only star. Sat there for 20 minutes before we flagged down a server who told us she didn't know what our server was doing. She took our order and did say they were running about 45 minutes behind on the wings, but the the apps would be out sooner, as well as our drinks....two waters and a sweet tea. We got our waters promotly,but waited almost 20 more minutes for the sweet tea. My wife flagged another server down about 15 minutes after that and they said they were now running 75 minutes behind...mind you we had no food, to Include our chips and queso....how long does that take to make? Mind you, the restaurant was only half full of dine-in people and the rest was all takeout. The empty tables were a mess as nobody was cleaning anything up. About 50 minutes into our stay we decided to leave after only receding our two waters and one sweet tea. This place has really gone to crap. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy because even though I'd want them to get sick from the food, they'd most likely never get it.The 9verall atmosphere inside was just angry patrons who saw others get served food before them although they arrived 30 minutes before the other party. when people say customer service is dead... they are not lying. our supposed waitress Natanya acted like she didn't want to be at work today we sat in here for 3hrs half the time we were even eating. spent 15 mins waiting on a glass of water, 45 mins for our wings to come out and when they did we received the wrong order then had to wait another 20min for our correct order to come out. Review for take-out only, this was my first experience at this BWW and based on the experience it will definitely not be the last. Placed my order online, walked in and was greeted immediately. Gave my name and one person was ringing me up while the other made sure everything was correct. I had two gift cards and a debit card for paying, my cashier got through the process efficiently. I was in and out in three minutes. Took a bit less than fifteen minutes to get back to the house and food was still hot. Ordered thirty bone-in wings....ten spicy garlic, ten medium, ten orange chicken with sides of ranch and southwestern ranch and a bottle of sauce. Stopped in for takeout of a wing special- 20 piece boneless and 20 piece bone in wings and fries. The fries were kind of shoe string and dry. Although the boneless chicken was decent chicken the flavoring (teriyaki) was extremely salty. Like really really salty and would not order again- salty. There is no service here. I waited in the front to be seated as the sign indicated but nobody came to seat me. Theres nobody working in the front so i had to go get someone working there to do it. Then the waiter took my drink order but would not give me a menu. When she eventually came back she explained that i had to use a qr code on the table to order. The registration from that requires my credit information with the stipulation that if i do not settle the tab within the hour they will charge it with an additional 18% server fee. What service? This place is a complete mess and whoever is managing it needs some serious training, so the staff is adequately trained. We placed our order... an appetizer, 2 orders of wings, 2 sides. Almost instantly our sides show up, but no appetizers. When we ask why we are getting our sides first and nothing else, we were told that's just how they did it. It comes out whenever it's ready. That's great and all, but common sense says there's a certain order in making a meal. We went ahead and told our waitress to go ahead and cancel our appetizer then, and were met with "well they're already making the chips." There's no sense in an appetizer if our food is already arriving. Well after our sides were finished our wings arrive. They were average in flavor, came with the incorrect dipping sauce, and were room temperature, which I find hilarious since we were told the food comes out as it's ready. While waiting, l noticed a sign stating they don't cook the wings crispy but l didn't read the entire sign explaining why.. I received my order in about 15 minutes...the wings and wedges arrived nice and hot... Once home and eating the wings, l understood why people prefer their wings crispy... The wings were ok, but bbq sauce on wings NOT having any crispness, takes away from the entire experience of eating wings... What could possibly be the rationale for NOT cooking wings say, a minute or max 2 minutes more, if no reason more than to please MOST OF your customers, and if someone prefers them NOT crispy fine.. This line drawn in the sand by BWW over a product included in their name is enough to assure me l'll never be a repeat customer. Plus the wings as prepared were average at best. read more

I really hate to leave bad reviews but I need to share my past experiences. During COVID in 2020, I would occasionally crave wings so I would go into my BWW app & place a pick up order. At some point last year, the app stopped working properly; sometimes I wouldn't be able to get to the menu other times I couldn't confirm & place my order. So the next step after that is to call in and place a pick up order over the phone. Last year, nobody would ever pick up the phone! I would be on hold for 15-30 minutes and often times, I would just hang up & find something else to eat. Today I tried placing an order over the phone. When I called, I was about 20 mins away so by the time I would've arrived to the store, my food would've been close to done. The phone rang twice & a lady picked up and said "thanks for calling BWW, can you hold?" Instead of mindlessly saying yes, and agreeing to be put on hold for who knows how long, I said "no, can I place an order really quick?" Then the lady said "no, I need you to hold." First of all that was rude, so I hung up. Second of all, why would you ask & then tell me no? I drive to the store to place my order and talk to a manager because I have been having issues ordering over the phone since last year, why is the same problem still occurring? When I walk into the store there's like 8-12 people "working" behind the counter; I then asked to talk to the manager to voice my frustration. Don't worry, I didn't yell or make myself look a fool. I just explained my issue with the long hold times to order on the phone & that it's been happening for a while. The manager told me "sometimes we get busy and we may forget to pick up the phone again. If that happens just call back or ask to order with a manager. Also you can try ordering online." and that's when I knew she was saying BS to make me feel better. I haven't specifically worked food service before but I HAVE worked customer service & I can tell when a bunch of nothing is being said. I know there's really not much to do except leave this review & not eat there again but it's just so frustrating to see people "at work" and doing absolutely nothing. You can tell everybody only cares about being clocked in for hours. I don't dine in often but the table service is the same: slow and terrible. For those who know me, you would know that my favorite NFL team is the San Diego Chargers. So when they made it to the playoffs, I wanted to be obnoxious and go out and watch the game somewhere in my Philip Rivers jersey, even though it was playing on national TV so I could've watched it at home. We sat at a table by the bar where we were surrounded by TVs. The service was OK throughout our meal, it was a little slow at times but it was busy because of the game so I didn't mind so much. On the other hand, the food was underwhelming. We ordered the spicy garlic wings, loaded potatoes, mac and cheese, and jalapeno bites. For a wing place, their wings were mediocre. They were extremely dry and had little taste to it. The loaded potatoes were pretty much potato wedges with a slice of pepperjack cheese melted on it and the mac and cheese was worse than the Velveeta boxed cheese. However, the jalapeno bites were tasty and I could eat those again. BWW was a great place to watch the game, but I would probably consider another place with better food to watch football the next time around. read more

I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings when out with my sister and her family. Her teen boys wanted to check it out. This place has been kind of trashed in the reviews, but that was not our experience. As a start, they have a good selection of beers on tap and they brought out giant mugs quickly. For the main course, my sister and I shared the large wings with sweet bbq (about 20 wings) and a basket of onion rings. They have a really large choice of sauces for the ribs--we liked sweet, but lots of hot choices. In addition to the wings and rings, they provide some carrots and celery along with some blue cheese dipping sauces. Service was pretty quick and I thought the wings tasted really good--cooked really well and juicy (not dried put like you get in some places). I really enjoyed the onion rings also--it was a big basket and the beer batter coating was really nice. My nephews can be tough critics, but they enjoyed their chicken sandwich and chicken wrap--then their French fries were tasty also. As a bonus, they gave us game pads where we played trivia that was kind of fun (while the kids played some games). If you just want wings and beer, I would definitely check them out. read more

I am very dissatisfied with my experience today other than my server, who was very kind and understanding. I have worked for this establishment myself in Greencastle, Indiana, while attending college. My issues: 1. Table was sticky when I sat down, which is extra concerning considering we are in a pandemic. However, I did see servers cleaning other tables while I was here so, that's a plus. 2. I had to work way too hard to get silverware. Meaning, it was not on the table and I was not given an opportunity to ask for it until I approached the front to request it. 3. The salad was the nastiest thing I've seen in quite sometime. When lettuce is getting older, first, it wilts prior to breaking down and getting slimy. Today's lettuce was all slimy. The photo I attached of the salad does not have dressing on it. The lettuce is just that slimy. 4. The male manager was not helpful other than getting me silverware when I asked for it. I tried to show him the salad to let him know that the lettuce mix they were using needed to be thrown out but he dismissed me. He did not offer to make a new salad. He did not offer to take thee salad from me and instead instructed me to go back to my seat and tell my server to take it off the ticket. I found him to be rather rude to be honest. 5. I ordered naked tenders that were a bit undercooked. With that being said, I do love BW3s and will be back after I get the bad taste of this experience out of my mouth. I have only been to this specific establishment one time previously. However, the experience was entirely different. Meaning, the quality of the food was good and I had a very pleasant interaction with a female manager (I believe she had blonde hair). Therefore, I am hopeful that when I return, I will have a pleasant experience once again. Lastly, prior to becoming an attorney, I supported myself by working as a server for over 10 years in a wide range of establishments (white tablecloth down to Pizza Hut), because of this experience, I have a better sense of whether a restaurant is running smoothly or not. Today's experience made it clear to me that this establishment is not running smoothly. I understand we are in a pandemic and I am so grateful to not be serving for income at this point in my life. Wow what a horrible experience! Do not go here. Our waitress was really nice. However, she put our beer order in and 15 minutes later we asked about our beer as the bartender was flirting with a guy and not filling orders. Then the guy she was flirting with got into a verbal altercation with another patron. The other guy was nutz but this guy was egging it on to the entire room. After 20 minutes of yelling across the bar the manager apologized to the guy who was egging him on. They also forgot our wing order. When I told the manager afterward he should have called the cops he said he did...but I watched him and he never talked to them on the phone. I've been to a couple of BWW but not this one since it opened. I was surprised how quickly my family and I were seated though. They told us it would be about 45 mins before we got a table but within 5 mins or so we were seated and that was during the NFL Playoffs. We ordered a couple of appetizers.. Mini corndogs which are always good,spinach &artichoke dip decent a bit on the salty side portion was a bit smaller then most restaurants,soft pretzels, nice crunchy exterior and a nice soft center, basket of French fries ' can't really mess up fries. Wings: Spicy Garlic(my fave flavor),Jammin Jalapeño( a newer flavor wasn't really as spicy as I wanted it was a bit of a sweeter glaze), Hot BBQ and Honey BBQ both good flavors one is more tangy and the typical honey bbq both I be live to be tomato based. Wing size was decent I've had large ones in Richmond,va. Our server was decent at first but she kept disappearing because she had multiple tables.She didn't seem to know how to multitask but lucky for us it gave us time to watch the game. This is the end of the road. I remember when this place opened it used to be great. Today was the final straw. Ordered door dash delivery the wings showed up cold. Fries with cheese where a joke. Literally so far below standard it's a joke. We paid for cheese so instead of actually putting cheese on the fries they put a PINCH of cheese on the corner of the fries and a cup of cheese that we never asked for. Finally to top the whole thing off they completely forgot part of the order. This place is so far below standard of any Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. The last two door dash orders have been wrong and the service last time we went in was absolutely terrible. Never going to be a customer at this location again such a joke.
