We are from Columbus and had traveled to Zanesville for the weekend for a tournament. We really enjoyed it here. We visited this BW3 during a Nations Baseball tournament at River Park last summer where our Pickerington Big Katz won the championship against Hilliard Colts Red and we celebrated here. The server was very nice and she got everyone's drinks quickly and the food was great. We all tried a variety of wings and burgers and they were delicious. It's a spacious restaurant and we sat in bar area where TVs were everywhere. We never waited for refills and everyone enjoyed the meal. Went there to watch a football game. The big screen tv's have a very poor picture quality. The wings were dry like they had been under a heat lamp for awhile. Service wasn't bad. I'll find a new place to watch the games. read more

This was probably one of the worst visits ever. They sent half of our food to the wrong table, then the manager comes out explains that they are having some issues and that he will put a 15% discount on the bill. The bill come says 15% = $1.39 discount on a $70.08 bill. WOW! read more

My BF and I love Bdubs. We go here at least once a week and we always order wings which are the best, but the rest of the food is really good too, they have a dry vinegar rub of some sort for their fries... I end up eating the dropped particles with a licked finger at the end of it. The only downside I can really complain about? If you are a nacho lover, do not order the nachos here. You will be sorely disappointed. Edit 2012: The new location is a bit depressing. The parking lot is a mess and the entire inside is an assault to your eyeballs, if not your entire senses, also seems a bit smaller. Well... not the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. I sat at the bar. Sarah was my bartender. Sarah did a nice job was polite and reasonably attentive. I ordered a small traditional hot order of wings and a side of rings. Based on my experience in other wing establishments, it took a while to get my order. When it finally arrived I received 8 drumsticks and 2 flats. Being a flat man I wasn't thrilled. The wings were nice sized (better than they used to be) and lukewarm. After 4 wings were down my wings were cold. My onion rings were quite tasty. Hot and flavorful. I would rate this establishment no more than average. Don't get too enthused here. read more

We visit this location a few times a year to drink beer, watch sports and eat wings. The service is usually very good. Our problem always has to do with how long It takes the food to arrive. This visit it was over an hour for some deep fried foods and a burger. We will probably continue to come just wish they were speedier. read more

Came here to watch the soccer game (go USA!) and was a little nervous based on some of the reviews. The bartender was great! I told her I was going to order wings to go and would like to have them by halftime so I can get back to the hotel before the second half. My to go order came out just at halftime. Our waitress (Monica) was very rude. She brought us drinks and took our order and we didn't see her again for over an hour. The table beside ours left and she got upset with them because they told her she hadn't talked to them since they got here, and she refilled our drinks and slammed them down on the table. I love this place. I never really went to Buffalo Wild Wings when it was in that small location before, except for once. When they opened up their new location we started going there. I love the atmosphere, especially being a sports fan. I always get the jalapeno pepper bites with the southwest ranch sauce, and they are awesome. Then I always order the Jack Daddy burger, which has a burger, pulled pork, onion rings, and BBQ sauce. Their pulled pork is great and would highly reccomend. I do have to say that I'm not a big fan of their fries and always substitute with more onion rings, which are also very good. This is a great place to eat in Zanesville. read more

This place is great. It has plenty of TVs so you can watch a number of sports. The wait staff treated us super. Quick to take our order, returned to the table a number of times to check on food and drinks. I almost always get wings here is they are the best....nice size good flavor. The owner was there and went to the tables to make sure every thing was good. The original parking was limited but a lot more has been added. Just sayin this is one of my favorite type places when not looking for white table cloth restaurants. read more

For a chain location and popular place you would think they would have it together. Visited this location for lunch with hubby, daughter and her friend. Service was good; beer was cold. However food was horrific...and could have made us very ill. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, BBQ pork sliders, kids tenders and kids Mac n cheese. Meals came out, with the exception of the chicken sandwich...was informed by the manager that there was "an issue" and they were dropping another one in. Pork sliders came out wrong, so first mistake. When buffalo chicken came out, it appeared ok. Cut the sandwich in half, and it was RAW in the middle...looked like complete jelly. Manager came over, was appalled! Needless to say, none of us ate-appetites were ruined. Meal was free, with exception of beer and received a $30 gift certificate for future use. I discovered this place a few months ago...and got hooked on their boneless wings! Love wings and a bucks or brownies game here a couple times a week. Service is usually good. Then there's tonight. One of the members of my party uses their military ID to order a beer and the waitress explains that per bww policy they can not accept anything but a license for alcoholic beverages. I say that's absurd. If not for the military we wouldn't have the freedom to have beer, wings and sports. I asked to speak to the manager about this most stupidest of policies I've ever heard in my young 32 year life. He immediately came about and apologized for the misunderstanding. It most certainly is not their policy to not accept military ids. He informed us that the waitress clearly was misinformed and needs more training. I clearly agreed. We got a beer on the house. That was nice. However, I'm giving four stars here because the waitress NEVER even acknowledged she was wrong or apologized. I expected at least that much. You let me down on this one b dubs. Apparently at training the young lady got confused by the myriad policies that b dub's servers have to learn--do I blame her, or the policies and training programs of b dub's? I don't know. Good wing and sauce selection. Biggest draft beer selection in Zanesville. New location is not as large and is very loud and annoying for non-sports fans. Would be a 2 star rating if in wasn't for the beer selection. Take out available and recommended. Locals insist on calling this place bdubs and bw3's. One of the hottest places to go and drink after work in Zanesville, which is very sad. Try Bill's BBQ or Old Falls Inn for better wings. read more

The new store is awful. The old location was 4 stars, this one is a low 2. Food isn't as good, parking lot is flat out dangerous, and the interior is crammed.
