We got the Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese, Blooming Onion Chicken, Wild Rice, Pasta Gorgonzola, Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes, Vegetable Supreme, and the Caesar Salad and bread rolls. Our guests were losing their minds over this food. It was so properly cooked and seasoned! This meal will be one that we all talk about for years to come. Had 78 people at a local park on a chilly August 2023 day.... The hot buffet drop off was a HUGE hit! The guests LOVED both the Amos Italian Grilled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches. Hands down the best catering experience I've ever had! I messaged them via their website and got a very quick response regarding a family dinner on Christmas Eve. Kimberly was professional and thorough when completing our order. On Christmas Eve the delivery person was very helpful, on time, masked and gloved which I truly appreciated. I was having a retirement party for my husband at my church hall with 75 people and I didn't know which cater to use so I actually went on to Yelp and saw the great reviews for this place so I decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! Everyone, and I mean everyone, was raving about the food and asking me where I got it from. We had salad, rolls and butter, almond crusted chicken which disappeared completely, pulled pork which melted in your mouth, baked manicotti, summer vegetables, and roasted potatoes. They brought very sturdy plates with high-quality plastic ware utensils including the serving spoons and the forks and knives for the guests with really good napkins. We were able to order our food over the phone, consulting with Kim, so we knew we were getting a good variety of food that would satisfy everyone. We choose 3 entrees 2 sides and a salad for a very reasonable price. On the day of the party the food arrived right on time and it was very well wrapped. The paper products and cutlery were very high quality as well. The food we ordered, Popeye Pasta, Beef Marsala and Almond Crusted Chicken were great choices. All of our guests were very pleased. Sometimes it is hard to trust a name or proclamation of an organization. I mean we have all tried the best coffee of a given town, the best wings, the best pizza, and when it really comes down to it, you can name a bunch of other places that have a better product or service then the one proclaiming to be the best. However, in this case, Buffalo's Best Catering is probably one of the best, period. Well, not a period because I am going to elaborate. I am one of little free time and was in the middle of trying to figure out how to feed 20-25 people for my daughter's birthday party. Yes, I can try grilling 50 burgers, 50 hotdogs, a vat of mac'n'cheese and bagged salad. Then buy all the plastic ware, dinner rolls, napkins and ultimately cancel the party because I got overwhelmed and no one likes their burgers the same. To avoid such self-inflicted agony, I called Buffalo's Best Catering. Prices were tiered with how many main courses you want. Because I had vegetarians attending (that's right, my burger and hotdog option would have not worked here), I grabbed the top tier with Roast Beef, Apple Honey Chicken and Fettuccine with Broccoli. Roast beef was seasoned and cooked to perfection. You know it because it was sliced thin and in small pieces so you don't get half of a slice sliding off the bun, hitting you in the chin and dripping on your new concert t-shirt with the first bit due to some gristle that refuses to be broken. The chicken was great - but beware, it is not like a baked style - it more breaded. Although not what I thought it was, it was still very very good. The pasta dish was awesome. It even had non-broccoli eaters rejoicing as they piled through. The order came with plates, plasticware wrapped in napkins, garden salad, dinner rolls, rolls for the beef, horseradish, and salad dressing. Time savings alone, this was one of the best decision I could have made. Not to mention a week's worth of meals left over and everyone left stuffed. read more

I was looking for a caterer for a party for about 30 people.2 weeks prior,I went to a small wedding that used this firm.I grabbed a menu and 2 days later was all set up for my party.It couldn't have been easier.The selection of food is huge,but no worries,it seems they do it all well.we had the pulled pork,Amos chicken,beans and 3 cheese mac and cheese.So many compliments about the food,people were even grabbing 2nds of the chef salad,I mean who does that?The chicken was the favorite.Napkin wrapped plastic ware,plates and serving spoons and tongs included.Everything was securely wrapped and hot on arrival.Driver John was a bit early but explained it was because of anticipated traffic in area.Certainly better than being late.He set everything up and even went back to his van to switch a pair of tongs for a spoon for ease of serving.What a great experience with this company and their outstanding product,I would use them again if needed.Almost forgot to mention,for similar amount of food but no plates or utensils,BuffalosBest also had the BEST price per head that I found shopping around! read more
