I had purchased one of those 7lb cans of luxardo cherries to go with cocktails for the night and of course got cherry juice on my fluffy white dress and one of the bartenders deftly and quickly saved my dress with some club soda too! Our food amounts were seemingly perfect as far as I can tell (as advised by the caterer based on our attendee numbers) and we did a grazing menu: a great variety of delicious slider sandwiches, a bruschetta bar, two orders of charcuterie, two orders of cheeses, vegetable and fruit plates, and four types of hors d'oeuvres with enough for each person to have at least 2 of each.
