On October 22nd, a group of friends and I decided to visit Buffalo's Cafe for their all-you-can-eat wings and to watch the games. Upon entering, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, with only a few tables occupied. Our server was Courtney. However, throughout our experience, it seemed like Courtney was more preoccupied with her other tables than with ours. I approached her to request that one of the TVs be switched to the NBA game that was currently airing. Unfortunately, the request went unanswered until I asked another employee, who explained that the establishment didn't pay for cable or any other service for all the TVs, which is why only three of them were showing the game. Despite this, Courtney continued to focus on her other tables, neglecting our needs. We had to repeatedly ask for refills of tea and water, and when we attempted to place an order for the next set of wings, it seemed like she had difficulty processing it. Considering that it was an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected her to be more attentive to our requests. Not to mention the wings I received were drowning in sauce, I asked for extra wet but that didn't mean give me enough to drink. On October 22nd, my husband and I met with close friends for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Even though the restaurant was partially empty, our service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our waitress, Courtney, seemed uninterested in helping us. Wednesday night is supposed to be "all you can eat," but it felt far from enjoyable. When we asked if one of the six TVs could be changed to the NBA game, she asked a series of unnecessary questions in a way that felt more like an interrogation than customer service. Instead, TMZ was playing on most of the screens, which seemed inappropriate for the setting. It took an unusually long time to receive our drinks, and we had to repeatedly flag her down just for refills. At one point, my husband requested a refill of his peach tea, only to be told they didn't have any more and it would have to be made. He never received another drink at all. On top of that, our food arrived cold and below the quality we've come to expect. Overall, the combination of poor service, cold food, lack of attentiveness, and unprofessional atmosphere made the night very disappointing. We've always enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but this experience was not up to the standard we know it's capable of. read more

We were shopping in Hiram and looking for somewhere for a lunch date. We were trying to avoid chain restaurants but then discuss the reliability of the food from buffalo's. We shared two entrées. A 12 wing meal and a chicken dish. The wings were cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The chicken dinner wasn't delicious. We actually commented on how good our food was several times throughout the afternoon. I even have a little bit of leftovers to take to work on Monday because the portions Our server was attempted. It's not that I don't recommend them, but the service is horrible. I went there for lunch today, a guy who is maybe a manager had to go into the Kitchen twice to tell her ( Kaylei) she had a customer. Besides me, there was one other table, in other words, the place was empty. Apparently, she ignored the other table as well, because when she came out of the kitchen, they had a laundry list of stuff they needed. I was a regular at the Buffalo cafe in Macon, I also have been to the new one in Cartersville and Woodstock several times . I have never gotten a cheesesteak wrap this small, it was good but small, the fries were ok but just about all were small pieces. Last but not least, they Charge .75 for barely 1oz of chipotle ranch. When a customer is spending almost $17 on a meal, it's sort of petty to charge for a little bit of sauce. read more

Great food and great service. I was amazed that there was a Buffalos Southwestern Cafe in my hotel parking lot. We used to ha e one in Savannah and Dublin. Disappointingly, they closed done. I do have a pint glass that I bought from the one in Dublin and I used to buy their wing sauce by the bottle. The wings tasted just as I had remembered. I had hot and lemon pepper with carrots. I sure enjoyed my wings and hope to visit again if up that way! read more

Food is good but there has always been something wrong with our order. Wrong sauce, no sauce, no toppings. Service is slightly inattentive.

My most recent visit to this location was highly disappointing. I ordered the chicken wing dinner and requested all flats and got no indication from our server that it would be a problem. When the food arrived, I only received three flats but was charged a fee for all flats. At my request, the server did remove the fee reluctantly. Our server Kaylee was highly dismissive and cold. We had to wait to be seated at 4:30-ish. She said it was shift change. Once seated our server was amazing. We'd had her before. She took our drinks order and food (Brooke). The food was delicious and made correctly. Tasted great! We did have to ask for silverware. Husband ordered the All American Cheeseburger and I ordered the Hatch Chile burger both with Onion Rings!! So, after a long time of having not come here since before COVID we realized used to come back and get food to go. My wife and I are still careful about going to restaurants. I called to check if they still had the kids eat free on Sunday and Tuesday's. They confirmed that they did. I came in and placed my order to go and the total came up at the normal price. I inquired about the price and was informed that the kids eat free doesn't apply to take out orders. The server went and confirmed this with the manager. Basically, if you still don't feel comfortable going to restaurants you are SOL. Justina was the manager in duty. I spoke to her and suggested that they post a sign informing people of this policy. She said that anyone could ask for a kids meal for free. So, your argument is that loamy people would take advantage of two orders of Kraft man and cheese.... She suggested that I call and speak to the GM. Their food is not worth the hassle. read more

Well, kind of a mixed review here. We ordered some asian sesame wings, and a pig pile to begin. The pig pile were basically potato chips covered in pulled pork, pickle, bbq. Tasty. Nothing exciting but pretty tasty. The flavor of the wings were phenomenal and they were cooked just the way we like. Crispy skin and tender meat. I've seen other reviews saying that their wings are soft, as if they were baked. THAT WAS NOT the case. There were great. HOWEVER, they must be taking these wings from newborn chickens because these things were tiny. The smallest wings I've ever had! We both ordered the same meal: the Hangover burger. This was pretty disappointing, unfortunately. It's the most expensive burger on the menu, and is the first one listed. They are obviously trying to promote and push sales on this particular item, so we expected better. The bun literally falls apart. Usually bread has more density....this stuff just crumbled. The burger patty was not seasoned whatsoever. It was cooked well, to our desired "medium"...but that's the only positive takeaway from this burger. Overall.....meh. Service is kind and prompt. No complaints. Come for the wings, not for the burgers. They advertise all u can eat wings on monday and Wednesday, so if we come back......its def gonna be to try out more of their wing flavors! read more

We've been here before and the food was okay so we decided to try it tonight (NYE). Parking lot was empty, we should've known that was sign #1 we walked in the door and walked right back out. The bar is glasses in now and they've allowed smoking in there. You can smell it as soon as you walk in the door. Great for smokers I'm sure... but we have kids so we left immediately. Do not recommend if you're a non-smoker or looking for a family friendly establishment. read more

One star is too much for the horrible service. Even when the order was repeated back correctly it was wrong. I was ignored got an an attitude. I paid for one beer and left . I hope the manager reads this and understands why he/she only has a few patrons and their competitor up the street is packed. I walked in set down was greeted, served presented a menu etc.... Totally opposite of what I received at buffalos I use to love the place, but the wait staff and bar staff need training on how to treat customers. read more

Another chain, but surprisingly a good menu to choose from. Plenty of beer and wine to pick from. The chicken dishes all looked very well portioned and have a great and flavorful taste to them. I dont have pictures for this review because 1 I forgot and 2 we were rushing to catch a movie. The owners or corporate needs to do something about the doors to the bar area that lead out to the lobby area. When we walked in to the restaurant we were instantly hit with a god awful smell of cigarette smoke. It was so heavy and stagnant that it was suffocating. I have asthma and the heavy smoke smell can and will set an attack in motion. We asked to be sat at the back of the restaurant and you could still smell the cigarette smoke. It's quite unpleasant to people that dont smoke not to mention there were children in the restuarant area. The doors to that bar area need to be on the outside of the building not on the inside. I took 3 stars off for that because it was quite disgusting. The two stars which should be 4 stars is for the food and our waitress was worth 5 stars. I had the chicken tenders which were very good with the garlic parmesan fries and the Texarkana Corn which was delicious. My husband had the Canyon Burger which he said was good and it came with the Tumbleweed Chips and they were good as well. I really wanted to give this one a 5 star but I just cant, the smell of cigarettes was just that off putting to us. I probably wont be back! read more

This place is dark and dismal, the vibe is weird. The servers are friendly and accommodating, that's really their only saving grace. The food isn't bad but it would've tasted better if it was warm. Doesn't seem like they take too much pride in this place. read more

Been here MANY a times! I looooooovvvveeeee it. 4 out of 5 cause they have messed up my order before :/ it is what it is, but that doesn't stop me from coming back to this wonderful wing place of joy! The options are limitless! You can create wings, mix sauces to be made for your specific order. Hot, mild, REALLY HOT for the Cajun in me I like that the food is warm even with a 10 minute drive back home. I wish they gave you more carrots and celery but I'm sure you can always ask for more, I've just always been in a rush and never have. From what I hear they have a very nice array of drafts and other signature drinks. One thing that really caught my attention one day was that they had an outside lounge where a lot of older people were congregating smoking cigars. I thought that was great! Allowing people to just hang out and socialize is a great way for to promote your business and boy do they stay packed! read more

Today I tried Buffalo's SW Cafe and it was really good. The place is clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Not an eyesore. The servers are very friendly, all of them will help even if you have a specific server already. I ordered the Bbq Play Platter. It was delicious. It had a smoky taste to the pork and corn that let you know it was cooked the right way. It was great. The corn was juicy. The garlic parm fries were seasoned just enough, it wasn't too much. The food came out within 10-15 minutes. They also have television in there. All around this place is awesome, cant wait to go back. read more

So if you came here looking for some authentic Southwest experience, of course you were disappointed. You're in Hiram, Ga. where all of Northwest Ga descends nightly to stuff their diabetic faces. If one place isn't good, there's a hundred others to choose from! Bottom line, come here for the wing specials. Monday night is AYCE wings. Eleven and change for boneless, thirteen and change for traditional. Place is pretty empty on Monday night so the service is quick and friendly and the wings are hot and juicy. Put down 20+ and you've easily gotten your money's worth. Manage your expectations and you'll never be disappointed! read more

Just ordered takeout from here. Cancelled my order without any explanation after an hour of expecting my delivery. Cancelled without a call, or email or any offer to make it right. Called the site and can't get anybody to pick up the phone. I understand the issues around staffing and such but this is just horrible customer service. I have always been a fan of BW3s, but I am not a huge fan of football and wanted something better for a sunday afternoon lunch. This place was a great alternative. The decor was Western and amusing, although I would not call it authentic southwest cuisine by any means. I ordered a grilled entree, that was seasoned perfectly and a healthy surprise with grilled veggies. My boyfriend had a salad that was great, but the chips were stale. Watching her clean other areas as they were winding down for the evening was incredible! My son ordered the kids burger. He complained about the taste so I tasted it. The meat was bad! It had a smell and it tasted awful!! We told the waitress and asked for it to be placed in a bag in the event that he were to get sick, we could have that meat tested. She took the plate and came back with our ticket but did not have the burger. We asked her again to please put the burger in a bag for us. She comes back with our change and tells us that it was thrown away in the trash. She 100% knew what she was doing and it very suspicious if you ask me. My family and I will NEVER come back and I will tell everyone I know not to go as well. The manager, Joana (spelling?!) was not very pleasant either.
