She never said "Hi, I'm X, I'm going to be your server today, what can I get you started with to drink?". She brought out our drinks and appetizer, after about 30 minutes, we were able to order our food. She never came back to check on us or ask us if we needed anything else. (Also never gave us silverware, just napkins..) What pushed me over the edge was watching our hot food sit in the window for 20 minutes while our server and others walked past it MULTIPLE times. I made my husband throw cash down for our drinks and apps & we walked out. We're pretty upset considering we love the box & it's so close to home but we won't be back for a very very long time and if we do, it'll be Togo orders only.
