The place is big and spacious lots of different beers to choose from on tap and the bar is wide open seating. Hostess, however, is extremely slow. There was only four people ahead of us and she asked the size of our party, left and didn't come back. Only about half of the restaurant has customers the other half is empty. We've waited at least 15 minutes for a party of six just to be acknowledged not sure how long it will take to be seated, but I will do updates. Sooo our service was so slow, rude and never spoke to us even when we talked her for seating us. Long time waiting between the waiter bringing drinks and ONLY when we grabbed him and asked did we get to order more drinks. Had to ask to order our food. Waited forever for our food. Ordered medium rare prime rib and we got a very dry end cut cooked more like medium well. Waited forever for our check. Then our check was incorrect TWICE. Really disappointing place in every way. Hostess was obviously not at ALL interested in being there. Never once smiled or welcomed us, and then took us on the most difficult, winding path to our table, set the menus down and departed. Literally 10 minutes later a waitress came by and apologized for the wait and took our order. A few mins later she brought me a beer and we never saw her again. Seriously. After at least 20 mins, a waiter came to tell us he was taking over and, while he was nice, it was obvious that he wasn't happy at the additional table(s). Food was okay, BUT my apple and chicken salad was conspicuously light on apple (key ingredient, you'd think), and had about 3 crumbles of blue cheese. Dressing was tasty, but it was a waste of money. I found out about this place right before I came to Laughlin to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday. I was missing the brewery that was at Colorado Belle, so I am glad this place has arrived. Plus it shares the same name that my nephew, who is a craft beer fan, calls himself! The place was pretty empty, but it was a Monday right after NYE. So I guess that is expected. Lots of chairs on top of tables and limited places to be seated. Made the experience feel dead. But, it was nice and pleasant for my Mom. Not too noisy or crowded. I ordered the Hatche Chili Burger and it was absolutely amazing! My Mom ordered the nachos and they were.....let's just say interesting. They had portobello mushrooms on them and some weird tasting beef. They were ok at best. Not bad, just a weird combination and flavor. They had Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA on tap which was amazing! I sampled the Brew Brothers Laughlin which was a Lager, I believe. Whenever craft brewers try their hands at a traditional Lager or Pilsner, I wish they wouldn't. It still just tastes like regular old domestic crap beer. lol! No offense! I then tried the Hop Valley Viva Hop Vegas Hazy IPA and it was absolutely amazing! I wish I could have tried more, but that would have been a recipe for disaster! lol! All in all, check this place out. Our waitress was amazing, BTW. So this spot has t been open to long. It's a Smoked Meats Menu Brewpub! Sorry I cannot classify this a a Barbecue Spot for various reasons. Our Server Jose was fine. He did an ample job. However when we asked for more than a few items " we don't have that right now" was the answer???? Even some of the signature cocktails on the menu. If you are not ready to open... then don't... but whatever. The ambiance is on par for a Casino Sports Brew Pub. The food was just so so. The Brisket was dried out. Had a really great experience here. The food was honestly so good--everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Honestly though, Ceara made the whole experience. She was the only one working and still managed to keep everything moving perfectly. Super friendly, super on top of it, and our food came out way quicker than you'd expect for one person handling everything. You can tell she really cares and works hard. We went here Saturday after Lainey concert. Large party of 8, we walked up told us about 45 min, not bad at all. Before I could walk away the manager yells toward me "I have a table ready for you". Talk about the fastest 45 min, lol. We sat right away had waters delivered to us. We ordered nachos and they didn't take long to get at all. We also ordered loaded fries, a pizza and pretzel. I have to be honest here this wasn't a great experience from the start. A friend of mine called earlier in the day to make a reservation for 10 people around 7:45pm she was told there wouldn't be any available space until 9pm or after. We arrive to meetup with our friends and we decided to go to Claim Jumper across the street at another casino as we were passing by the Brew Brothers we were shocked to see it wasn't busy at all... maybe 6 tables being utilized so we asked waitress if there was availability to be sat (10 people) they were very nice said a table of 20 just walked in but they would check the iPad for seating. We ended up being sat within 3 mins of this conversation. So that situation was kinda retarted... Server started out great, very kind, we got drinks and ordered food. The wait wasn't long but when the food came out everyone's came out together except 2 people's. Our friend got a burger and it was cold including the fries, I got wings they were cold and the 2 people that didn't get they're food had to wait an additional 20 mins as it wasn't even made or put in so but the time they got it everyone else was done. So that was unfortunate then our drinks would be don't he brim and we'd have to flag our waitress down everytime. Unfortunately per the inconvenience there wasn't really much of a I'm sorry. Service is quite slow (our server disappeared for a while after we ordered drinks... which were beers/seltzers lol). Btw - the hard seltzer isnt like a white claw... its literally a shot of vodka + juice + water. Not what I expected at all from a place designated as a "tap house". Would I go back? The menu is very limited and food is average at best. Our waiter, Jose, was great and the only positive from our visit. The restaurant positions itself as a microbrew for sports fans as it advertises its 20 TV's claiming you can "Catch every play...day's biggest games". This couldn't be further from the truth. They weren't showing all the games. Before we even sat, we asked for the Dodgers v Padres game (battle for 1st place) and was told without hesitation that the TV's are "preprogrammed" and they couldn't be changed. We insisted the host let us talk to the manager to see if an exception could be made given they were showing most of the same programming on many of the TV's and hardly showing any compelling. The gentleman we ended up talking to, who was the guy at the sports book, said he would put it on for us. After being sat, and having to ask our waiter again about the game, he came back to tell us they don't have the package to show the game. Back to the food. I ordered a burger. It was gross. The "brew sauce" they put on their burgers has horseradish in it. This is not mentioned on the menu anywhere. My wife ordered the tostada salad. It was served cold including the ground beef on it. My cousins Mac-n-cheese was plain. With at least eight other eateries inside the Tropicana at Laughlin, you'd probably do better at most others. Okay, it is what it is... a casino fast-food 'brewpub' whatchamacallit. Expect weird named appetizers, sammiches and entrees with a fairly large and decent array of menu items. The likes of the Onion Ring Tower, Macho Nachos, Papa Don's Pizza, the Reubenator and Joyce's Meatloaf. Our selection when stopping in consisted of some very typical, run of the mill Chicken Wings, Chicken Apple Salad, some roasted Brussel Sprouts, Chicken tenders and a can't go wrong draft Kiltlifter. Service is pretty good and relatively fast as they want you back on the gaming floor ASAP or sooner. And no, they don't comp beers in the casino. This is not a bad place, especially when considering the lack of somewhat better or decent eateries on the strip. And where most of the eating establishments are casino owned! I had a very disappointing experience with Manager Toya. She refused to allow the server to place my order for a Pastrami Dog and a Regular Hot Dog unless I agreed to eat them on-site. My order was specifically placed to-go, and I had also ordered brisket. This policy makes no sense and creates unnecessary frustration for customers. Situations like this reflect poorly on management, drive away employees, and ultimately cost the business loyal customers. Clear, consistent, and customer-focused service should always be a priority. Just left Brew Brothers, what a mess. The turkey in the turkey and waffle was horrendous. It taste like leftovers that had been reheated numerous times. I learned one year when I was in Laughlin for NYE that places were taking reservations & when trying to book the day of everything was full. So I wasn't gonna make that mistake again for NYE 2022! I found this place on Yelp (of course! My go to) & the food looked good & they had open table as an option to make reservations so that's what I did! I was super bummed when I found out it is a Caesar's property (Tropicana) cause I left my Caesar's CC in my room. Ugh!! No points for me....lol Our waiter was nice but seemed a little nervous/timid. Timothy was his name. He greeted us right away telling us he would be back shortly & he did come back. He brought us some waters. I asked about seltzers & he explained they have their own seltzer that you can have real fruit added to it. I went with the mango I was nervous @ first wondering how good it was going to be but it actually was tasty & different. My friend got a peanut butter beer on draft that he liked, I took a sip but didn't really taste the peanut butter flavor. I'm not a fan of what I like to call "weird" beers....lol I had eyed the meat lovers pizza & chicken tenders on Yelp & that's what we got! The pizza was really good but I had wonder if it was frozen. I was speaking to a casino staff member after my visit here telling her how the food was good but I had wonder if it was frozen. She told me it wasn't & that her husband was a cook here. The chicken tenders were OK. The meat was a little tough & chewy. But the sauces I got on the side were amazing!! They don't have your normal dipping sauces like sweet & sour, honey mustard, etc. they come with ranch & for $1.00 per side of sauce you can get their BBQ sauce (my favorite!) & Buffalo which was really good too! We got the appetizer chicken tenders. It wasn't served with carrots or celery which was odd. Timothy didn't ask us how our food was after he dropped it off. He waited until we were done eating which isn't the appropriate time to ask your customers. He did drop the check off without us asking but also told us to take our time. He did ask if we wanted dessert which we didn't. We had one slice of pizza we wanted to take with us but didn't want a box & asked about tin foil or plastic wrap for it & was told they didn't have either. We ended up with a small box & bag. The restaurant was busy. The hostess was friendly & greeted us upon arrival. I originally had a reservation for 4 people but when I went to change it to 2 it wanted to change our dinner time so I kept it for 4 but did let her know why I didn't change it to 2. The waiters and kitchen... awesome... manager and lady with glasses "seating" guests... either hate their jobs or just lower IQ. Never, ever heard of not being able to seat a party because of fire regulations. Granted party was over 10 but under 20, seemed to utterly confuse these 2 ladies. "Can't push tables together, can't seat people in isles, fire regulations..." what the heck??? I never asked for this but 2 ladies were hell bent on using this as a reason why they couldn't seat us even though we made reservations 4 hours ahead of time. I suggest, say for a party of 10 ask for 2 reservations of 5 and another reservation on 5, because the lady with the glasses and the manager can't add to 10. Unfortunately, innocent Wade, seemed to realize the lady with the glasses, whose repeated reply was "....fire regulations... I'll get my manager" and then the managers reply "..:fire regulations..", was stuck between these 2 people that were obviously hired out of desperation or lied through their teeth about their experience w customer service. We ended up having to go somewhere else because we were told we can make the reservation but couldn't guarantee we would be seated. ‍. What does that even mean?? Maybe this place should do background checks or reference checks for jobs involving human eye contact. Ok; so I heard this place was good, but no one told me it is superior! Dang!! Awesome food and drinks, excellent service, and a super clean & modern environment. First off, we ordered speciality drinks. I got an Avalanche-- a boozy shake, and my hubby got a Michellada. My shake was filled with vodka, Bailey's, ice cream & Reese's. The Michellada was homemade spicy tomato-- no Clamato for this place. The beer for it was personal selection, too. Brilliant! As to the food: I had the burnt ends & fries. They were glorious! Exactly the perfect amount of sauce on tender morsels of juicy meat. The fries were crispy and flavorful. My husband had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. He was amazed that his burger was a perfect medium rare and everything about it was as the culinary gods intended. Now, for the service: Christian may be the best wait-staff I have come across in ages. He was professionally attentive without being cloying. He anticipated and suggested. The Brussels sprouts and nachos had the perfect combination of flavor. We were not too excited about the wings, but to each their own. We waited a few moments & some seats turned over at the bar quickly. WOW the food beat our expectations. Mac & cheese had shell noodles & very tasty cream cheese. Stopped in Memorial weekend with a group of 4. We were seated immediately by the host. Our waiter Jose was very courteous,polite and professional. He was constantly checking to see if we were all ok and needed anything. Jose really did an outstanding job. The appetizers were good. Our main dishes were also good. My fiancée and I went for dinner last night. He got the chicken Mac n cheese and I ordered the chicken sandwich. The food was pretty decent and arrived in a timely manner. However the service was pretty bad. We sat at the bar and the bartender barely checked on us. It would have been slightly understandable if it was busy. It was not busy and another bartender had to help us out twice. Our main bartender also had pretty dirty hands, like he hadn't washed his hands all day. There was dirt caked under his nails. That's not something I want to see when the person is touching my plates and glassware. When we were ready to pay we could not get anyone's attention and had to ask the other bartender, again, to assist us. When we did have their attention the customer service was lackluster at best. We were also not the only people having service issues. A woman walked up to the bar to get a drink because her table wasn't being attended to. Good service seems to be a common issue here.
