Cashier/server was very welcoming. Menu is posted on the wall behind the counter. The chicken pieces are huge, super crunchy, and has a mild "kick", biscuit was light and fluffy. While staying at the Don Laughlin's Riverside hotel we encountered several employees with bad attitudes and customer service. At this Krispy Krunchy, it was no different. But I'll start with every single employee was nice. Except Emerald. She forgot my food for over half an hour and when I saw countless customers eat and leave, and my cousin being one of them, I asked her how much longer it would be. She was rude. Made my sister wait to recieve her drink after she completed my order. Two different orders. Told my sister she'd have to wait and it's not her fault. She also said she didn't have to deal with this, stormed off and proceeded to slam things around the kitchen. When she finally came back out with my food, most of it was cold except the chicken sandwiches. When I reminded her about both mine and my sisters drinks at this point, Over an hour later, she called me a bitch u set her breath. What happened was they forgot to make my food. And instead of admitting that or apologizing she threw a tantrum and everyone heard it. The rest of the employees were accommodating. I told her, she forgot items in my bag and she blamed the guy who took the order and told me it wasn't her fault. She just bagged what she saw. And I asked why she was bagging a ticket that she didn't have a clue of what was in it or of it was a complete order or not. That's when she went to the back and threw her fit. Idk if the employees are acting out because the management allows it, or if it was just a bad day but it was unacceptable. I went to the side walk cafe to complain about this with the management and Donna was a nice lady who listened and told me she have someone reach out to me. This was Friday. I was told someone would call me to resolve the issue, and today is Wednesday. I've left the hotel and returned home already. No calls have been made. read more

Went the other day Wow ! The short haired lady was rude we ordered shrimp and chicken tenders and a Cajun chicken sandwich so the rude lady said 15 minutes no problem we waited walked around came back still waiting on your sandwich!! Ok.. Note to everyone check your order before you head home if you live in az. The chicken was tough and dry as sin the shrimp basket was nasty breaded and lumped together. Very disappointed when it's $9 plus for 9 pieces of shrimp and the tenders also $14 plus was Crap!!! The sandwich only because it wasn't left in the warmer for two days was sub par this time. This place seriously is delicious. Now I did knock a star for being 8 bucks for a 3 piece. But man oh man the flavor of this chicken is outstanding. Think a cross between Popeyes and Churches with a hint of Bojangles. I will be back again. Now can I explain how to get there in this maze of a casino. No. It is complicated and in a weird location on the far WEST side. But once you find this place you will thank me. Best place in all of the Riverside Casino to eat. Maybe it's because I was intoxicated but I thought the chicken strips were very tasty. Almost as good as Canes. The woman that helped me was super friendly and helped me decided between the chicken or the strips. Only comes with one sauce so I splurged and got 2 more sauces so I could try them. Tables are very limited but I just ate it in the room. Would definitely recommend it if you're craving fried chicken. read more

Me and my husband went super excited and about trying this place. But soon we got not we didn't expect. We asked for the boneless chicken with Buffalo souce. They gave us BBQ, and when we told the girl who took our order. She said sorry and went to get us the buffalo sauce, and just like she committed capital m*rder. The white boy with a mustach (only one with facial hair) told her she couldn't do that and come after us saying that unfortunately we have to pay for it, after the girl admitted that she got us the wrong sauce. The people before that got also problems getting less sauce they claimed that they got a big order. However, the interesting part is a cocktail server girl order same exactly thing as us..she got loaded with sauces and her order was faster than any order, smiles and waving hands.. and me asking for a Buffalo sauce make chicken mustache boy red and agressive.. he has issues with the sauces... someone do something about it because everyone and their momma knows the sauce is the thing for the 1 chicken and just serve us all the same.... read more

Place was nestled in a casino,was pretty convenient to eat,and gamble. As for the chicken,it was really good,not dry,and very crunchy. I have to say the sides not so tasty. Mac n Cheese had no flavor,the jambalaya had no flavor and both items were cold or room temperature, if you call it that!! I was almost about to ask them to warm these up! The biscuits did make up for the two sides. Our french fries were very crispy,and fresh. I would recommend the chicken,and chicken tenders, biscuits and fries. My total bill was $36,definitely could feed a family of 4. Would come back,and only eat buy the chicken. Customer service was fast and friendly, location was clean. It is part of West Side Cafe which is really a small deli located at the west side casino (close to Serrano's Mexican Restaurant ) The fried chicken was excellent. This is located in the Riverside casino in the West annex. Not much seating but we were able to secure a table. We got the $5 special which included 3 chicken strips, fries and a biscuit. The strips were huge but they were so crispy and juicy with a hint of spice. So yummy. The fries were thin like McDonald's are very tasty. The biscuit was not dry and had a hint of honey flavor on the top. The meal was satisfying and we had leftovers. The only reason for 4 stars was you only get 1 sauce packet and no butter.
