I washed it down with one of their peach lemonades, which was incredible. Sometimes when they are out, I will stop in just for a tea or lemonade with one of their cookies. They are so good and a perfect snack. The staff who run the truck are two sisters and their mom. They are some of the kindest, nicest, and most friendly people I have ever met. I've been getting emails with specials from Jessie's, so I decided to stop in one day I didn't bring lunch. There was not much ready-to-eat food, so I grabbed a chicken salad with crasins from the cooler, which was pretty good on the go. Today I placed a mobile order for chicken cordon blue sandwich with fries, got a text when it was ready for pick up, about 20 minutes later. They use an app called Takeout Taxi that's similar to DoorDash, very convenient when you only have 30 minutes for lunch, but you can't order the specials on the app. You can call ahead too.
