You can't add a bunch of charges to a bill after you go to a house, break my personal belongings and then get called out publicly with receipts. Hope any of you prospective customers take note on the unprofessionalism of this company. Another lie by the company. No one told me anything about these surprise charges before the service was rendered. Of the others, one wanted a phone interview before a home inspection, one wanted a home inspection with free estimates, and one did not respond at all. All I wanted was to do some comparison shopping without investing a lot of my time on interviews and inspections! Spraying depends on the square footage of the condo. I don't understand why I couldn't get quotes. Brantley answered my question without insisting on interviews and home consultations. At this point, I don't care if their price is competitive or not, because Brantley is not trying to waste my valuable time.
