Had taco dinners. Wife had the chicken and I had steak. Will say hers had a better flavor. Steaks were good but hers was seasoned better. Proportions we're big enough so we had enough to take some home. Owner was very nice & friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Restaurant was nice and clean. No free chips and salsa but $1.50 tacos make a good appetizer. My girlfriend had beef with onions and it reminded her a lot of Brazil. Had churros for dessert and dipped them in my left over mole: delicious! Also took home a três leites cake and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. I am very disappointed, I went to get a order of 5 tacos and asked her for 2 green salsas they are very small so I asked her for an extra one ( not to mention they are not spicy at all) she laughed and said no unless I want to pay 50 cents I said yes but when I gave her my only payment method which is a card she said well no! Very rude. I am Mexican and I do expect to eat my tacos with a lot of salsa 3 is still nothing but I did not want to abuse so I asked her for just 1 extra. I ordered the tacos de Birria and I got pure grease no meat in my tacos then got over charge for my child's quesadilla order it was 3.99and got charged 7.99. My husband asked for another horchata drink and the server asked us to if we knew that there were no refills which we knew... because we didn't ask for a refill we asked for a new drink. Also they don't have enough seating for a family setting the most they could seat is a family of four. Which makes the experience worse cause they are rushing to get you done with your meal once that's done they start cleaning the table while you are still sitting wiping it down getting it ready for the next guess. Today was the second time I ate at the Bugambilias restaurant and took a work buddy with me this time. He had the burrito, I had the enchiladas. Once again they did a great job on the meal and my buddy who likes some of the more spicy sauces did like the food as well. Don't let me mislead you the sauces are fresh made there and the flavor speaks for itself. The sauces are served on the side. Recommend it fully. The new address is 747 W Landcaster Rd in S Orlando. BUGAMBILIAS has good food BUT all they do is steal from the customers every time I would go I would order the same thing or something the same price and would get charge more thinking I wouldn't notice. The sever with reddish hair that does not speak English but try's dose not care for customers she's all about her money I would ask for something simple things she would be missing like a straw and she seemed to be tired of walking back and forth BUGAMBILIAS is not a big restaurant I don't know why she'd get upset? I've been to a lot of other bigger restaurants and do not get the same attitude as I did from her. At times she would just not care for the customer and talk to the chef seemed like they would just make fun of the customers I simply felt that way. after a while there was another sever with goldish short hair, she was kind and helpful to what I would desire on what to eat, but bit shy and nervous but I wouldn't say much she looked younger than everyone else there so i wouldn't be so hard on her like I've seen they would be towards her. She always looked like she was ready to welcome everyone as they came in the door but customers wouldn't be interested in fact they would go and say hello to the chef or the chefs lady whom owns BUGAMBILIAS Maria. They would always be inappropriate in front of everyone there, the chef slaps her bottom or kiss her in front of customers i feel like this is where they work and should keep this serious and appropriate for everyone. I as a good customer would like to be nice to whom is attending me or my family and later thank everyone for everything but no I felt like the owners are too nice to some that take advantage of them just for there food ! The "chef" always seems like he's mad and desires to be somewhere else always disrespecting others like if it wasn't for him they wouldn't be there ?! They all appear to be nice at times but think they are better than most. I wouldn't be talking all this I love food and nothing more than Mexican food ! At first I really thought they were nice so did my wife but as We went almost everyday for dinner and sometimes breakfast and We've seen things We did not like I was disappointed We thought We had finally found a really welcoming Mexican restaurant for our family and friends but nope!
