As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. They fixed a few cracks and put a flexible base coat it before spraying a new color coat on. It took about a week. When Pat inspected it he wasn't happy with the color uniformity (evidently this can happen with darker colors). I thought it looked good and would even out over time but he straightened me out on that. He sent his crew back out to fog the whole house and it came out really nice. Years ago, we had our AC units relocated to another part of the yard / house so while the units were gone and the pipes closed, they were still sticking out of the wall. After reviewing a half dozen stucco companies, we hired Pat and his team to properly remove the unsightly pipes and repair the stucco on the side of the house. Additionally, in the process of preparing the house for painting, we removed a ton of bougainvillea and shrubs that were along the house and retaining wall so they can paint. Once removed, it uncovered a lot of stucco damage to our retaining wall so I reached out to Pat to have those added to the job. To add to the chaos, we were getting our roof AND whole exterior part of the house pressure washed so I wanted to make sure that didn't conflict with the work that Pat and his team were going to do. Pat was very accommodating with our schedule and put our mind at ease that all would be fine with the timing of everything else going on. Carlos and Jose P. came to do the job on a Friday and went right to work prepping the area before any work was done. Carlos repaired the retaining wall and was a master at cleaning up the corners and edges to match the rest of the wall. You can't even tell that there were any cracks or chips -- and he color matched the wall perfectly. It looks like a brand new wall! The side of the house...oh my goodness! More perfection. We've been looking at these ugly pipes and the terrible stucco patch job for years and it was such a relief to finally have them gone. Better yet, it looks as if they were never there!! Jose did such an INCREDIBLE JOB on the stucco - we could not have asked for better. Yes, we could have just left and painted over and all would have been fine but hiring Pat and his team was the right call and we are so happy with the work done. Our painters came the following Monday and they were really impressed with the work done too and asked for Pat's number. I was more than happy to pass along and I will continue to recommend Pat whenever I can. I know I went to a lot of detail but I just wanted to accurately express how much we appreciated Pat and his team. So many times we hire contractors and while we are thrilled the project is done, you feel meh about the work. Not at all the case here. Pat and his team checked all the boxes for someone who is pretty particular (aka. OCD) and hard to please when it comes to something visual (hey, I'm in marketing). Pat was knowledgeable, responsive, honest about the work needing to be done, fair in pricing, timely, provided a superb team with excellent skills--and they left the job as if they were never here. We are so pleased with the job done at our home and we hope you consider Pat on your next project. You won't regret it!

We are very happy with the look and quality! The most recent home update they completed for us was a new front door. I already knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to make it happen and again, for a great price! I appreciate that they never try to talk me into something else, they are always on time, and they are very communicative. Our front door was installed by Miguel C and Eric and they did an excellent job. They were on time, polite, and the install went seamlessly! I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

The reason for my 1-star rating is because when we were ready to schedule, we called and called and no one ever answered. My husband also tried and left messages that were never returned. I know they are a busy company, but it shouldn't be that hard to schedule once a quote has been provided. Perhaps Doug needs to hire a receptionist to help with phones. We ended up going with another company and I'm so glad we did. They did a wonderful job! They were also Yelp verified and backed by a $2,500 protection by Yelp. We chose a smaller company where we had direct access to the owner and communication was never a problem. The owner was also onsite every day of the job.

We had an active roof leak after a heavy storm and he even came out on short notice to tarp the affected area. After the tarp was down to prevent additional leaking we took our time to quote 3 different companies. Julian's quote was extremely competitive but most importantly he laid everything out so I could understand how we can fix the issue now and prevent debris from building up in the future. He came out 2 different times and couldn't have been easier to work with. Contractors have a bad rep of being poor communicators, that is not Julian. On their most recent visit they rerouted an ABS pipe that had been obstructed by a solar panel, discovered water pooling at the elbow joint, and also proactively identified and resealed several cracked pipe seals elsewhere on the roof that we weren't even aware of. That kind of attention to detail beyond the immediate scope of work is exactly what you want from a roofer. Would recommend!

He spent less than an hour looking around and couldn't find the problem, I received an invoice for $500 About a month later (next rain) the leak was worse. I had them come back out. They charged me $557 to spend another hour or so looking for the problem and said they still aren't sure if it is fixed. In my book, if you didn't do a thorough enough job the first time, you shouldn't be charging a second time for a job that wasn't done right in the first place. I called to discuss this and was offered a $50 discount. I will be seeking a new roofing company for future repairs

They told me overall my roof was fine and to get the valley repaired. Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. Yes, the valley did cause my two rooms ceilings to get wet but I had broken, missing and sliding tiles. He took photos and a through drawing of all the issues I had with my roof. Communication with Karen and Taryn was exceptional. They got me scheduled right away and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Jeremy and the crew came out and went above and beyond. They were so through from removing the roofing tiles, laying down new felt, fixing ALL my valleys (at my request), replacing the broken and missing tiles, placing everything back and cleaning up. Woolbright's Roofing provided me with a portfolio for my record of all the work they did from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for your roofing issues.
