I bought my first condo a year ago and suffice to say the prior owners didn't mind a filthy house. I had so many roaches and other bugs I didn't even want to move in! I tried basically all the products I could from the store, and nothing helped. Finally, I got on yelp and saw the great reviews for BugCo. They were 100% accurate. Germaine came out and was super thorough, taking care of all the nooks and crannies bugs like. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. He came back about a week later to follow-up and make sure I hadn't seen any more bugs, and covered some of the hot spots again. I am happy to report a year later I have been bug-free since that visit! BugCo offers a good deal for quarterly/maintenance visits when you buy the full year in advance, so that's what I did. I really like that Germaine is always the one to come out - he is super nice, so professional, and easy to talk to. He also loves dogs, which is a big plus for me -- knowing he'd be careful to choose the solution that wouldn't be dangerous for my little pug! i had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 12 noon, at 1215pm no one had arrived so I called the office and 10 mins later i received a call from the technician , Jermaine, that he was in Conroe and on his way, Well depending on where in Conroe he was at least 45 mins to 75 mins away from me , so I cancelled my appointment. These guys were quick at replying to my questions and giving me a quote via Yelp Messenger. I liked the price, it was reasonable, so I made an appointment. When the guy arrived he was really nice and well mannered. Well after the first visit, we were still seeing a lot of spiders and earwigs. We called them back because they say that they will come back within the three months we paid. Well the next time the guy comes he mentions that we need to to get weep hole covers and that he suggested we buy them and install them because if he does it, it would cost way more. We listened but didn't install because we've NEVER heard that from the other pest control companies we've had. (Isn't not covering them job security for pest control? I mean we don't have snakes and mice so..?) We still continued to see earwigs and spiders. So we call again, because it's within the THREE month period that we paid for and the girl that answers says they will not come and spray unless we cover our weep holes. She seemed new because my husband heard another lady in the background telling her what to say. WE'VE NEVER had a company deny us to come spray after we've paid for service and it's not working. My husband says that he's never heard of a company doing this and this is not right. Well the manager gets on the phone and starts apologizing for what the girl said. My husband told the manager why are you apologizing, she is just enforcing your rules??! So basically it was like he was throwing his customer service rep under the bus. The manager said that he will make an exception and come and spray our home again, but that we need to get the weep hole covers. Well my husband is irritated at this point and says for him to just cancel us out of their system. I didn't appreciate the first pest control company I had as much as I do now seeing how these companies try to get you to pay more and do more. I like a company to stand by their word when they say that they will come out free of charge within the three month period after they have sprayed, this company unfortunately did not. read more

A rodent problem in my house let me to try to find an exterminator that could come quickly, since I wanted to deal with it as soon as possible. BUGCO was the top result on Yelp, and after scheduling an appointment with Daniel to come out the same morning I called, I was very pleased. Daniel walked me through everything he was going to do, explained all the components of the products he was offering, as well as identifying rat feces on my back porch, indicating that I was right to call them to handle the issue. Price-wise, they are extremely fair, and I didn't feel trapped into getting a service contract, like other places might. I did not hesitate to go ahead and spray the inside and treat the lawn for bugs, given he was already out here, and Daniel more than happy to assist, despite only being called for mouse/mice initially. BUGCO deserves every bit of the 5 star ratings they're getting, and a big shout out to Daniel for coming promptly and handling everything with friendliness, professionalism and courtesy. read more

My service technician just left, so I'm not able to review the results yet, but I will come back for that in a month or so. However, in the meantime, I did want to say that my technician, Jeff, was great! He was extremely professional, explained everything to me in detail about the treatment plan I selected, and he was great with my dog (a HUGE deal for me as she is my baby). He was careful to watch for her when he was spraying and, if she started to get close, he'd stop until I had a chance to get her away. He was efficient and fast and met with me after to discuss any trouble spots in my home that may attract more bugs. I am very impressed with the service already and am so glad I decided to set up regular service as I know I'm in great hands. Plus, they will come in between service dates for no extra charge if it becomes necessary. I'm a very happy customer! read more

I chose Bugco because of its great reviews and I have to say that I'm very happy so far. Daniel just left a few hours ago and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and as personable a man as I could ever imagine. This review is not based on the exterminating because the just sprayed today, but if their bug-killing is anywhere near as good as their customer service, I'm going to be over-the-moon happy with them (and, just as Daniel predicted, I did come home to see one roach out in public during the daylight, but he's not doing well - that is very plain. Brandon initially came and took lots of pictures and called in their termite expert to come out to give a better idea of possible termites. He was very honest and said he's like Jeff to do a thorough inspection to be certain if I had termites. Jeff Murrell came out today with Brandon and he was very knowledgeable and honest with my termite inspection. I haven't had any work performed yet but am relieved after speaking with Jeff on identifying the possible entry point for termites which they will treat. Their verbal quote seems reasonable and fair.
