This is our first but definitely not last time at Funplex. We came with both of our toddler girls…read moreand they had an absolute blast. They were too small for some of the attractions but that didn't get them down, they just went to different things. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I want to give Bradley a shout out for helping our girls, they kept going back and forth on the "rock wall" and he just kept smiling and helping them. They also have an obstacle/balance course that I went on. I also want to note how clean the place is! We come from California and Funplex blows them out of the park! All of the songs they play are fun and upbeat, nothing inappropriate. The price is also really good in my opinion, we did the unlimited play for like $35 and spent 4 and a half hours there lol. Highly recommend for little ones and parents!

My 4 year old got in the roller ball and the staff member proceeded to roll her over without strapping her in. I cut it short when he rolled her on her head. The staff just paces back and forth watching kids break the rules that are in place for safety, like having one jumper per trampoline. The toddler zone is not actually reserved for toddlers bc again, no enforcement of rules. Could be a fun place if your kids are tough and you're not a worrier, but overall I don't enjoy visiting places where the staff does not do their jobs or watching posted rules be ignored.

Ok, this park is PERFECT. No, seriously. It has reached park perfection. There is the biggest (and…read moremost fun looking) playground that I've ever seen. There looks to be some sort of 'ship' for their imagination as well as several slides and merry go rounds and everything to keep the little ones busy. Going around this park, is a walking trail. It's not too long, its not too short. It's just right. You can leisurely stroll around the entire park, taking a break to watch the kiddies or...and this is the best part, watch the pooches. Among it's perfection, this park has three, VERY large dog parks. Two for the biggies (they need the room) and one GINORMOUS park for the Lil Napoleons (ever meet a small dog that didn't have a Napoleon complex?) This dog park is so big that after throwing the ball for 30 minutes, my very energetic poodle came up to me panting heavily & I swear I could hear "Uncle" as he dropped the ball & walked away. The grounds inside the dog parks are kept beautifully. There is a volunteer who faithfully cleans out the water bowls, picks up anything that parents left behind, supplies balls to all of the parks & for a bonus will even snuggle any pet needing a confidence boost. I am very hesitant in writing this review because if word spreads too far & fast, then everyone will want to come here & there will be a line. There are very friendly owners that come to this park, all different breeds. One day it will be all poodles, doodles, chichipoos, doxies...you just never know who you will meet!

My kid had fun but please do something about broken arcade games and machines that take your money…read more The motorcycle arcade game my kid was on completely went black-screened and started to do a system reboot mid-play. This machine did this three times while we were there and another child had the same experience while we were there. When I went to the front desk to inform the associate, she said they couldn't do anything about it. I suggested an out of order sign and this was shrugged off. I was also very disappointed to find out the tickets my son earned from the games he played he was unable to spend. We went to the front to ask to select a prize and were told their scanner for the game cards was broken. My son was extremely upset. To try to make him feel a little better I gave him two quarters so he could get a toy from one of those little gumball machines, and wouldn't you know it, that thing took his money too and no bouncy ball came out. Luckily, my child bounces back pretty easily and still managed to have a good time on the trampolines and obstacle course apparatus. I do think management should look into how they can offer refunds or give credits back when games don't work. The prizes earned need to be available the same day. It is ridiculous that I was told I could come back tomorrow when their scanner supposedly would be working. Not doing that. Here's hoping next visit will be better.

You must choose a time to arrive, but then you can stay all day. The prices are very reasonable and they offer several discounts. There is some street parking in front and a large parking lot behind the museum. Parking is $1.25/hour during the week and free on the weekends. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff member assisting us was very friendly. they don't allow any outside food but water bottles with lids are fine. Strollers and wagons are also allowed. The museum offers tons of different rooms/spaces without feeling too big or overwhelming. There's a map on each floor to help guide you through the spaces. Each space is super interactive and educational. We absolutely loved the train room and the bubble room. Even Grandma had a blast on this visit. Other notes: - There is plenty of seating throughout the museum. - The bathrooms were clean and clearly marked. - There were helpful staff members scattered around the museum areas. - The planetarium show starts on the hour, every hour. My kids were too exhausted but other parents said it was nice.
