The exterior is brightly lit with captivating lights and the machines itself are blinking at you, asking you to spend your money! The prices were consistent and decently priced. Since we were window shopping, we didn't ask for any support but a couple next to us did. The person at the register was very friendly and had wonderful energy! If you're finding a specific toy, this place is sure to have it. I didn't end up purchasing anything tonight since I came from the POP MART in Costa Mesa, but I know where to go when I need to!

Inside it's like 6 or so large and long tables of discounted toys, I would say all because of damaged boxes. But the toys are fine. I like that its separated by babies, boys, and girls toys. I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.
