The only downfall is that they did not open at the time that the website said it open. the website said they open at 10am and they really opened at 12:00pm. so we walked around the mall and thankfully we walked by it again and saw that it was them open. I would come back. I don't understand how people were saying that it was underwhelming. Slime making isn't some grand experience. So I believe it was on par for again like I said what it was marketed for.

My 5 year old has autism and it's very rare you find a gem like this at any mall. I couldn't believe how cool this space was. Everything is at a price, small price and well worth it! They have 2 bouncy houses, one is for smaller kids and the other bouncy house is pretty large. They have inflatable pool ball-pits both for toddlers and younger babies. They have an inflatable pool with sand box and toys in it which is a huge plus for kids who sensory seek, like mine. There's tons of stuffed animals, little electronic animal rides and fun. They have so much to do including painting a canvas, face painting etc.... We weren't in there during a super busy day, in fact my son enjoyed his time there alone. Later on in the day there were more kids. The worker was so nice and super friendly. He made it an even more enjoyable experience. Once you pay, you can play and leave and come back any time during the day. I spent $14 and that included the bounce houses and unlimited electronic animal rides. My son cried when we left, he really loved it. There's plenty of lounging pillows for parents and a few places to sit. It's super cute and something to do for the little ones while mom or whoever shops around the mall. They have refreshments for sale including Honest juice for kids in a fridge, they do also have chips and candies for sale. Shannon was fantastic to work with to iron out all the details and answered every question we had. Marleen was our day of person and she was great. All decor and set up was ready when we arrived and they set out all the birthday treats for us. This facility is a perfect birthday spot if your group ranges from babies to about 8 years old. We had a handful of tiny tots and mostly kids between 5-6 and it was perfect. Everyone had a great time and I saw staff actively walking around cleaning up the place and making sure to contain the chaos and look out for kids safety. It's definitely not a cheap place to have a kids party, but it was definitely worth it. My only negative feedback would be that the parking lot is tight and got crowded fast. A lot of our guest had to circle for a spot. The second feedback would be that they could definitely benefit from getting a better caterer. The pizza was pretty disappointing even by a kids standard and they all went for the fruit and veggie plates originally got for the adults. Otherwise it was great! My son's birthday is in December and we are always afraid the threat of snow will keep many people away, so I decided to have a non-birthday party for all of my son's friends and my friend's with kids. We had 70 people attend a party today with several great puppet shows, all performed by Marshall Katzman and "Fantasy Puppet Theater." My phone has not stop ringing, everyone is calling to tell me how much they and their children enjoyed today's event. I highly recommend both the recycling themed show and the Frog Prince. The kids loved them. He made it extra special for my son by getting all the kids to sing, "Happy Unbirthday to you!" If you are trying to think of something different for a party, try them.
