My question was simple and could have been answered quickly, yet no response to the FOUR emails I sent. If you want a company that can ignore emails with olymic-level skill, look no further. But if you need an actual response, you may have better luck training a carrier pigeon to tap on their window.

They schedule projects VERY last minute with no notice. As someone who is very organized and has to travel for work often, their agency infuriates me. They sent me a notice to tow my car at MY expense because they wanted to paint new lines on the parking spots while I was away for all of 1.5 weeks. The fact that they couldn't even give me a full weeks notice is absurd. They then scheduled a fire alarm testing on my only work from home day of the week. Given 2 hours notice via email They do not answer residents when they have concerns. Not even acknowledgment of their message. One of the women that work at this agency sent me a pretty inconsiderate email (so I know they can access their email..) accusing me of some thing that I did not do. Didn't ask me about this yet I've sent complaints about the same issue! I did have a nice encounter with a male rep from this agency but overall, I don't trust this agency and have had nothing but bad experiences with them so far.

The fluid…read moretransparency and professionalism that their entire team has displayed has made home ownership a breeze. A bit about me, I'm born/raised in Clark County but now live on the East Coast. The property management team does a great job moving tenants in/out seamlessly, and the accounting department does a great job of collecting rents and paying my mortgage. Moreover, if you are seeking to make any home purchases or renovations, they have a team dedicated to that. I could not give a higher recommendation to their team.

Owner Review: Shady Tactics, Misleading Auto-Renewals, and Broken Promises…read more I am writing this from the perspective of a property owner to warn others about the poor experience I had with TMG. While they have a very convincing sales team that promises a "partnership" where you as the owner are able to be hands-off while your home is well-cared for, the reality is quite different. They don't follow through with what they promise from a property management perspective and use predatory contracts with high early termination fees that are designed to lock you in, regardless of your property rental goals. Property Owners, beware: Maintenance Neglect: While the maintenance crew does decent work, getting them to actually come out to your property is a struggle. While living abroad, it took my manager, Elijah B., 60 days to tell me he couldn't turn on my Wi-Fi-enabled sprinkler system because it was "too difficult." By then, my lawn was already damaged. Even when I offered to pay the hourly maintenance rate to fix it, he couldn't coordinate it. I had to hire an outside contractor myself. Poor Inspections: They charge 10% of the rent but offer very little oversight. During the mid-year inspection, they failed to notice, follow-up on, or replace a filthy air filter that I had pre-arranged and provided a replacement filter for free. More importantly, they missed the fact that the tenants had repainted multiple rooms. Because they didn't compare old photos with new ones - as a result, we "missed the window" to charge the tenants for the unauthorized painting on one of the rooms. High turnover and shuffling between different account mangers: I was constantly passed around between new property managers, accountants, and business development reps. No one talked to each other, which resulted in more work for me and more damage to my home. My second manager, Heather K., gave me several contradictory statements regarding basic tasks like scheduling AC maintenance. Predatory Billing: Despite telling the sales team from the start that I was only going to be renting my property for a year, they "didn't have this in their notes" and charged me a $1,700 early termination fee. When I pushed back, their response was essentially: "You signed the contract and didn't read the fine print; pay us or go to collections." The "partnership" the sales team promised vanished the moment there was a billing dispute. I even reached out to the President, Carmen Villarma, and the COO to ask if this is truly how they want to do business. They didn't even bother to respond. The Bottom Line: My opinion is TMG spends a lot on Ads to appear first in your search, but that money comes directly out of the pockets of the owners they neglect. Save yourself the stress and the money--find a company that actually values your property. There are tons of property managers you can google that are actually going to give your property attention and dont rely on charging you thousands of dollars when they fail to renew a client.

I've been using Portland Property Management as my property management company for my rental…read moreproperty in Northeast Portland. I've been renting the house out for the last 13 years and Portland Property Management along with the owner Matt, has been really great. They've helped me find good deals on contractors for upkeep of the house and they've done great background checks to find good tenants for the property. I would never rent to strangers that I found on craigslist or something like that. Professional background checks are necessary to find good tenants. Also, they have been great about keeping good clean records and accounting for all the 13 years of rental income and expenses... There's no way I could keep track of all that because I'm terrible with accounting and organizing financial data.

PPM did absolutely nothing to improve the conditions of the deteriorating home when they came on or after, only raised the rent multiple times & changed where the check was mailed / deposited. They did 1 single walkthrough to "check caulking" around the house. 2yrs later when it was time to move out after paying timely for 12+yrs, they not only kept 100% of the deposit, but claimed a seemingly arbitrary number of additional debt that was more than 1/2 above the price of rent. Absolutely fraudulent. Thankfully I own a home now, but it damaged credit / renting reports for one of my housemates who paid faithfully until he moved out 2yrs before I released the property. They're clearly about racking up properties, not about being invested in the spaces they are responsible for. The housemate is looking into litigation against them now for damages. Any company that just collects properties to collect on is going to have quality control failure. This is yet another, but with the possibility of intentional fraud.

Considering selling your home?…read more I am writing to recommend Columbia Redevelopment, which is a husband, wife owned business in Portland Oregon, who buy houses for cash. With a very hot market and substantial repairs needed, we decided to sell our house for cash, which enabled us to have money in hand to put down an offer immediately on our dream home. My first call was handled directly by Greg Perrin. I explained our situation, he sent someone to look at our house the same evening. He contacted me shortly after and made an offer that was fair and met our needs. Selling your home for cash can be a daunting and risky choice. I spoke with 2 different companies and the difference was night and day. I am so very grateful to be writing this review for Gregg Perrin and Columbia Redevelopment. We put our trust in his commitments and not only did he meet every one of them but went beyond to help us every way he could. Working with Gregg we were able to sell our home, buy our new home, close both and be sitting here writing this review in my new home, within 30 days! Without Gregg and his team this would not be possible. Our gratitude, immeasurable! Here is what is offered from Columbia Redevelopment. The company's goal is to pay cash for the property, negotiate a close date and move out date. It was our experience and that of other reviews I read, that Gregg and his company go beyond to make the transition as easy as possible. We sold our house in "as is" condition and the ability to leave behind what we did not want or could not take. This was a very huge incentive for us. I spoke with Gregg on my first call, throughout the process he was available for questions or concerns and responded timely. This made me feel confident in the transaction throughout. His finance team of professionals were extremely responsive to phone calls, requests, emails etc. and also there to guide us through the process. These are some important differences I found in this reputable company offering cash for your home, versus what I would call a shady company claiming to offer the same. A respectable amount of earnest money down. A professional contract delivered promptly through email. (We had an attorney and our Realtor look at the contract and received, green lights). A fair and final offer and price for property. ALL closing cost paid by Columbia Redevelopment A professional team established to support seller through to signing. Gregg and his company were amazing and safe to work with. If you want or need to sell your house for cash Columbia Redevelopment is the best choice. They are professionals with integrity and compassion, willing to meet one where they are in order to move on. Thank Columbia Redevelopment and especially, Gregg Perrin for being the vital part to us making our dream a success. The Hamilton's
