(And, it confounded me because I have previously spent big bucks as an established customer and that this purchase was a high dollar product.) From misinformation on the website about the product being in stock (when it was not), to lies and false promises from the call center agents (the first 2x I called about my order) and then being told that employees of a sister-store (that actually had the item) would NOT communicate nor comply with a co-worker's request for help/information (which I found to be incomprehensible and totally shocking and unacceptable), it was frustrating, upsetting and nerve-racking because the clock was ticking to earn a Rebate from the manufacturer for the product by Dec. 31, 2025. And until about, the 15th, when I finally reached call center rep "Kevin" who kept his WORD and got me in touch with Isaac B., the Assistant Manager for Customer Service, who turned out to be my savior and the man who turn my disaster of a transaction from lemons to lemonade !! So, to sum up KUDOS to Isaac B. (who became my Santa Claus) and commendations to Kevin & Andy (in Billing) and honorable mention to Amanda the last call center rep who listened and followed-through. As a side bar, this gift to myself is sort of a Bucket List item to remotely bring a little happiness to myself due to the 39 year loss of my 2 children, who were kidnapped in 1987 and who have NEVER been found. The next product was a big step up in seeing how great a company this is and that item was the Midwest Industries Rifle Length M-LOK Handguard which completely changes the handling, function and look of the IWI Galil Ace by a significant order of magnitude. I received my handguard during the Christmas holidays and was immediately impressed by the quality of the unit and immediately went to work following the YouTube instructions to attach the handguard. All the steps were easy and everything was going great with no problems right up to the final step of the final tiny little screw that should have been a breeze... unfortunately I experienced a small issue with the final bottom screw refusing to rotate in as the handguard seemed to not have any threading for the screw to lock into so I contacted support not expecting to hear anything as it was in the evening during the holidays BUT I soon got a response from Troy who gave some suggestions that might help but ultimately nothing worked and Troy remained fantastically helpful and promised to send me a new handguard ASAP after the holidays. Troy was a man of his word and followed up with quickly getting the replacement handguard shipped out to me and the new one assembled very easily with no issues.
