I attended the Ivy Rooftop party this past weekend where I got to see the Bullets2Bandages pieces in person. I like to pieces that aren't flashy, are subtle, and sparks interest so it wasn't a surprise that the 5.56 hand pressed bullet necklace in an antique finish caught my eye. I've had a lot of questions about my piece and I'm always happy to share the story of how the company was created and promote their cause. What's their cause you ask? A portion of proceeds are donated to wounded soldiers, their families, and various nonprofit organization for veterans. These guys who have served in the U.S. Navy have experienced firsthand how soldiers and their loved ones can be devastated by war and are doing something to give back to fallen heroes and veterans. Keep up the great work fellas and I look forward to seeing you achieve your dreams. read more

Their website is extremely clunky. The interface is confusing, especially when it comes to ordering engraving on the gift box. Instead of just having the note option only available when you select a "customized" box, the ability to write a note is always there so it seems like it is included. After ordering, a customer service rep sent me an email saying my note would cost another $7. When I brought up the issue of how confusing the website is, he ignored that issue entirely and curtly wrote that I would have to pay the $7. Additionally, despite ordering it as a gift, and making the recipient (mailing) name & address different than billing, some of the emails (but not all) refer to me by the gift recipient's name. This is a cool idea and I hope the product is high quality, because the interface and customer service leave MUCH to be desired. read more

Fantastic company! I've ordered many bottle openers from them as prizes for the 9/11 Heroes Run that I was the race director for two years in a row. Their products are well made and ship fast. I have also ordered the bottle openers are personal gifts for family members and they are well loved and still in use over a year later. read more

The product is fine but don't waste your money on having the box engraved. The process they are using creates a black on black engraving. The only way you can see it is if you turn the box in different directions until you see it. On the website it appears completely different than what you get. They should let you know what you are going to get before charging you $12 per box. Here is their response: We do not have the ability to print other colors on the box lids because we engrave them which just burns off the surface layer to give a smoke gray color as shown in our product photos. Until about a year ago we were able to create a off-white color with the text. However at some point our box manufacturer changed the composition of the card stock slightly which led to inconsistent and splotchy results when we tried to engrave and produce white text. Again, they should let you know in advance. read more

When I told the lady what event it was, for she had a special page just for baby boy, baby showers! Couldn't have been any simpler I scheduled a delivery for one week out. A few days later I realized I had the wrong date and I called them and they changed the delivery with Absolutely zero complications. I got a large arrangement and it was $97. It's pretty expensive, but definitely worth it. It was the centerpiece of the baby shower table and it was a hit. Grown-ups and children alike couldn't wait to get a piece of that beautiful fruit arrangement. My only regret is that I didn't get a picture! We were so busy enjoying the party, that I was remiss , I can tell you that it looked exactly like the one in the book that I ordered. They also offered to put balloons on it, but I declined because it is Halloween time and it was going to have Halloween balloons at the party and blue balloons would clash. While the arrangement was beautiful as were the chocolate covered fruits, my only qualm was that I did not get a call from the store prior to delivery. I do understand that a phone call is not guaranteed, however I think in this case for the amount the person who sent this to me spent coupled with the conditions outside today, it would have made sense to do so. There is a wide variety of eclectic toys, games, knickknacks, etc. they have several tables where you can explore/play with some of the toys and items they have for sale. This makes it especially fun for kids to have a hands on approach- not like department stores where everything is packaged and shelved. I do believe some items are a bit pricey but that's to be expected from a stand alone toy store. We did purchase two 3-D printed toys. I was hoping to get some more exciting items, but my son has taken a liking to these 3D creatures. They were $17 each, higher than when I've paid most times, but also fairly acceptable in price. The employee working made some small talk, but she wasn't entirely personable. I feel that businesses geared mainly to our children should have employees with bright and bubbly personalities. I understand that's not always a possibility, but I do feel it makes the whole experience better for everybody. The only true con to our experience was that the story reeked of cat urine. They did have the doors open with a fan blowing out, so maybe they're aware and trying to get rid of it, I'm not sure. But it wasn't a pleasant smell at all. With all that being said, we will be back. I've made note of things we plan to buy in the future lol.

I ordered five of the .50 caliber bottle openers for my groomsmen and myself and I am beyond pleased with them as are they! I am a Firearms Examiner, so I'm quite knowledgeable on ammunition and I can honestly say that these cartridges are 100% authentic. Nothing fake about them! I ordered my set of five for custom engraving and custom box engraving on July 30th, 2016 and received them shortly after on August 4th, 2016! It was a truly amazing turn-around time for custom engraving and shipping across the country. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a love for ammunition, and of course drinking. Such an amazing product. I was absolutely blown away how amazing the product is and the time they took to go above and beyond. It might not look like a lot but I recently just purchased 8 of the 50 cal bullet bottle opener and also 5 personalized boxes. I was expecting to open my package and have to open 5 of the bullets and put them in the boxes. When I opened my package I noticed that the 5 bullets that needed to go on the boxes were already placed in them without me even asking. Let me start off by saying I absolutely hate ordering things online. I'm more old school. With that said, I will not hesitate to order from these guys again. Even despite the fact that one of the engraves rosewood boxes was damaged in shipping (no fault of Bullets2Bandages). I spoke to Eric directly an ensured me that if I Emailed him a picture of the effected box he would get a replacement out in the mail the same day!!! Outstanding customer service!! I am always looking for cool Christmas gifts. This year I decided I would only purchase from companies that gave back - Bullets 2 Bandages fits both of those requirements! seriously, what's not to love? Giant 50 cal casings, available in colors, with custom engraving...I bought 5 of them. I only needed 4 as gifts, I'm keeping one as a back up gift for one of our shooting buddies. Just perfect! I have great respect for companies who support military charities. And B2B is no exception. When I decided on the .50cal tap handles, I was having a hard time getting a word to display the right way because it was too long. A quick call with B2B, and they were able to get the etching to display the way I wanted. Bonus points for going above and beyond! And the final product is just beautiful and functions perfectly. Great quality. Engravings are extremely clean and well laid out. It feels really good to give someone a gift so personal and see them cry over how perfect it is. Very hard to do through the mail but bullets2bandages pulled it off flawlessly. Little hang up over foam inserts not being on hand which delayed shipping but good communication made up for it.
