I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. We have had terrible communication with Olympic Hot Tubs many departments etc. customers service, scheduling, the actual delivery company, a technician department, water scheduling department. They just blame the other department and pass us along. Initial 2 week shipping delay, with ZERO communication from Olympic we called frustrated. They said it would be here the following week, it was, with still terrible communication poor scheduling but it arrived BROKEN has a crack in the front panel and missing parts. We cant use it while we wait for them to bring the parts. Again they scheduled us for someone to come out and bring the parts. NO SHOW NO CALL. some department dropped the ball again! We are still looking at our empty broken hot tub. We are still struggling with Olympic Hot Tub's lack of concern and lack of communication.

It's also a hobby, cause I like to keep the water clean and clear. Super easy. Staple of my life. Cost was far less than rigid tubs. I can move it in my truck. Easily. There is no assigned seating. I am 6'3" and I get to stretch out. We don't need many weak jets. It has maintenance jets and the big one that serves our purpose just fine. Pump is detachable for service which Evergreen did well. 110v plug and play. Going to figure out generator power next for glamping. I am very happy with this product and this company. Good job!

Not pushy, great follow up, great communication. The team that delivers and sets up the tub was amazing. They even came back to my house and moved the hut tub for a second time at no charge. They set it up, showed me how to use it. They clearly go out of their way to give you a white glove experience from start to finish which makes sense when you consider hot tubs are a big purchase. Regarding salt water vs. non salt water, if you go online or go talk to a bunch of hot tub sales people, you won't know what to think or who to believe. I'll share my 2 cents having owned my salt water hot tub for a month. My two cents, get a saltwater tub. Unlike a non-saltwater system, I don't need to regularly test the water and add Chlorine accordingly. Instead, I use a test strip and if the Chlorine level is low, I just push a button on the hot tub and it adjusts to the perfect Chlorine level. If a bunch of people use the hot tub over the weekend, I just push a button and it adjusts to the perfect level. My tub is always at the perfect level, never too little or too much Chlorine. I'm slightly oversimplifying but not by much. It's a simple and easy system to use. And the salt water is good on my skin. It's well worth the added expense IMHO.

We have spent almost no money with them yet but they have now turned us into huge fans. Linda and Scott in Sales and Rob, the Service manager have gone so far out of their way to help us we would feel guilty to ever go anywhere else for anything and we will recommend them to anyone. First tech said I needed a new leg; then a new team came on second visit and said "I guarantee a new leg won't fix it". They told me "Covanas are very tricky; best not to mess with it." Total charges were about $750! No resolution of problem of the low leg and incomplete spa closure! So, I called Covana in Canada and they explained how to elevate the leg. All I needed was a $5.00 cam buckle! I just needed to disconnect the drive shaft after placing the cam buckle and allowed the overly compressed non-motorized leg to elevate. Now spa will close without gaps. I subsequently found out that this company uses subcontractors to install the Covana spa covers. I personally think that the "technicians" didn't have the skill sets and/or knowledge to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company for fixing a Covana spa cover. All it costed me was a lot of money without resolution of issue. I felt completely ripped off and horribly overcharged. Come to your own conclusions. But my advice is to steer clear and buyer beware!

I have just relocated to Auburn from Woodinville and did not want to pull apart my deck again to move the spa so I just got another one as I know what works for me and as they say "if it ain't broke don't fix it". Yep bought another Cameo. I just did my first water test after getting it balanced. And the manager Derek did the test. I got to talking to him and he has to be one of the most knowledgeable hottub people out there. He walks the talk! Plus he also has a Cameo ;-) I have to say I was impressed back in 1999 with Dave G. who sold me my 1st tub and I did my homework then and he encourage me to do so and come back with my findings. I will say Aqua Quip is doing something right. First they are still in business, no surprise to me. They are able to find the right people for their business and again must be doing something right as they tend to stick around for a long time. Dave finally retired in 2021. And lucky me I think I found someone he must have mentored in the Covington store!!! I am a strong believer of top down management and Aqua Quip demonstrates this hands down. Everyone that I have dealt with over the years has demonstrated professionalism, knowledge and most of all a great attitude. I bet I would have enjoyed working for the Owner of this company as it seems all the people their enjoy what they are doing, if not they must have some strong kool-aid;-) I am not sure why I have not provided this feedback earlier, I think it has to do with the time Derek shared with me yesterday and felt I needed to share this with others so they can have a great experience for their spa, barbeque and stove needs/wants.
