I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

When they showed up they did a good enough job, but reviewing my invoice I see that they charge seemingly random amounts of money. When they didn't show up there was no communication as to why or when they would come. They repaired my controller last year and used the wrong part so I can no longer use all jets. And it took over 4 months to get them to screw that up. Obviously, I would not recommend them.

Since then I have had multiple leaks patched, a motor replaced, and a control panel replaced. I do the routine maintenance myself (chemicals, cleaning, jet replacement) but I call Poseys for everything that requires opening up the outer shell. Poseys is a small family run business, so when I phone I know to expect that I may need to leave a message, but they usually return the phone call within a day and when they do, I know I will be speaking with the company directly, not a switchboard. Their communication has always been clear, their manner professional, their prices lower than MY estimates, and their work reliably good. Twenty-three years ago I purchased the right spa for my health needs: the right size and shape, the right jet placement, and thanks to Poseys I have not had to replace that spa with a newer model that lacks the features I value. As for Poseys, I just hope their family business continues for as long as I own a spa, because that's the company I want for repairs.

Contacting Don we made appointment for two weeks out to fit our schedule. He arrived on time to trouble shot the problem. Turn out to be a shorted circuit board. This item not available because of the age. Don recommended to replace the whole heater assembly. It was available in stock and would replace my old unit. We agree he would come back and install unit. Again he was on time and very friendly. After a couple of hours everything hooked up and spa ran great. He recommended we install a surge breaker at the power box. Don return after a few days and installed it. Don has become my go to spa guy. He was knowledgeable, and friendly. (There was also a filter to replace he said would cost $200 that cost $400) And that Don left garbage laying around? That he was combative and non professional? Fantastic experience with Hansen Brothers! We are moving to Spain in a few days, and needed to…read moreload out quite a bit of furniture, memory boxes, heirloom china plates/dishes. Estaban and Key showed up promptly and friendly. We had worked with Nicole ahead of time to get an estimate, who also was fantastic. What was surprising is the care they took for every item. We had pre-packed all the boxes, but they inspected each one, and if there was room, they placed crumpled paper in the voids to make sure the items were safe. For the furniture, they wrapped EVERY item in at least two-three layers of crumpled paper wrap to protect the finish. For the loose items we didn't trust ourselves to pack, they came with all the materials to make sure they were packed safely. They were courteous the entire process, and after NINE hours of moving the finished and looked exhausted but satisified with a job well done. I should also mention some of our furniture was HEAVY (like Piano heavy) and they bravely and skillfully navigated those challenges with mental and physical strength! In a couple years once we find our new place in Spain, they already have all of our goods CUSTOMS ready! We just need to call them with our location in Spain and a few months later our goods will show up in the same condition they were picked up in. I will come back to review once our items arrive in Spain, but I have no doubts in Hansen brothers as I used them 20 years ago for another significant move, and also had an amazing experience then. We are SO lucky to have a company like this (around for 130+ years!) to lean on for the REALLY hard job they do - at affordable rates.

The truck arrived over an hour later than promised but clock started 1.5 hrs earlier than promised. When truck got to the new house they said it was going to be 4500 not 2700 because it was a lot of things and it was a 3 level home. That was never stated anywhere in the contract. DO NOT TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE, it is not true!
