I hired Bullseye to move our 5000 sq ft office from Dupont Circle to City Center and I didn't have to lift a finger. The guys showed up a couple days before the move to assess our property and have me sign any releases necessary. They showed up an hour early ready to move us and did a phenomenal job. Dimitrius and his two man crew were professional, prompt and polite. Something that I value highly as a former customer service representative. The collective team of 3 got straight to work and completed the task of emptying my garage size storage unit in approximately 2-1/2 hours. My move was local so we arrived to my condo in less than 15 minutes and unloaded everything into their respective rooms as directed. Dimitrius is thorough, knowledgeable and and was hands on with his employees, throughout the entire process. They also assembled both of my beds in their respective rooms and also assembled my very heavy dining table. We did have a mishap with a piece of furniture that fell out of the truck (for no apparent reason other than gravity), but Dimitrius apologized and advised how I should immediately process the claim. Despite this mishap, I would highly recommend Bullseye Movers and I would definitely use them again! read more

I wish I could turn back the hands of time and not have hired this unprofessional company to move my items. I booked a move in July for an early August move. I was told that my items would be wrapped and padded, which was included In the flat rate cost. I was also told by the owner that he would be moving my items that day with his crew. The day of the move I waited over 3 hours for the moving crew to arrive, and of course the owner was no where to be found. Nothing was wrapped or padded, including my television, dressers (which contained items), sofa, recliner chair, mattresses, etc. The moving process was painfully slow. It took 8 hours to move an apartment that was only 12 miles away. The movers broke my bookcase in five pieces, my couch was split across the back, and over the course of two weeks just about every box I opened contained something broken. The moving crew was so lazy they didn't break down my bed but carried it out on its side to the truck (never wrapped or padded a wooden bed frame). I watched from my balcony mortified as my items were tossed onto the truck as if they were trash going into a trash truck. Once the truck was unloaded at my new apartment, all of the items were left in the walkway to enter/exit the apartment. I labeled every single box, container, and bag with the location it needed to go. I had to ask the movers 20 different times to place items in the correct bedrooms or read the labels so they could do so. It took me 3 hours to move boxes after the movers left just so I could eventually unpack them in the appropriate rooms and clear a walkway to enter/exit apartment. My printer was completely shattered, hand made dishes were broken, both of my dressers were destroyed due to all drawers being off track(due to not wrapping the dressers to keep the drawers shut), my wood coffee table was split at the leg. Not to mention once the moving crew was gone I found items of mine left in the parking lot! When I contacted BullsEye asking for a full refund (at this point I had close to $500 worth of damage) which equaled the cost of the move, I was met with so much disrespect by the company's owner. No apology for broken items and he kept quoting this Maryland law about shipping weight which had nothing to do with broken and irreplaceable items. The worst part is I was finally sent this claim form that was a cellphone picture of some Microsoft word document that stated that in order to file a claim I needed to have estimates for every item damaged before it could be processed. Now I know with reputable moving companies they have insurance that covers damages of customers items and never require an estimate just to recoup money for damaged items. Immediately I knew I was dealing with a scam of a moving company. Please do not use Bullseye Moving & Hauling you will end up with broken items, and poor customer service. I wish I would've went with the pricier moving company I used a few years ago because as the saying goes "you get what you pay for!" read more

WORSE moving company ever. don't be fooled by the reviews. they broke my mirror during the move and threw it away. I had to notice it was missing to find out. the mirror caused me at least $130.00 and they only offered to give me back $50.00 and I never received it. the guy even fake hurt himself and they didn't complete the move. Mr. Dimitrius Henri Sr.(Bullseye Moving LLC) picked up items at my MD resident on Aug. 13,2020 for delivery to my home on Aug. 15,2020.This was the second trip that was to be made because he claimed to be ill. Sandra (business partner) claimed that he was complaining of diarrhea, vomiting and injured ankle. When he arrived at my home to make the second delivery I asked him kindly to wear a mask because its state mandated. He replied "Do you want your shit?" I asked him can he place the boxes upstairs in the hallway. He told that he would bring everything in and then take it upstairs. The entire time he continued to berate and use profanity towards me as he recklessly grabbed the items off the truck placed them in my kitchen and front room blocking proper passageway for me to get to. I contacted Ms. Sandra to complain about the behavior I was receiving from him and she tells me that there is nothing that she can do and that's the "way he is." He continues to cuss and states that we should pay me shit and that I should be charged for this trip. Meanwhile an AT&T personnel was there to witness his behavior and asks me about my safety. During the first trip items were placed in its proper place as agreed and directed by my son with no issues. But because Mr. Henri had to make the trip the second time with no help from employees He acted in an unprofessional manner. I am a disabled veteran and sister in the Eastern Star serving the community. simply asked for him to place the remaining items upstairs and was greeted with disrespect. He told me "since that's the way things are, get your son to move your shit. I'm not taking shit nowhere. Fuck you." Mr Henri broke sentimental items that are irreplaceable and other items that were damaged by staff include: vase (gift by my late father), 2 shoe racks (damaged), port. air conditioner (cord has been cut) treadmill (damaged and inoperable), railing going upstairs (scratched from top to bottom) and 60" TV (has hole on top). Bullseye only offer $100 for damaged but I explained the extent exceeded over $100. I spent a flat rate of $4500 for terrible service and broken goods. read more
