After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. He even refused accepting the money from the junkyard that we wanted to split with him. Isaac and his staff genuinely cared about the people and have a lot of knowledge of cars.
