We did 15 or 20 minutes of the rage room and ax throwing which totaled like an hour. The Red Room is really tiring it's time to rage lol. But it's such a great experience and it's also good to release some of pent up anger or stress that you have. I do prefer the ax throwing it's really fun and they do have a scoring system for games that you can play with your group.
