Victor was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to process payments via phone. I am an active Solider not in the area that was extremely important to me. Thursday I get home and its freezing in my house. I notice that the thermostat reads 64 but set to 70. I call Zack, my saving grace!! He calls the office and they send Casey (sp?). Casey showed up that afternoon and found that a wire had shorted. Quick fix and he was on his way. I do recommend Dykstra. There is some confusion with the answering service and a merge going on, but I was able to talk to someone that knew what was going on.
