I had a leak in my Aqua-Hot system and from my vantage point I could not find it. I found out from the factory what mobile RV shops were certified to work on those systems and Bullseye was nearest to me (there were only four). I called Larry and he made an appointment for a couple of days later. The first thing I noticed was that He got there on time! Some of those guys have the attitude that they are doing you a favor by taking your Oder. Not Larry. He was friendly and but direct, which saves time! I showed him the leak under my MotorHome and he knew right away that it was a plumbing issue and not an antifreeze issue. The second thing I noticed was that he knew exactly how to get at it! Once you know it's really easy, and he knew! He was under my coach and within 5 minutes he saw the problem. It was a release valve that had gone bad, AND HE HAD THE PART WITH HIM! No having to order the part and wait a week! He could repair it right then. He immediately started to work and the entire repair with diagnosis was complete in 45 minutes! An hour after he got here, he was gone! He didn't take three hours to do the repair. He simply got it done quickly, efficiently, and expertly! Wow!! I had been trying to troubleshoot the problem in the heat. Larry had to come by 3 times: Verify problem and parts needed Instal replacement part Instal undamaged part I had to order an entirely new system because new parts were not backwards compatible. When "drop-in" replacement arrived it wasn't close to fitting in the existing Aluminum box. The wiring was completely different and the connectors did not match. I could not do it, very complicated. Larry figured it out, got it modified, rewired.... And charged me very fairly. This man is truly amazing w what he can do. Larry with Bullseye is a man of his word. We had used him several times before. We bought a 2018 Montana fifth wheel and tried to get slide toppers through the dealer. After the dealer wasted our time for a month to get the slide toppers we finally gave up. We got back to New River and immediately called Larry at Bullseye. He came out and measured for the slide toppers. He texted that evening with a price. We agreed and he came out a week later and installed them in 2 1/2 hours. We called Larry and we set up a appointment the following week. The next day we got a call and they came out the following day. It turned out that our 3 year old Dometic AC needed to be replaced. Larry said that due to COVID 19 his suppliers had none available. He said the factories that built these units were shut down. Larry said he had one ordered and as soon as it came available he would let us know. This was July 7th, 2020. Much to our surprise Larry called us on July 16th and said he had received our AC. There are several reviews that sounded like we wrote it. This repair service knows little to nothing about aquahot. Two repairs and $500 later we had to call on an expert back home. It broke down because they did a shoddy job and huessed at the solution. When I told Larry he said to get him the invoice from our expert. So I have mailed it to him. It was very detailed with every single issue he had to re-repair. We will see how honest Bullseye truly is. Buyer beware. This RV Repair "Mobile" is stellar !! Twice we have called Larry and Caleb. Right there when we needed them. PROFESSIONAL to say the least. Our first experience with them, was to go over our 32 ft Motorhome from top to bottom. Larry put on vent covers, checked the roof, and all electrical. Bullseye RV Repair came out to the house & performed several repairs on my 2003 40 ft Eagle. They were extremely knowledgeable & very professional. They don't cut corners. I thought a couple of the items on my list were going to take quite some time to fix and be fairly expensive. I was wrong. Because of Larry's vast experience, he was able to spot the problems right away and do a 100% fix quickly and very inexpensively. He replaced a couple of furnace blower motors that were making noise, and the price he charged for the motors was much less than I would have paid at the nearest RV store. Spent several thousands of dollars with Larry. He always had an attitude problem but I let it pass?? Last year had him do service on my Aqua Hot. After service it would not start using diesel. He came out and "fixed" it? Next trip with RV it wouldn't start again. He came out again (charged me this time). Stated it was fixed. Went out for the summer and never would start using diesel?? This spring I called and asked him to come work on it. I have extended warrantee company and he said he would no longer work with them?? I told him I would pay him myself. NO RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS?? JERK. Guess I should have known that by his attitude all along. He never had a problem taking all my money before. We learned about Bullseye RV Repair from a couple at our storage compound after having not such a great experience with another local outfit near Sun City West. Larry & his son Caleb, are top notch! They can fix just about anything on a trailer, fifth-wheel, class C, RV bus...you name it, they can do it. The installed a new comode unit in our Lance. We also have a rear view camera that came with our Garmin 760 RV GPS.....no one wanted to touch it....except Larry & Caleb. We can use the unit on the highway to see all the traffic behind us...sweet!!! This service is all done at the comfort of your home.
