I've been a customer of Bulwark for almost two years now and I have not been disappointed by their service yet! I'm not much of a review writer but it is just fair after such outstanding customer service and professional support for this long to provide some outstanding feedback. Toinia has been our regular extermination specialist and has consistently gone well beyond our expectations. For example she always asks specifics on any sightings or concerns and incorporates additional spraying or information to take care of whatever pops up. She Works quickly but always to standard and clearly cares about our animals well being by clearing any chew toys from the spray vicinity when I have forgotten to pick them up. On two occasions when we have had a bug problem come up, Bulwark has sent out a extermination specialist within 1 day. They answer their phones with real people (outstanding!) and have always been respectful and responsive. Lastly, I am a thrifty individual who loves a bargain. I also am so happy with Bulwark and specifically Toinia's support, that I have no desire to change extermination companies even if I did find a great deal of some kind. I highly recommend them! I have been using Bulwark every since I took over this property. I am a Property manager of a low income housing complex. I use this service as a preventive maintenance measure.Garrett Neff is my technician. During my time using this company it has changed owners & changed names. However the best decision the new company made was to keep Garrett. Garrett handles himself professionally & has proved to be very knowledgeable, and is willing to go that extra mile. The only issue I have ever had with this company is scheduling. Being an apartment complex it is required to give the resident a 48hr notice prior to entering their home. If it weren't for Garrett being easy to work with this would not happen. I have talked to several people in their office & the still call after I close on Friday to let me know they will be here on Monday. Again if it weren't for Garrett communicating with me, I would not get my notifications & would have to reschedule yet again. After calling several pest control companies to compare services I had it narrowed down to 2 when I received a knock at my door and it happened to be a Bulwark rep, which happened to be one of the companies. They were servicing my neighbors house and wanted to know if we were interested in reviewing the services they offered. We decided to go with Bulwark and they said they could have a tech come out later that day. AWESOME!! There is still new home construction going on near our home and we've seen an increase in unwanted bugs. Our techs name was Toinia Brewster and she was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. She did a very thorough job and told us if we needed anything else before our next scheduled appointment just give them a call and they'd come out w/no added fees. David Haws has been my pest control technician since moving to the White Mountain area last summer. He is always friendly, and willing to listen to my concerns. Since using David at Bulwark Pest Control, I have had no pest issues. He is great. He is very friendly and more than helpful. I look forward to seeing him on each of is visits. Not only does he love my pets, they love him as well. David is a great guy and an exceptional pest control guy. My wife and I have been living in Prescott for almost four years. Recently, we started noticing a number of larger insects somehow getting in to the house, including a millipede (I'd never seen one before!) and finally a scorpion. The scorpion was the last straw. I searched Yelp and found Bulwark. They have been exceptionally professional, and only use a safe compound that's not dangerous to humans or larger animals. They set a monthly appointment to come out and spray, and are available anytime for an additional spray, inside or outside. I've never seen another scorpion, thank goodness, and the other bugs appear to be well under control. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Rex, who's both very professional and friendly. He goes the extra mile to make sure that we're happy, even setting glue traps in our garage. We had some concerns when Bulwark took over the local company we had been using. Big boys moving in, attitudes, customer service, quality, you name it, taking a nosedive. This was abated some by their keeping folks like David Haws on staff and has been put to rest altogether over the past year or so. David is efficient,friendly and always accomodating to my "This place over here too,OK ?" peculiarities. UNLESS it's unsafe or he's not allowed to, ( fireplace, heater vents ). In that case he can ( and will ) "quote chapter and verse" . If you want the info, David is really full of it. We are certain that if company quality had deteriorated, this guy would have not stayed. Chris, our new "bug" guy in Flagstaff, was INCREDIBLE! He went above and beyond to explain the products he was using and listen to our concerns. He was not interested in getting it done as quickly as possible; he was interested in getting it right and troubleshooting the ways in which he could protect the house and make us happy. He spent significant time removing webs, putting down the pesticides, and talking to us about options. Being completely honest here, I was questioning the value of Bulwark until Chris came today. After our visit, I am 100% happy to spend the money and confident in Bulwark's expertise and dedication. Hi, never had the need for a pest control company prior to our need to eliminate an inground wasp nest. Reviewed many pest control companies but it seemed after reading the reviews only one was the most highly rated. Always a little skeptic about personal reviews but decided to call Bulwark. After a small scheduling snafu the techinician, Toinia, arrived and was very personable and explained all that she would try to accomplish for us then went directly to work in a professional manner. She eliminated our wasp problem and then continued with preventative maintenance inside and outside of our residence. We started with this company when we first moved into our new home a year and a half ago. We are using their quarterly service and they have provide great service. We have never had to have them come back for additional service between service dates. One of their best technicians is Toinia, she always lets you know via text of call when she will arrive at your house. Upon arrival she identifies herself, she is neat and her uniform is clean. She asked if you want the inside of your house done as well as the outside. Service and price includes both. When Toinia finishes the back of your property she ensures all gates are closed and she lets you know when she has completed the service. My wife and I are really happy with the work Toinia performs. This year in AZ the bugs exploded. Lol. Bulwark was easy to reach, quick to treat, and in this day and age, fairly reasonably priced. My tech was Michael and he spoke with me on phone, I explained my concerns, he responded to my issues, sends pictures after treatments and communicates via phone and text messages very timely. I always know when he has treated because he sends me a text with photos. Good guy and takes his work serious. After first treatment, they came back again before the next treatment was scheduled, to do complimentary spot treatment on a couple troubled areas. Which I thought was pretty cool. My service is bimonthly, broken into 2 payments paid monthly. I wish they had quarterly services, but considering how bad the insect hatch was this year, bimonthly is probably appropriate. I've had Bulwark spraying outside and inside and in the garage. Today, I had a new representative, Chris, out to my home. He was terrific with my dog and completed the spraying quickly, and very nicely. I've been using Bulwark for a couple of years. Chris was very polite, easy to speak with. I feel safe using Bulwark because what they spray is not harmful to my dog and they always do a great job. Scott Owens Rocks!!!!! Before we moved to Arizona, we never needed an exterminator. The bugs and critters are hiding everywhere. We are thankful to have found Bulwark Exterminating. Scott looks and finds things in places that we never would have thought to look. He is throrough, always arrives in the time that we were given. Recently he found several wasp nests under the eaves of our roof and was trained well to take care of them. He found roaches in our water/sprinkler boxes. My first contact with Jason over the phone, and several other employees that I have contact with have been very pleasant, and they all wanted to answer any questions that I had. The email I received from Jason showed me how many of my nearby neighbors were using Bulwark Exterminating. I was able to get my first treatment the day I called to setup for service. My technician is Luke. He is a fine young man that will probably be our regular technician. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. My wife had concerns keeping the dogs safe during the first treatment. Our landscaper informed us that a rather large shrub would need to be thinned and even possibly removed. He also relayed that several rodents had moved in for which he recommended Bulwark Exterminating. The appointment was made and our technician, Luke McMurphy, arrived right on time. He was professional and courteous. Luke assessed the situation, explained the procedure and answered our questions. We had also noticed a couple of very small scorpions inside the house. As I shared with Luke our greatest concern is the safety of our dog, Harley. Luke assured us that the products used by Bulwark are safe for pets. Just moved to Prescott Valley and was mortified to find a scorpion in my home. I called several pest control companies and they said they would call me back with an appointment. My regular pest control service would have me wait almost a week! That was way too long to lose sleep with anxiety. Our Tech is Tonia and she's so friendly and polite. She notifies us when she arrives and ask if we have any pest issues that she can address then when she is done spraying and inspecting she notifies us when she's leaving and again ask if we need anything special addressed. I always get a call from the company the day before to let us know they're coming and what time. Never missed their scheduled appointment so far. We have a new home so there was a lot of summer ground pest issues in the walkout basement and fleas indoors ( new house, who would have guessed?) but they came out multiple times to address this until we were happy with the results. read more
