Bulwark and our technician Maze are friendly, reliable and thorough. Before we started the service we would see live scorpions in the house periodically. That hasn't happened in a long time. Maze sprays the perimeter of the house, the yard, and under and around shrubs where scorpions can hide. He's at 702.423.6930 read more

I have been using Bulwark for several years. Marty K has been servicing my home since I moved in and he has been great. He is always on time, professional and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about Marty! On the other hand, the scheduling department couldn't find their way out of a wet paper bag with a map. They are rude, incompetent and down right lazy. The only reason I haven't fired this company is because of Marty. read more

Ive been using Bulwark for a few months now and it has been a great experience. They were quick to arrive when I first hired them after seeing a roach in my house and freaking out. They had several options to choose from such as monthly, semi monthly, etc. and the prices are affordable. Anytime someone comes out they text me and give me a status update before they leave. Communication is always very polite and professional, I'm glad I chose them. read more

Shout out to Bulwark Exterminating for the EXTREMELY FAST response to my Africanized Bee issue! Due to the nest moving, they had to come out a couple of times until we tracked down the new nest. They were out either the same day or the next day in less than 24 hours. The nest was removed and I am so grateful that they're my pest control company! I've been with them over two years, and have no complaints whatsoever. Keep it up Bulwark - it's so refreshing to have a company that responds AND gives results! read more

Zack was really great and found to areas we where not aware had bugs and baited them and setup the follow on. Really appreciate service like that and would recommend to anyone! read more

Never had problems with Bulwark until Johnny was no longer my tech. 2 months in a row now I have been scheduled for services. Both times I sat at home for the 4 hour window and NO ONE showed up! So I finally called and closed my account. Come to fine out 3 days after I closed my account I was charged for a service that never happened!! Truly disappointed with this company. **update** got my refund after having to call twice and email once. Really was happy with this company then around October 2016 it started to go down hill quick. Creepy techs started coming (if they even came at all) and wouldn't treat my house like it was treated in the past when Andrew and Johnny were my techs. Those 2 guys cared about my scorpion and camel spider problem and were always willing to make sure none were lurking. read more

Our exterminator, Eric is awesome. He does a great job every time, courteous and answers any questions we have. Never had any bug issues because Eric takes care of them all. read more

Terrific exterminator company! They have great rates and came right away. $67 for the first treatment and $37 a month for every subsequent treatment for a 2300 sq ft house. They also promised to come back for free if I see anything. The service guys are really friendly and do their job really efficiently. I didn't have to move furniture or clean out the garage or anything. I have avoided getting an exterminator for a while and sprayed myself because I figured it was just going to be a big pain. A lot of them advertise that they "educate their customers." I don't want to be educated... just kill the bugs! But Bulwark made it really easy. I didn't even notice the spray and my husband, who usually is affected when I spray, hasn't noticed a thing. And have not yet seen a creepy, crawly scorpion (which is the only pest I will NOT tolerate!). I highly recommend this company. read more

I love this company. We bought a foreclosure and had no clue how long it had been sitting vacant. The technician did a very thorough job and for a few days after he sprayed, we were sweeping up dead black widows, roaches, and crickets around our home. I can't remember this technicians name but he was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and truly thorough in his work. Because we hadn't seen any bugs in the house (which was empty) and only outside, we did not have him spray inside the house at all. Then (of course) a few weeks later, we found a live cockroach in one of our sinks and called Bulwark. They had Eric Burch out that same day to spray. Not only did he spray in that bathroom, but he sprayed our kitchen too just for good measure. He even moved the oven forward so that he could spray behind it. (Whaaat? I love the thoroughness of the Bulwark employees!) Oh yeah, and that extra visit was free. I love that about them. You don't feel like you have to keep a can of Raid nearby until Bulwark's next visit-- they'll just come out ASAP at no additional cost. Anyway, we haven't had any problem since that one cockroach incident. Eric Burch has been our technician since that day and he's so awesome! He's always in the earlier part of the window they give us (like if they say "between 12 and 4, Eric will be there at like 12:15). He always has a smile on his face and never seems to rush his work (which gives me peace of mind). He's great! Plus he always knocks when he arrives and asks if we have any problems or concerns. If we do, he takes care of it. If we don't, he sprays the perimeter of our house and is on his way. Anyway-- I would definitely recommend Bulwark and I give Eric Burch and that first technician two thumbs up. Excellent service! read more

I know, I know not a very exciting subject, but had to review this company. Bugs in vegas? Who knew anything besides cash-carrying, party-going humans could withstand this intolerable heat? I soon learned that lesson quickly after finding a water roach (and i'm a fastidious housekeeper) helping himself to the all-night buffet at my cat's food bowl. Yuck! I read a yelp review (thanks so much) and called this place. The terminator (sorry wrong company) showed up on time and after numerous reassurances that the pesticides that he would put down to free me of late-night, uninvited guests would kill them and NOT my cat, he went to work. Wish I could recall his name to give him credit. Very reasonable and i've been bug, spider and ant free since! read more

Jeremiah has done a great job! He sprays the whole perimeter with pics. thank you for your great service.

this will be my third review on bulwark and unfortunately I have went from a four star satisfaction down to just one. I had hired Bulwark a year ago to treat my home every other month and only had one problem which I had mentioned in a previous review (being told only once my side gate was locked after a few services). Because of that review, one of the people in charge of the company had called me personally to ask me to delete the review because it was causing them to loose business, but I refused. now for the reasoning as to my one star review. A couple of months back I kept receiving phone calls from a number not programmed into my phone so I never answered, and whoever it was never left a message. Well one time my husband was using my phone and saw the number and asked who called since all other numbers had names. Told him I wasnt sure but whoever it was called a few times and never left a message. He called the number back and a man answered. He asked who it was and the man on the phone was hesitant to answer. He asked if he knew who I was and gave him my name. The man claimed to not know me. I took the phone and asked what his name was. he said 'max'. I asked if he knew me because he had called a few times. He repeatedly denied any knowledge of who I was or how I was called and said that maybe a friend called. as this situation just looks FANTASTIC from my husbands point of view, this 'max' acted like a fool and played the innocent role. I asked him if he worked for a pest control company (because the day before he FIRST called, bulwark had called and left a message), and he said he didnt, and that he did personal security. Totally confused on why he or his 'friend' called me so many times without leaving a message, the man created some super fun problems and false accusations in my marriage. a day or two later, this 'Max' had talked to my husband again and thats when all things started to come together. He suddenly DID claim to work for a pest control company. funny, just a couple days ago when i flat out asked him he denied it. so what happened within the last 48 hours? hmm, suspicious. The next surprising thing was that 'Max' was able to describe in detail (while trying to buddy up to my husband mind you) that he knew who he was talking to and described him as the 'tattooed cuban' and even described the location and set up of our home. WOW! are you FREAKIN kidding me? within 48 hours you went from not having a CLUE who you or your so call 'friend' had called now suddenly you can describe in detail my husbands look AND my house? do you realize how much stress you have caused? do you realize the problems you created? the situation you put me in? OH MY GOD! Finding it odd that all of this was happening, my husband called the company directly to speak to a customer service rep. He had asked if it was company policy that customers are contacted from personal cellphones. the rep responded 'absolutely not.' so, what was this mans plan exactly? take my phone number from the database, save it and call me from his personal cellphone KNOWING I was married aaaaand, what..? how UNPROFESSIONAL that one, this man called me from a personal cell phone, two, that he LIED about not knowing who I was, and three, tried to buddy up with my husband after all the stuff he made up. after all that was said and done, bulwark is no longer my pest control company. sorry this was so long, but I think potential customers should be aware of how unprofessional this company ended up being. dont bother calling me, the answer is no, i will not remove my review. read more

After 2 other companies failing us, and a short stint of trying to do it ourselves, we called Bulwark. They said they would be at my house between 10A-12P. They arrived right on time & got right to work. I liked that he sprayed the perimeter of my yard...not just the perimeter of my house, and the tech (Billy McAlpine) saturated my yard. Bugs that were underground were coming out to get away and dying right before our very eyes (LOL). I haven't seen ANYTHING in my yard since even at night. He, also, sprayed inside the house & removed outlet covers on the 1st floor to drop poison there as well! No other company has ever done this. He scheduled a time to come back in a week to "make sure we were satisfied". Their products are safe for pets & for a 2300 sqft house they charges $100 for th initial visit & going forward it is $69 every other month. If you are having any pest problems call Bulwark!!! read more

We started using Bulwark because it had the most 5 star reviews on Yelp. I am happy to now add my own 5-star review! I called a couple months ago and they set us up with a start-up spraying (just for prevention) as we weren't having a pest problems. But because the weather was heating up I knew it was only a matter of time until we saw bugs. So glad we chose them! We have had some ant problems since the first visit and they came out for free in between visits to take care of any problems. They also follow-up to make sure the bugs are gone. We haven't seen 1 ant since the follow-up and we killed at least 200 before they came. I highly recommend them! read more

Found Bulkwark here, I called the location with the best reviews so I decide to give it a try even though that I've used Alterra Pest Control for over a year. I request the service to the other location, got serve by this location so in regards to service they did a random spray inside the house, outside only the foundation of the house they didn't want to spray the perimeter wall, I insist but he say they can't. Which is weird because all of the other companies have done it and my main issue is my neighbor's back yard where most of the scorpions come to my house, I didn't like the service maybe because of the 5 stars reviews I expected them to go above and beyond. I called today to cancel and the guy who answer told me that I needed to call next week because my information is not on the system yet. I hope not having to much trouble to cancel. In my experience nothing to do with the reviews here. read more

I utilized their services for 1.5 years after a family member recommended them. Scheduling was typically the issue with the company deciding on a date and time and notification via email 48-72 hours before hand. We just had another great experience with Bulwark Exterminating. Our HVAC people had been performing their maintenance in our attic, when they had spotted some rat or mice feces. I immediately called Bulwark, and they got someone out here ASAP, to assess the situation. Marty K typically performs our bi-monthly extermination service. We were pleased that he was able to come out - even on a day when we normally don't have service, and confirm, after a thorough investigation, that we no longer have any rats in our attic. We appreciate the thorough service that Marty provides, and we appreciate Bulwark for offering this visit to us as being complementary, even though we had recently had our normal service visit. The great customer service is appreciated. Thank you. read more

My family has been using Bulwark for at least 5-6 years and we enjoy their services. Today, we had Kurt come out and take care of us. He was very kind and respectful to my mom and myself. He finished the inside and outside of the house in approximately 10 minutes. No issues whatsoever! Thanks Kurt! read more

I used to really like Bulwark as a company. The past few years the prices have risen and the service has been lacking. I recently called about ants and was told how they would be treated and I was satisfied with the response. My tech showed up 3 hours before the time window I was told over the phone. I mentioned the ants, and he only offered to spray. This is not an adequate treatment and has pushed me to search for a new company. read more

I am a returning customer for over 5yrs. They are scheduled to come every other month but missed June. When I called I was ok with the excuse "we're over booked and it was a scheduling delay", but I'm not ok with no one showing for the schedule appointment window time frame that I have sat at home for, only to be told that when they tried to call I didn't answer and they couldn't confirm. For these past 2 years the text and I never received a phone call or a text. Then I'm told they can't come out until a week later and try to give me an evening appointment. I told the scheduler I want first appointment. Then she tells me 10:00 I say no, I want something earlier finally she gives me 8:30. This is unacceptable. read more

What happened to my beloved Bulwark whose services I've had for the past 10 years. Having been out of work for the past 10 months and just getting back on my feet; I put a hold on my account for a few months. Each time they still came out unauthorized and sprayed and billed me. Each time I called, explained and told them not to come and asked for a refund. Two months went by and the same thing happened-I thought was under control and no-they even sent my bank account into negative costing me $35. Called AGAIN and explained and received confirmation from a manager that both service charge and overdraft fee would be refunded. Service fee was-overdraft wasn't. I was tired of fighting. I'm not living at my house (another reason to hold account)-and while checking on my house was greeted by a scorpion. I called immediately and scheduled service-but first they told me I had to pay the two months outstanding! What? In the situation I was in and the urgency I felt since I've decided to sell my house; I did and made the appt (Sat 1-4)-even though for 10 years I'm 7-10a on Sat. I'll get to the point-Sat. Drove across town, waited and at 3pm received a call from a girl who was assigned to my house and she had truck issues. Ok, so you can't call someone else to come-no, she said my office is closed. My manager will call you Monday. It's Tuesday and no call, no show, and I still have not resolved my issue. I just recommended them too-no more. In fact, they are about to loose 3 accounts: my sisters, my fathers and mine. In the past couple of years billing issues, different techs, different times, multiple rate increases, reduction in product used and poor communication....but I still stuck with them. They are not the 5 star Bulwark I once knew and loved. They are just another company whose lost sight of what's important...the faithful customer. read more

First, let me say that I've been using Bulwark for several years. At first, they were great. I had the same technician, Wayne, every time. He was friendly and professional and provided great service that met my needs. The pricing has always been a touch higher than other companies, but given the high level of service, I didn't mind paying the extra. Sadly, over the last 12 months service has been in slow decline, and has now hit the point where I'll be shopping for another provider. Here's why: 1. Scheduling. This company is incapable of providing any sort of reasonable notice time for service. It is not uncommon to come home on a Friday evening to a phone message saying that the tech will be out on Monday morning, which leaves me only that same Monday morning to rearrange if it's not suitable. And if I do need to rearrange, the customer service reps are extremely rude about it, acting as if it's this huge inconvenience for THEM! I've had service reps try to bully me into agreeing to times not suitable for me, just because they need to make the contract service before the end of the month. Well, they shouldn't have waited until the last day of the month to attempt to schedule. How hard is it to call a week out? 2. Inconsistency with service reps. Though Wayne used to be my service tech, at some point he stopped coming and somebody else did, but I was not notified. I can tell because I no longer receive receipts for service, so I have no idea if anyone even came for the exterior service, except for the fact I receive a bill. 3. Overall poor customer service at the office. Messages don't get forwarded, calls are not returned, and general rudeness of staff on the phone. 4. Cost. This company charges a premium over other companies, and I no longer see a benefit in paying that premium, particularly since the service is so awful. If you want to pay a bucket of money to be treated like an annoyance, then this is the company for you. If you want professional, personalized service, shop elsewhere. read more
