I'd say the biggest issue I have is communication. If things were communicated in a timely way it would make a world of difference. I hope Mike is reading. Mike, have your service people communicate the what, how, and more importantly when. I understand everyone wants their bike fixed fast during riding season. That's part of the gig. Update: The service director reached out and was very receptive to fixing the communication issue and finding a resolution. I'm sure Mike's Famous does a good job with most patrons and proactively reaching out helped to resolve things.

I brought my motorcycle in to be worked on and after a week i was told it was ready. I picked up my motorcycle and couldnt ride it at the time as i had to hual it back home. Later that day i took it for a ride and to my surprise the problem i was told was fixed was clearly not fixed. Dropped my motorcycle off once again this time due to staffing i could not get my bike after a week being in the shop. So i said it had to be a sign and i was going to trade it back in, it would take days to get a response while trying to discuss potential trade options and price differences. Well after 3 weeks of my motorcycle being at Mike's location i finally got it back 6/20/2025 decided to take it for a ride 6/21/2025 and the problem happened all over again. Truly disappointing seeing as I have wanted a street glide for a while, to now having to either bring it back to the shop to be looked at yet once again or get rid of it completely. I am truly disappointed because I took my motorcycle riding course at Mike's and it is where i wanted to purchase my first Harley, but truly has been a NIGHTMARE. OWNED THIS MOTORCYCLE FOR JUST OVER A MONTH IT HAS SPENT MORE TIME AT MIKE'S THEN ME RIDING IT.

I bought a car battery online and requested in-store pick up. The website online stated free…read moreinstallation and old battery recycling. I arrived, picked up the battery and asked about installation. They informed me that it would cost me $200 dollars for new cables, new terminals, for certain electric boxes to be removed and then reinstalled. This was in addition to the cost of the battery. This was absurd and I left not willing to be taken advantage of. A friend installed the battery for me the next day. There was absolutely no need for any new parts or removal of electric components for the installation. I returned the old battery and asked to see the manager. He asked if the man had been speaking to me regarding the $200. He said it must not have been his worker. He said that it was not a big deal. He said that there was no way his worker would charge me for something like that. He said his without ever looking at me. Instead, he was typing at his computer or looking at the counter. This store is an example of why automotive stores have the reputation of cheating customers and working together in house to make sure no one is held accountable.

The store manager (?) helped me (Male, 30's, dark hair & beard) who was polite and friendly and went to the back wall and got the correct oil bundle for my car EXCEPT they did not have the oil filter that comes with the bundle. He was very helpful and offered to check all their stores with 20 miles and said that NO ONE had the high-performance filter that came with the bundle. So, I did buy the oil but had to go elsewhere for hunt for the high-performance filter. When all was said & done it cost me extra time and $25.00 more than the original bundle cost. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?? AutoZone authorized advertising a sale price on an oil & filter bundle that they could Not fulfill just to get you into their store. AutoZone Corporate is going to hear about this!!
