Owner minimized the mistake by saying 18 out of 20 is good! Then said it would take all day to fix it. I don't trust him and went to a reputable place and paid 130$ to get studs replaced. It would have been $600 if I needed the hub replaced! They SUCK AT THEIR SPECIALTY!

Never paired the fuel pump module, mechanic crashed the car infront of us into a uhaul trailer (didn't do anything to fix it or have It repaired), Air conditioner now blows hot air out of one side and cold on the other. His car was damaged so badly by them his car may end up totaled by insurance. Second car is a Hyundai Veloster that had a cylinder misfire. They said it's fixed but now 2 days after fixing it I had 3 cylinders misfire and my AC, passenger occupancy detecting system and my window now don't work and my battery has no charge but bought a brand new one before bringing my car there. 3rd car is a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Brought it same time as the other 2 cars to the shop for an oil change and new tires. Drove 2k miles, checked the oil and there's no oil in it. Was told by a mopar tech at a dealership that the engine has major internal damage due to driving without oil. Don't trust this scum. Rather than fixing it told me to go fuck myself and sue him or pay more to fix it.

This Estimate documented the need for the following replacements: (1) the oil pressure switch, thermostat housing, and power steering pump. On 4/10/2019, Rich replaced the oil pressure switch and thermostat housing. Immediately upon return of the Mustang, the oil-pressure gauge began to intermittently shift from E to F and the dashboard oil-pressure icon illuminated as well. On 4/15/19, the Mustang was returned to Rich's, to remedy the issues of the gauge shift and icon illumination. Bethany Silvia informed me that the problem remained and the condition of the Mustang was my responsibility. On 5/10/19, my wife was driving home, during which the Mustang began a "rat-tat-tat" sound that gained volume. She was less than a mile from Rich's and managed to drive there safely. On 5/14/19, I was informed by Rich that there was a problem with the Mustang "deep in the engine." I then picked up the car from Rich's and drove the Mustang across the street to Karns Automotive Sales & Service, for a second opinion. On 5/15/19, Dan Karns called and indicated the cause of the loud engine noise was the fact that there was no oil in the engine and no reading on the dip stick. Dan added five quarts of oil. The internal noise persists, and the car cannot be driven. A new engine is needed.
