Got the Pork Bun Mi and it's so good! I definitely recommend. The service was awesome! My friend has never tried boba and she let her try before buying. She was super nice! Got our food really fast and their truck is soo cute!

Attended the soft opening today near TPC. The eggrolls are delicious. You can taste the seasoning in the meat and the crispy fried outer layers. The bun mi is also tasty. The grilled chicken, butter, and the spicy jalapeños. Chef's kiss. The buttermilk cupcake reminds me of Chinese cheese cake. The top is caramelized with fresh fruit. Can't wait to try them again.

Bun Mi & Boba Truck came to our neighborhood yesterday. Lan, the owner told me she just started the business in April & this was their first HOA to visit. I liked the menu items & it was my first food truck purchase at my neighborhood because the items were different. Plus I had a craving for Banh Mi sandwiches. I got the Grilled Pork Banh Mi, Vietnamese Cold Cuts Banh Mi & an Ube-Taro Boba! Hubs got the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. The veggies were crunchy & the carrots had a slight tang from the vinaigrette. The Vietnamese cold cuts were different & crunchy & I could slightly taste the Pâté. My husband loved the Grilled Pork & added Jalapeños for a slight kick. Lan was very accommodating when I asked the ingredients in the Cold Cuts. She said if I didn't like it, she'd make something else. Also, they have no dairy alternatives since some of the drinks like Thai Tea & Vietnamese Coffee use Half & Half Milk so she said the Ube-Taro is already creamy so no milk was needed. It was sweet but not creamy. It had a floral note to it like Lavender which was interesting. Also, there's a sign that they don't accept cash since they're women owned & feel safer just accepting Credit Cards but if someone only had cash, she wouldn't refuse them. A young kid on a bike ordered a Boba & only had cash so they accepted it. Yum!! #supportlocal #womenownedbusiness

What a cute truck! The women who own and run the truck are extremely friendly and kind. We ordered the Taro Boba Tea, Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls and two types of Banh Mi sandwiches. The grilled pork Banh Mi was my absolute favorite! The egg rolls were so crispy, delicious and not oily at all. You really receive a good amount of food for the price. Will definitely be following this truck and excited to eat it again!

A small but clean tea shop…read more Former coffee shop and specialty tea shop barista here! I stopped by Y Bubble later in the evening about an hour before close for a pick me up and the place was pretty quiet. A few customers came to pick up orders, but otherwise it was just me in store. The place was extra clean with board games in one corner for customers to play, and the barista was pretty quick with my order. My original order was a Matcha Jasmine Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba and Almond Milk, but after I was rung up and the barista went back to make the drink itself, she informed me that they were out of Almond Milk but could do Coconut instead. Since I'd paid the extra amount for a dairy replacement, I agreed. The resulting drink was interesting to say the least. Had the drink been a plain matcha milk tea with coconut milk or a matcha jasmine with a milk substitute that didn't have such a strong flavor of its own it would have been fine, but the three bold flavors together in one drink were super confusing. It was tropical with floral notes that didn't pair well with coconut, and the matcha just didn't have a chance to shine between the two. Not to mention that the mixed flavor profile was so muddled I could not discern if the boba was made in a brown sugar or honey syrup; the taste was just completely lost. The drink altogether was fine, but this is a combination I can't say I'd order again. Given the hiccup in the visit, I know need to give this location another try. A place being out of a certain ingredient for the day isn't a bad thing, but in this particular instance it made a weird enough drink that lessened the overall experience.

Haven't been here in awhile but had a BOGOF reward for their new Leviteas which are less sweeter &…read moreless calories. I looked at the menu online & saw they have a Matcha Levitea with Green Jelly and it's only $4 so I stopped by after the gym. There was a construction truck with a crane in front so I parked on the side by the drive-thru. I walked in and it was quiet, no piped in music but a young male employee came to the counter. I showed him my phone with the BOGOF reward & told him that I wanted the Matcha Latte. I paid for what was listed as 1 order on the kiosk & figured he'd make 2 of the same? I asked if I could use the restroom & he said it was around the corner. While he was making my drink, I went to the co-ed bathroom. I looked in the toilet & it was disgustingly dirty so I left & didn't bother using it. I waited & saw him prep only one drink but figured he was doing it one at a time. A gentleman came in with 2 little kids and said to me "Are they open?" And I said "Yeah, there's someone here." The clerk came out & the man said "Where's the menu?" The clerk pointed to the laminated menu on the counter. They used to have a lit menu board above the counter but it's gone or maybe broken? Afterwards, the clerk gave me my drink & I said "Isn't it BOGOF?" and he said "I wasn't sure what you wanted for the other one??" I think he's not very assertive working the front counter because he didn't even bother to ask me when he took my order?? Maybe he's new and/or wasn't trained? Plus, I was the only customer in the store when he took my order. I told him I wanted the same thing. He proceeded to make me another one & I thanked him. While waiting, I took photos of games, events & promos they have. Maybe it's busier in the evening when young kids hang out after school or for those events? As far as the Matcha Levitea, it was really refreshing, not cloyingly sweet & perfect for the mid-day. I'd go back for that!

It's a gamble each time I walk in. Then, on top of that, the service is just..........well, you know how it is when GenY,Z takes over? We greet THEM when we walk in. We tell THEM thank you. Unfortunately, it's one of the few areas where we can go to get milk tea & bubble waffles---but even so, the inconsistencies with my drinks is mind-boggling. To be safe, get a fruit tea. There have been times where I pay almost $10 for my fruit tea + basil seeds + boba, but I didn't mind. At least make my drink right. *Sigh*
