This florist arranges flowers ordered via the Teleflora site. I'd ordered a bouquet for my mother, upgrading it to the largest, most flush arrangement available. The advertised bouquet was stuffed with orange and pink roses and, instead of leafy greens, a bright green mum-like flower brought the bouquet together. It was very a very rounded, very full arrangement, covering the top two inches of the fishbowl-like vase. I was excited to see what the upgraded version would look like. My sister sent me a photo of what was delivered (see posted pic) and, to be frank, it's utterly dismal. There are a couple of pink roses mixed in with a bunch of horrid pink carnations (shame on you for substituting with such an inferior flower) and even more green leaves. Despite the overuse of greens, the arrangement is sparse and cheap looking. It's clearly a $10 bouquet of flowers, and a horribly arranged one at that. Honestly, a monkey could put together a more attractive display of flowers. You should be embarrassed. I know that, after having my name attached to this "gift," I'm completely mortified. I grew up in Herndon and have a large number of friends still residing in town. I'll be sure to send them the pic of your "work" and will discourage them from using you for their floral needs. And I'll advise you not to rip off your customers in the future, thinking that those ordering from you will not actually see the finished product. read more

Had I known the name of the florist before placing my order, I would have found that they are a 2.5 star business here on Yelp - which is generous. I am in Atlanta and ordered flowers for my mother in Fairfax, VA. When I asked my mom if she'd gotten her bouquet on 5/12/18, she sent me pictures of wilted flowers and brown leaves. She said she had already called to complain and my mother never does that. They were that bad. This is a friendly local store that also takes orders through bigger websites. I placed an order directly with them- The order was completed in a timely manner, and I got a beautiful arrangement! Comment on ordering via 3rd party vendor websites: Some of the flower arrangements one these mega websites are so standardized (like teleflora & 1-800 flowers.com) that it doesn't even make sense to order from through these websites. They also probably charge these local florists too much fees to be affordable. I ordered flowers for my son who is in hospital and was very disappointed. I specially requested sunflowers and other yellow and white flowers in a red mustang pot seen on their web page--something very cheerful for after serious surgery. What was delivered was a lot more funereal--some yellow roses but other darker hues of red and blue in a black car pot. What is worse than shopping for clothes? - shopping for flowers. Which why its nice to find a Mom & didn't see Pop place that makes it easy and comfortable to get the bouquet and get out happy. I found it using Google Maps near where I was and headed in. I liked the feel of the place; a small shop with flowers, not lots of other gift crap to push on me. Cindy (who I am guessing is the owner) was very nice. She asked me for a ballpark price and purpose, then she went to work. She took my limited advice and improved on immensely, but still let me feel I took part in some of the creative (those sunflowers were my idea :). The "Get Well" bouquet was nicely done. The cigarette smoke attached to the balloons from the delivery driver was awful. A call to inform the florist of the problem of delivering the "get well" bouquet with cigarette smoke attached was received as "ok- thanks for letting me know. Bye." What in the world????? However; after complaining to Teleflorist, we received a visit from the owner with another arrangement and a very sincere apology. No complaints on my part. HORRIBLE company. I ordered through flowers.com that uses this "florist". They did not do the arrangement in paid $90 for. It was supposed to be an extra large and it what I got was a medium. It was supposed to be a GLASS martini vase instead I got a cheep plastic margarita cup that probably came from the dollar store. The water was supposed to be pink but what I got was green. And to top it off the little card was handwritten by what looks like a 2 year old and was smeared. Before placing my order, I read reviews and thought this would be a good fit since they were in a prime location for my delivery. Unfortunately, they were not. The flowers were marked as "delivered" when in fact they had not been delivered. I called the florist and she said the orders had been mixed up with another order, after apologizing she ensured me that the flowers would be delivered that same day by 5PM. Beyond appalled at this store's customer service. My friend sent me flowers but they brought the wrong size by accident so she called and asked them to refund the difference for their mistake. 2 days later the delivery guy comes to my door and asks for my flowers back (a week after they were delivered) because of this problem. Then he changes his mind and says he just needs the vase back. So he drove to my house to pick up week old flowers and a vase that cost maybe $4. By the end of the incident he left with his $4 vase, hope it was worth the drive. You earned yourself a bad review and lost two paying customers. read more

watch out this store! My son from overseas ordered the some rosses and a box of chocolate for my wife's birthday. We were very happy to receive the rosses and send some pictures to my son. To our surprise, he is not happy when he saw the pictures because he said the flowers were very small compared to what he saw on the website. What's more the chocolate box is missing. We called the shop several times before someone picked up the phone. When we asked about the chocolate, they told us they forgot about it. Two days later, we received the box. It is worth mentioning that my son asked the store to write a note to his mother, said "...from thousands of miles away...". IMO, this could be the one sentence that made the difference. My in laws sent us a bouquet of roses for our 25th anniversary as a surprise. What a wonderful gift.... but it was a shame that this company did not think that they had to spend any time choosing the quality of rose that came in the selection. Several were wilted, fully opened and I would be surprised if they lasted even 1 day since they were already browning. The driver, who knew that it was a below par arrangement, offered to call his boss who would make sure that we were completely satisfied. His boss, apparently too busy to actually know the order or hear my name/address, was rude and said they were supposed to be sprigs of roses.... what? I ordered flowers over Memorial Day weekend online with a delivery date of 5/26 (Monday, Memorial Day) for funeral services that started at 11, the funeral was at 1pm on 5/27 (Tuesday). Around 11am Tuesday the 27th I got a message that they would not be able to delivery the flowers in time for the services which was after they were supposed to have been delivered. As you can imagine I was frustrated but there was nothing I could do at that point. Then I received a confirmation by email that the flowers were delivered at 1:08. REALLY? Steer clear of this florist. My daughter ordered a Mother's Day bouquet for me that was fulfilled by Bundle of Roses. A disgrace to the business. There were old, brown-edged roses on the very day it was delivered, lilies with broken petals, some half-dead filler flowers and limp greens. I know my daughter paid a hefty sum for this bouquet, which should have been fresh from petal to petal, stem to stem. But at least 60% of the flowers were ready to be thrown out when this florist chose to put them in my Mother's Day bouquet. Disheartening to think of the mentality of a florist who would do this for Mother's Day...or any day. I am disgusted with this business, and hope they will be closed from lack of business! read more

Super disappointed. Bouquet showed up with dead roses and flowers losing peddles. I called and they questioned me over and over saying so your flowers aren't fresh enough for you? Fresh wasn't the problem dead was. They said they would bring me new ones and take the old back. Or come get them and give me a refund. My husband wanted me to have flowers so I stopped by on my way home. I really only wanted the dead flowers replaced. They told me I got more then what was shown online. And so what. I should have live flowers and I should have what I got. They chose to put more in it. Why does that matter. So instead of replacing the dead flowers they took the entire thing apart. Put different flowers in and only some of the original ones back. The new arrangement is so ugly and has no order. It's like they just threw them in. No organization. Just a bunch of random flowers. They claim they put better fresh flowers, but it's ugly now. There are empty spots and it looks very messy. They took out the dead flowers as well as the good beautiful ones. Beautiful mini roses, took them out and added two large roses that look odd in the mix. There were 3 beautiful open lilies and one was missing a peddle, now there is only 2. I asked them to put back the roses and other things they took out. They only put one spray of light pink roses in and then reluctantly put back a few of the pink carnations. They kept the rest. I wonder who is getting the flowers they took out???? The first one was beautifully organized, just had some dead flowers that needed replaced. The second one is a disorganized mess. read more

I ordered their "bestseller" orchid arrangement for a funeral. This arrangement was the most beautiful of all the arrangements at this service and many people complimented on this arrangement! I have never used this florist before, however, took a chance and was not disappointed in the least. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous, the flowers arrived a few hours before the service and were taken home by a family member after the service. Fifteen (15) days after the the service the arrangement still looks completely fresh and beautiful. The family member told me that the other arrangements which were taken home had already died, except for this one! I could not have been more pleased with the service, the cost and the arrangement.
