Jasmin the owner is so friendly and willing to talk story and recommend items for first timers. All of the art for sale in the cafe is hers as well! The Honey Rose Latte was wonderful with rose accents and was the perfect compliment to my beautiful and delicious hummus toast that I had for lunch (insert heart eyes emoji). Need more places like this - but I feel like it would be hard to recreate the vibe that Jasmin has created. This Teapresso Express is a cozy shop at Bishop Square. They featured some grab-and-go meals that are convenient for people who work in the area. I've been to the downtown and Ward Village locations of Ali'i Coffee, so when I heard that they have a new shop next to the Jollibee at Makai Market Food Court, I had to stop by! The free, covered parking is much appreciated... and so is the wonderful air-conditioning and beautiful wall mural! Note: This space used to be Honolulu Bistro Service was super friendly and efficient! The friends of the employees were hanging out and chatting in a welcoming manner! Thanks! The charming gal at the counter listened to me and figured out that I would enjoy the Ali'i Cloud because it was dairy-free and contained coconut milk already! The base was the Purple Haze iced tea - and some vanilla was added to the mix... very clever! Thank you so much for a great foodie experience! I'll be back!
