First time trying I got the mini slider combo. The red bun was interesting. The meat was seasoned well which is a major plus for me can't stand a bland meat patty the frys were very seasoned maybe more than I like but definitely beats bland fries. All and all I will be back! read more

It feels like we've been waiting forever for the food hall to open and we were so excited to try it out. Our family decided to give Bunslut a try first. We ordered the single burger, spicy cheese fries and the 3 slider combo which were the red buns. The red buns were dry and zero taste. The sliders were 90%bun / 10% burger and the entire thing was cold. The only drink options are a $2.39 can of soda or bottle of water. No fountain drinks or glasses of water. The only redeeming item on the menu was the French fries with some awesome seasoning. It's unfortunate because I don't think we'll try to the other places in the food hall because this experience was extremely underwhelming. read more

Called by for a smash burger bur got the patty melt, great result. Double smashed patty and cheese with grilled onions. The surprise was it was quite spicy. Not sure if that's normal but it's to my liking. Cost $2.00 more than the Whataburger Patty Melt . Service good at the counter. Payment machine asking for tip ? Why? The cheese dip with the fries was perfect the service was fast and friendly :) they give you this buzzer that makes it super easy to tell when your foods ready the place was all around great! I have been here multiple times in the last couple days! The service is terrible. They refuse to make shakes out of laziness. The first couple times I ordered with a person upfront, and they informed me that they simply were not making shakes. The machine wasn't broken, but everything in stock, but they just chose not to make shakes. The second time I went I ordered on the machine and it already paid for a milkshake.. we waited for our food and once it was done, we noticed we were missing shakes and sodas. They informed us that again. They were not making milkshakes and we had informed them that we had already paid. Then all of a sudden they were able to make the milkshakes.. this place is known for their burgers and their milkshakes and for them to simply not make the milkshakes out of laziness is aggravating. I simply asked the lady upfront who did seem to be working unlike the other three boys in the back. Why they were not making milkshakes and all of a sudden we're able to make them and she said that she was busy doing their things like sending pictures of stock to their manager. This wasn't a very busy night there was no one waiting other than the people waiting on their milkshakes that they already ordered, I don't like me we were told that they simply were not making them. And then we left with our food cold, because the milkshakes took another at least 10 minutes to make. Ordered the Slutty Melt with seasoned fires and a can coke. The melt was ok not great . The fries were cold and lacked seasoning. Can coke can speak for its self. Price for this meal was $17.50. Absolutely way overpriced. The service I would say the cashier could have at least smiled and seemed to be happy but she wasn't. Why was I respectful and she wasn't I have no idea. The young lady at the cashier with braids made my experience horrible I ordered a shake and she clearly said it will be out in a few. 45 mins passed I was done with my meal and my shake wasn't ready so I asked politely is my milkshake ready and her response was " what milkshake did you order" RUDELY when she clearly took my order. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but they seem to just be hanging out. Not once did she just apologize she just smirked. She ruined my experience. read more

Disappointed with my first experience, the single burger was 750, $.50 for lettuce, which was one single piece $.75 for tomatoes which was two and $.50 for jalapeños, the tomatoes were thicker than the meat. You cannot taste the meat and it came with two jalapeños on it. If you really want these burgers, you need at least quarter a double meat if you want to taste meat otherwise I wouldn't waste my time or money. read more
