Last year I bought a cord of wood for $475, $75 higher than the year before. I ordered Mixed, what I received was mainly tree limbs. I wanted to have them take it all back, the one and only reason I accepted it was because I had no wood left from the prior year, so I was desperate. I couldn't believe, the price went up $75 for mostly tree limbs. My brother-in-law, said that his wood last year from Bunwarmers, wasn't up to the same quality he was used to with them either. I feel, they should have lowered their prices, knowing they were not giving us what they should have. The hardwood, was so very hard to light, I would go through three or four fire starters before it would stay lit. If I do order from Bunwarmers this winter and if it comes the same way it did last year, I am not excepting it this time. read more

They showed up when they said they would and delivered a good cord of mixed wood, they were friendly and professional.

My father in law order a cord of citrus early November and all of the wood was green and unseasoned. Seasoned citrus always turn brown or tan. The fact that it was green and over 40% moisture on all the pieces (tested via moisture meter) tells me that that it was a very recent cut down tree. Considering our summer was precipitation free, I feel cheated. Never again. read more

Well, we had used bunwarmers in the past when they were on Navajo Rd. Seems they were more down to earth and friendly. We drove by there first week of Dec 18 but a sign said they had moved across from AVHS. So hubby and I went over there. I went inside to get price for a cord. There was a lady and a guy in there. I ask how much a cord was. The lady said " here is the cost sheet " pointing to a laminated paper on the counter. $300 dollars a cord. Guess they have to pay for new place. I ask when wood could be delivered the guy said SATURDAY, the lady goes no not until next week. Not friendly at all. We left. They should have stayed on Navajo. They were nicer then. And 300 is too much for a cord. read more

My husband and I are new to the area and needed a lot of wood to help keep us warm at night, as we are not yet used to the chilly desert nights! Anna and Christine were great to work with over the phone. We originally ordered a cord of wood, not realizing just how much that is and ended up with just a half cord and a refund for what we could not pick up and store. Pictures are of stove cut, mixed wood. $225 a cord. Why can't I add an image? Anyway, the wood is full of small pieces. Looks like somebody raked the floor. Most of the pieces that are not tiny are odd shapes that didn't quality for a customer cord. Looks like the stuff you would let the customer have for free for cleaning up your yard. Weird. We thought we were buying "stove cut" but now I have to go look up the meaning of that. This wood is full of dust, chips so that each piece needs to be banged and cleaned off before stacking or else we will end up with gobs of junk all over the patio and living room. read more

I couldn't tell if I got a full half cord because at first they were just tossing it into my trailer until I started actually stacking it. Ufortunately, I do not believe the wood they sold me was seasoned - it is difficult to get the wood to burn. read more

I had a cord of Eucalyptus and a cord of Douglas fir delivered today. A couple real nice looking cords of wood. The price was fair, friendly people and they were here when they said they would be. I will definitely be getting my firewood from then again when the need arises. read more

Mike and his crew do a great job trimming trees, stump and tree removal, They leave everything cleaned up and beautiful,
