ALL he had to do was ask if I am being helped, then when I tell him I am picking up an order, all he had to say was "Ok, I'll go check on that order for you." That's it, that is all it takes. Instead he gave me nothing but attitude as if I am annoying him and invading his space. Sir, your JOB is customer service. That's it. Do your job! When the owner (or maybe manager?) Anthony saw that they were planning to walk back to their hotel late at night, he not only made sure they got back to their hotel safely but he gave them his number in case they needed any assistance during their stay in PA. What an incredibly kind gesture from a complete stranger. Good restaurants are hard enough to find, but good restaurants with wonderfully kind and caring people are extremely hard to find.
