Fashion Nail Salon/Spa has mall hours. So they are open like 11 to 12 hours a day. AMC 8 was open and working like normal. McDonald's and Hot Dog on a Stick appeared to be OUT OF BUSINESS in the Burbank Town Center Food Court. The BTC FC was pretty pathetic for a Friday night, which was completely unusual. Aeropostale Clothing now gone too. Also, the designer discount shoe store on the second floor disappeared. Burlington Coat Factory was actually neat and clean. Forever 21, Claire's Fashion Jewelry & Accessories, Charlotte Russ, Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond were business as normal. Bath & Body Works was cheery as ever.... Victoria Secrets had an insanely great sale on body care products. The mall looked pretty sad with dimmed lights and all those favorites places now gone. And I'm not sure what changes will take place next at Burbank Town Center, however, I hope it stays a nice place for the Mall Rats to hangout. At least, they always eat and exercise. read more

It's a decent mall. I honestly just go to a few stores here in the area. Sport Chalet has tons of things to browse upon so you should hit that up. The random things you'll find at bed, bath & beyond shouldn't be missed. Can't skip the Urban Outfitters and Active just across the street. Plenty of food places to dine at and 3 movie theaters to walk to. You have a yogurtland and a pinkberry and starbucks.. A few bars just walking distance from the Town Center. And if you so happen to be around the area on the day they film shows, movies, sitcoms.. etc. You can watch the magic happen.... Hey, they may even ask you to be an extra... read more

The mall itself is nice but the area around it is just lovely! A lot of nice little shops and restaurants along with a movie theater. Parking situation is much easier than the Americana too, with many smaller lot options available nearby. read more

Being a Burbank resident I'm super disappointed in our mall! First of all Burlington belongs at the empire center somewhere....AND there are way too many cheap discounts stores in our mall with the same old shitty stuff. The stores have changed over the years, but there is nothing too fancy. The stores are small and don't offer too much of a variety. I only like it because it's close to home and the parking is not too bad. However, if I am really in the mood to shop...I head a couple miles down and go to the Glendale Galleria. read more

This is a solid mall. It's not the mall I crave but it does have a theater, plenty of stores and some cool food options (like tamales). When I come I usually frequent the girly stores that aren't a chain (i.e. Fashion Nova, Q) and this Forever 21 is decent. There's also your typical brow threading places, hair straightener carts, and the like. I grew up in the Valley so I tend to enjoy that stuff - to me that's everything the mall needs. And for the little ones, there's some cool things they can do in the mall, like a big bungee/trampoline looking thing. This is my local mall. I grew up coming here. I went to school at Burbank High school so this was my usual hangout spot. I used to even work in the suncoast here. Before it shut down. That's the main draw back of this mall. Its small and alot of the stores have gone under. It has the AMC 8 inside but your better off going outside for a movie and going to the Glendale galleria for a mall. read more

The mall is improving, but you want to avoid the snack stand on the second floor. I wanted a little snack so I went to the Bank of America ATM so I could make the purchase for a small bag of chips. The woman at the kiosk was not friendly. I could tell she did not want to be there. As I gave her my $20 bill from my ATM withdrawal, she looked it up to the light and told me "No" and returned my $20 to me. Now I was concerned that the ATM may have distributed a counterfeit $20 bill. So she returned my money to me and I responded, "Ok, I'll take my business elsewhere." She then took my money and wrote using a counterfeit pen, which showed my money was legit and proceeded with my purchase not saying anything. I responded with a thank you and left. read more

I went here today for the first time. This mall is pretty depressing. Dark(literally) and lots of small shoe/clothing stores. Nothing special about this mall. I'd rather go to Ikea for killing my time then here. I would never come back. read more

I give this mall three stars because it's hidden and secluded. The only downside is that half the stores are closed for remodel. Hopefully it gets better and they are putting a world market in. read more

This mall is ok, a bit outdated, but there are plenty of shoe stores offering $20 heels + other reasonably priced varieties. Also anchor stores such as Sears and Macy's. Can't forget, IKEA is here too! They also have Bath & Body Works, Burlington Coat Factory, Wet Seal, & more. read more

i only come here because its the only place close to my work, oh and i refuse to go to glendale. i hate that everything is so spread out but its all still considered apart of the town center. a lot of the stores are places you've never heard of, and im pretty sure its the one or 2 big stores that keep the mall section alive. parking is bad pretty much throughout the mall and its a pain to get around. oh and the people, not just workers but customers, why is everyone sooooo extremely rude!! read more

This town center/shopping center is so freaken dead...which is really sad because it's got some of the greatest shops and restaurants there. I love to come here to get all my necessary stuff. The great thing about this shopping center is, it's not like any other mall, where everything is indoors. Some of the better restaurants are outdoors, but still within walking distances. The other great thing about this mall is that, it's not like most where it's just one big box. or at least when I shop around, I actually could get lost at times. OK when I say lost, I mean I don't know where the escalator's are at times. But I love how it's divided into sections. A typical t-shaped layout, 3 floors, one of which is below street grade, open center rotunda, open floors on the main T-s, with skylighting and hidden up-lights. The "anchors" are Macy's to the north, Bed/Bath/Beyond & Sears to the West, Sports Chalet and Burlington Coat Factory to the East. Main Entry is at the south, and though it is used a lot, that is not where the parking is, so it really isn't the main entry. Clear/Exposed elevator south of rotunda. Escalators to North, south, east and west, but those nearest to the rotunda on the south and west don't cover all 3 floors, and the one nearest to the west only goes one way. the ones north of the rotunda have traffic patterns reversed so that people are crossing each other on the second floor --- very inefficient! The security is ever-present and watching almost always; and the store clerks have quick call buttons for security assistance. They have a stated policy on the 3rd floor west of the food court near the restrooms that you can be asked to leave for "excessive loitering", which is to say, not shopping and not eating. They will also ask you to leave if you use roller shoes or any other form of wheeled transportation besides wheelchairs and strollers. If you don't leave when they tell you to, the sign states they will have you arrested for trespassing. Often the "security adviser" (in blue) stands at the rotunda on the 3rd floor assessing the "operations" and advising other security staff by cell phone. Other security people are dressed in white uniform shirts/black slacks and are walking the area, or will hang out near one of the open "booths" if a clerk goes on break. The security center is on the first floor at the south next to the restrooms. (There is one "family" restroom there in addition to men's & women's). The glass windows allows one to watch the security personnel watch the security monitors. The children's play area is at the north end, at the Macy's entrance. There also is a video arcade there. The children may also enjoy the small riding train in the rotunda, but the train is replaced with photo opportunities or similar at Christmas, Easter, etc. The main reason to go to this "center" (besides freeway access & easy parking) is the clearance sales at some of the discount shops... Shoe Time (1st floor, north), Max-V (3rd floor east), Wet Seal (2nd flr, east), Payless shoes (2nd flr, east). Charlotte Russe (2nd flr, north), Epic Leather (1st flr center), Claires (2nd & 3rd flr, center),... Look for $5 shoes, $5 or less "outfits", and $1 accessories. One of the "carts" has very nice $2 glass jewelry. Don't forget the 2 story Ross across the street to the south. Don't forget the two eyebrow threading places, and all those store clerks from the middle east, especially if you like to speak Arabic, Armenian, Turkish..., or want to wear a hijab. Best parking is the 5 level structure to the east; just remember to stay on Burbank Blvd until you reach the high-school before turning. If you don't, you'll be stuck in traffic waiting for pedestrians trying to get to or from Ikea. The food court is one of the few I've seen that has a large curved window along one entire edge of the seating, to look out above the main entry, and to see all the shoppers on the two streets below. If you don't like the food here, when you leave, you can drive an extra 1/2 block north of Burbank Blvd to the Kmart parking lot and eat at Subway before getting back on the Freeway. read more

I definitely love this place! except for the very first floor, there's nothing good there. There are a few unique stores that you won't find at a typical mall, but they do have a few stores that you are familiar with. Such as their Aeropostale. Even for popular stores, their Forever 21 is lacking. It was practically empty when i went in! What type of Forever21 is this!?!? The ones I got to ALWAYS have lines. It makes me wonder if there is something wrong. The food choices are fairly nice. They got great places to eat. The Burbank Town Center has good shopping for girls, but not exceptional. As a girl, I LOVE LOVE LOVE clothes, and they need more stores with better selections. read more

Only go if you have some shopping to do. The place is pretty boring and uneventful. Mostly filled with old people and teenagers. But it's less crowded than the Glendale galleria..and theres a bunch of restaurants and stores across the street (Urban Outfitters...). Customer service to me is everything and I was assisted my a cashier by the name of Erin she was so rude and snide and I didn't not appreciate her snide remarks about a price discrepancy in an item. most people places will go and look for the item they in which they were quick to tell me I was wrong but when I told them that wasn't where I retrieved the item it seemed to take a very long time to come back, makes me wonder what they were doing. The ONLY reason I purchased what I did was because I didn't have time to go and get it at another store. I'm very disappointed and will not be coming back to this Bed Bath and Beyond! This is mall is pretty basic as malls go. It's a bit on the older side, though parts of the mall are currently being renovated. You can find the bare essentials, some gifts and your general clothing stores. If you want a wider variety of stores, you probably should look elsewhere. read more

this mall is ok i guess... it's best to go window shopping at this place during the weekdays, because on weekends it's PACKED with teens and "tweens" that looked like they did drugs the day before they came. i don't mind coming here, but everytime i do come i would hear that damn kiddie train located on the 1st floor, it's really annoying to hear it every 5 minutes but other than that it's ok. ...and make sure to visit that gamestop located on the 3rd floor also, it might be smaller than other gamestops but the staff there make up for it. there is a bigger gamestop at the glendale galleria which is cool and all, but the staff there suck balls!!! the staff there didn't know about "game knowledge" and was paying more attention to their paychecks instead...anyways, i recommend coming to the gamnestop at this mall instead! :) read more

Ok the fast shop store with the snacks either charges too much for the snacks or the lady doesn't know how to use the cashier. I bought chips and a soda and she was charging 8 dollars. Wth. Then she gave me back 4 dollars in change out of 10 it was suppose to be 6 dollars back. Has happened more than once! Never buying from their snack shop again. I've frequented to Burbank Town Center numerous times... I like their AMC movie theatre, I like the strip of shops on San Fernando, I like the over all easy world it is. It's the easy place to go for family friendly eating (I have a 3 year old). See... when you have a 3 year old, you take them to the easy places, and save the hip places for when you don't have your kid with you. I can't be that annoying person that has their kid in a cool little restaurant, and when my kid misbehaves, it ruins everyone's meal. It's easier to go to places where lots of other people bring their kids, so everyone has misbehaving kids and it's not so annoying anymore... hahahhaa, Burbank Town Center is perfect for this purpose. read more

It might not be Glendale with a whole list of different stores but hey i love this mall. it gets the job done for me. It's never that crowded and I ALWAYS find parking even for the holidays. They have an AMC theatre I really don't recommend it since it's soo small but if you walk down San Fernando street there is another AMC which is nicer but yes more crowded. You will also find a Ross, Starbucks, Yogurtland and a whole strip of small restaurants just walking distance. read more

Average shopping mall. Parking lot, food court, busy on the weekends. Not much to say about this one. Best shops are Haggan Daz and the Orange Julius. Good on a hot day and never very busy. read more
