I love this mall because it's small and has enough for you to shop. I miss the Macys located at this mall but overall, it's still cool without it. The service is good, the staff is always nice and the prices are reasonable for shopping. Nice Filipino eateries and sushi. Great selection of choices. They have a Target, a gym, Dollar Tree, Daniels Jewelry, T-Mobile, Chuckie Cheese, and cute little clothing stores. Plentiful Park ng.

Not a mall to go to for lounging, sightseeing, etc. Now this plaza has become more of a place for people to do errands at. The Macy's closed down, marking the change of pace in shopping habits consumers do here. It used to occupy an entire side of the mall, and the closure has now left that area dusted and abandoned. The Seafood city market is what my family and I mainly go here for; fresh fish, Filipino food, rice, etc. There is a local gym upstairs on the second floor that I see lots of people head to. A Target occupies the other side of the mall, and it receives good business and shoppers as well. In terms of restaurants to eat at, there's just the Seafood City: Grill City Filipino fast food spot, Jolibee, and Chowking now. Nail salon near the front entrance is always active, as well as an eyebrow/face threading/hair salon upstairs. A couple other retail clothes stores and phone provider stores are still around. Chuck E Cheese is still active on the second floor. But overall the liveliness of the place has significantly gone down, there needs to be a revampment here to make the plaza trendier. - lots of free parking - lack of public bathrooms (only Target and Seafood city)

The Eagle Rock Plaza first opened in 1973. It was quite popular due to the inclusion of big-name department stores, trendy shops, and family friendly restaurants, such as Bob's Big Boy, all under one roof. Over the years the mall has gone downhill. Most of the big names have left. Occasionally, I go there to pick up something from Target and recently paid a visit to Valerio's Tropical Bakeshop. Glancing at the directory I noticed there was an AT&T, T-Mobile, Jollibee, & Chuck E Cheese. Seafood City Supermarket occupies a big space on the lower level. I've heard they have good deals on seafood and carry a wide selection of Filipino products. The parking lot is large with ample parking, which is convenient.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff at various establishments also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use throughout the mall/plaza. This mall has establishments that are available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing high touch areas at all and frequently. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was window shopping in this mall several days ago, I asked if they allow pets in their mall. The security guard said no, unless it's a service animal Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive. There is an underground parking lot and a above ground parking lot. Parking spots are so small. I hate that my car gets dinged every time I come here. Mall & Staff: The mall itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff/custodians here are very friendly.

There parking area on the lower level so stinky, smell awful, they should clean it. I feel like I'm going to get sick smell bacteria viruses

Fun little older mall anchored by a Macy's and target. I like this Macy's because it may not be the most stylish modern one - it does carry the same as the Pasadena and Arcadia flagships yet is always never very busy. Also a seafood city, Jollibee and number of other little shops. Small but still a fun little nostalgic mall.

Alas those days are long gone and my grandpa can no longer drive, a bit sad and a bit nostalgic to look back on, I digress. It's a huge mall and I definitely prefer it over going to the Americana across the street (free parking here and such), but again, it's a huge mall that attracts all around, so parking can get quite busy, especially on the weekends, so keep that in mind. I like that there's an attached Target and lots of shopping and dining options. They have all of the franchises that you find at a standard mall and at a higher end mall too, so you get a good mix of both. There's an Apple Store, Beard Papa (not many of these left sadly), Bath and Body Works, Heytea, Hot Topic, Kura, Lacoste, Lush, Marugame Udon, Miniso, Molly Tea, Pop Mart, the Lego Store (I remember visiting this as a child), Uniqlo, Tokyo Life Style, etc. There's a markedly newer and lively part of the mall and when you go to the periphery, there's a strange mini floor on one of the top floors and the crowds start parsing through. It used to be the only mall where we could get some of these franchises and foods or we'd have to travel more into the OC, but now that the Santa Anita mall has almost every business that I would need, going to the Glendale Galleria is a once in awhile treat if we're already in the area.

On Sunday (6/14/2026) I went to Glendale Galleria with my mom and my brother…read more My mom bought some shoes and cosmetics, and I picked up both a Beef Kabob and a Chicken Kabob from Massis Kabob. After that, we all had dinner together at Kura Sushi. After dinner at Kura Sushi, I decided to pick up another kabob to go for my other brother at home. As I was walking back to Kura Sushi with the food, I passed by the restroom area near the food court and a kiosk that appeared to offer eyebrow tattooing services. A Hispanic female janitor was cleaning the area. My mom had called me and was asking me to come back quickly, so I was walking at a very fast pace with the takeout order in my hand. Suddenly, the female janitor jabbed me in the arm and started speaking angrily in Spanish. I couldn't understand a single word she was saying, and I was completely shocked by her behavior. I assume that because I was walking quickly to get back to my mom, I may not have noticed that she had placed a caution sign and was cleaning that section of the floor. Perhaps I accidentally walked through the area she was working on. Even so, I found it completely unacceptable for someone to jab me in the arm like that. To make matters worse, she kept speaking to me in Spanish, which I could not understand. I honestly thought her behavior was very inappropriate. I simply responded, "Please speak English and do not touch me, OK?" My mom was waiting for me and wanted to leave right away, so I didn't have time to continue the conversation and just walked away. However, the more I think about what happened that day, the more upset it makes me. I sincerely hope I never experience something this unpleasant again. Glendale Galleria should do a better job of training its employees on how to interact respectfully with customers.

After trying on a couple pairs of jeans, I returned the items I wasn't purchasing to the fitting room attendant. I was also in a bit of a rush, and I had never encountered this issue before, especially since in the past even the store associates themselves have offered to hang the clothes back for me. She told me, with a rather unnecessary attitude, that next time I should put the items back on the hangers myself. I was surprised because I had never been told this was a store policy before. I later politely asked another employee whether customers are required to rehang clothes after trying them on. He confirmed that there is no such rule and that rehanging items is simply a courtesy. I completely understand that putting clothes back on hangers is helpful to the staff, and I'm happy to do so as a courtesy. However, there is a big difference between politely asking a customer for help and correcting them as though they have violated a store policy when no such policy exists. The interaction was minor, but the attitude was unnecessary and definitely affected my experience at this location.

That way I could get a second opinion! When I exited, I wasn't sure where to put my go back and I didn't want to put it in the wrong place. There was an employee there but they were busy fixing a garment I believe. They helped me after a bit once they realized I needed something, but I feel like if they were assigned there then they should have asked for my go backs right away. I don't want to accidentally mess up their rack and make it harder for them later. If they weren't assigned there and were just recovering, then I totally understand that it wasn't their responsibility. But then I feel like someone should be assigned there so clothes don't end up in the wrong place. I was able to leave the top on the correct rack, and checkout was pretty quick. Overall, I had a good experience and I would go back to this location.
