Update! I was recently contacted by both the store management team and their customer service representatives to figure out a way to resolve the previous issue. They were polite and courteous with all communication and I am very pleased and happy that they took the extra time to address the situation. If I could give this place 0 stars I wish I could! I bought a shirt from here and brought it home I took the tags off because I thought I wanted to wear it and ironed it. I tried it on with my outfit and it did not go well with the look I wanted. Less than a week later I tried to return it and they refused because they said it was used. I told the manager I just wore it to try it on and the shirt was virtually clean. Then the manager made an excuse that it doesn't smell like the Burberry store so we can't take it back *scratching head* no idea what he was trying to mean by that but it didn't smell at all. They ended up exchanging the shirt for me for another color and would not give me my money back which makes no sense since they would rather give me a new shirt and take the old one back than give my money back. If the shirt was so bad that they can't give me my money back why take it back at all? Doesn't make sense at all! I will never buy Burberry again! Terrible experience and terrible customer service. For a $400 shirt you would think they would treat you better. Lesson learned! Stay away from this location! read more

I love Burberry, especially from their Prorsum collection. If you don't buy from the Prorsum collection, some things seem to be made in China or one of the Eastern European countries, which is fine, but still have the same price tag as when they used to be made in Italy or England. Very few things are made in England and Scotland (maybe a few scarves). I still love their coats and scarves but try to stick with the higher end stuff (Prorsum) because upon closer inspection, I think the quality and craftsmanship is a little better than their regular line. So I ordered a casual shirt and a polo shirt , to be delivered on a specific date and with a gift packaging and a personal msg for my husband's birthday ! Apart from the fact that last minute they tell me that the casual shirt is not available , apart from the delay , and they managed to apologize and satisfy me . I wake up this morning to find out that the gift was sent without any packaging and without my msg !!! They simply ruined my surprise !!! And stopped replying hi my emails !!!! If you want be treated like a poop come here! I had rewarded my self and purchased a Burberry watch, but it stopped working a few months later. I was told by Burberry customer service to drop the watch off at this store and it would be sent out for repair. I drove to the store to drop off the watch, but the store refused to take the watch. As soon as the associate realized I wasn't there to purchase his attitude be came epically SNOBY. I ask for & spoke with an equally SNOBY manager. At this point the associate & manager have created a scene in the store by speaking down to my wife & I. I eventually got the disrespectful manage on the phone with customer service in efforts to try to figure out what the big issue was and yes I had to use my own phone. The manager was upset because the repair charge would go to the store and refused. After arguing with there own Customer service for 10min the store manager was stuck in the mud& won out. She handed the phone back to me and shrewdly walked away. The Customer service representative apologized for having us drive all the way out to the store and for the managers attitude. She explained the store is refusing to take the watch back and asked if I could drive out to there Topanga location. The watch was repaired but lost it's specialness and I no longer want to support this brand or the stores spoiled behavior. I replaced it with an Iwatch @ a 1/3 of the price and am much happier. I have been in this store many times and had nice experience . This last time Chloe was helping me which in the beginning she did ok not mentioning that she is extremely pushy I mean extremely pushy ( I was in a store with my mom I purchased my tracksuit and wanted something for my mom as well. And Chloe would push to get a bag for my mom to surprise her after I told her she said it's nice but she doesn't love it as much to buy it then Chloe came again saying buy it then if she says no return it and after we came home she text me again to buy the bag Jesus I told her if my mother likes something she wouldn't leave the store without it) but she did ok as she held my tracksuit for me and told me to park in a free parking behind the store. Today I texted her because I had a question and I kind of expected the answer to be No but they are high end store and you need to know how to say no to a customer. I have purchased items from them back in May which went on 50 percent sale I asked if I have item with all tags intact to exchange with more expensive item to add money and get it. After she talked to her manager she said we can't which is ok I expected it .Then she start telling me we're not a sale store I said I understand but lol you have a huge sale then with attitude she tells me LV doesn't have a sale I am like what it has to do with LV your Burberry . Anyway my review is long I just wanted to as much detail let you know what to expect. So here is recap if you buy she be so nice and if you ask a question and don't buy expect a big attitude . And if she helps you once she expects you only buy from her she even got upset with me when I ordered something with my contact in Topanga store telling me she expected to be my Only Burberry contact. I was organizing my closet this morning and came across my classic cashmere scarf that I purchased 12 years ago in my 20's as a treat for myself. This scarf is special to me and reminds me of how far I've come in life. Well my dog decided my scarf was going to be his new chew toy when I left it on a chair as I was rushing out the door one morning. So I figured I'll call the closest store to ask if I can repair my scarf by an expert within the company knowing it won't be perfect. Without hesitation, the woman who answered the phone said no and was saying how the process of making scarves was complicated. Cashmere is a fragile fabric yadda yadda yadda. Oh! My favorite part was when she told me the scarves were made in Scotland when mine said Made In England. I had a feeling she didn't know what she was talking about so I called the South Coast Plaza location. The manager happened to pick up, I told him the same thing then asked me to bring it in because he can't tell if it can be fixed without looking at it. He was cool and even said my dog has good taste to brighten the mood. Now that is honest customer service and being helpful. Even if it couldn't be repaired, at least he tried. Just because I didn't call to ask about an item so you can get your commission doesn't mean you can make up some stupid poor excuse to get me off the phone! read more

I have to say Wow! Lets say fashion is not my thing and i needed a Tuxedo for my sister's wedding and i needed it fast! Men's floor were all super polite and all smiling! I spoke with Yousef, super knowledgeable guy in suiting and the trend i was looking for! He showed me few different fits and styles and offered me and my wife coffee and water while he went to get my size from other floors. After i was super picky and didnt decide to get anything from the store, he still thanked me and txted me the picture of the items i liked and invited me to come back when i have more time. Had a pleasant experience shopping at Burberry. The associate who was assisting me (I believe his name was Chris) was super patient and assisted me until the end. I think I arrived a little past 6:30PM (they close at 7). I came in looking for a specific jacket to purchase for my mom for a late bday/Mother's Day gift. He first brought out a few jackets that were around the price point I was looking for, but I didn't like the look of any of them. He goes back again and checks-- sure enough they had the jacket I was looking for (last one in the exact size I needed). Yay! Right? -- Wrong. I tried it on and did not love it at all... It looked so much better in the images on my phone. It was way too boxy/stiff/and tight. I was getting a little discouraged because I spent some more time looking through the racks, but did not see anything that caught my eye. He then brings out another jacket and just at first glance, I had a feeling I knew I was going to love it. Tried it on-- Sold! He brings me a card so I can write a note for my mom, rings me up, and says they will wrap it up and ship it for free.
