Last month I went in to get an outfit together and one kind sales woman i thought was helping me ended up avoiding me after she didn't know what a sport coat was. She kept recommending other things by guessing. I was trying to describe it to help her help me but she may have shied away instead of asking for help or having someone else help me. We found one but after that there was nothing from her so I just left. All the other associates seemed busy but I should have asked them looking back. This lack of product knowledge and service makes shopping at the store less worth it. I instead brought my money to Giorgio Armani and was helped by someone who took initiative and recommended several products that helped me get a fit together. Not Dior. read more

Came in to purchase some shirts and a pair of shoes. The nicest reception I received was from the guard?! The sales associates seemed completely disinterested in me (I came straight from the gym). Never judge a book by its cover. I left and spent my money at Gucci. The staff there was super nice and accommodating!! As someone new to House of Dior, I am a HUGE fan at the moment with what the Men's line is producing. From the styles produced by Kim Jones, to the service I've received here over the phone, I love it! While I'm a super huge fan of online shopping, I reached out to Dior online and inquired about the upcoming Saddle Backpack for men back in December of 2018. A beautiful piece from Kim's latest line for Dior Homme. I was so eager to get one, Dior online set me up with Michael from the BH Dior location who helped me in pre-ordering my new backpack and I've worked with him ever since and have boughten a few things. I have yet to visit the store in person since I'm in Nor*Cal but the service I've received remotely has been nothing be stellar. Even for the Lunar New Year, I received DIOR red envelopes along with this cool gold plated bee in which you assemble. I really look forward to working with Michael on future purchases because I already have my eye on a few things for the Fall 2019 collection. So while I know this review isn't fair since I haven't actually been to this location and physically worked with Michael, I'm sure I'd receive the same service if I were to stop by and shop in person. I've only been unable to come here since I'm like 500 miles north of BH so I don't make my way down to Los Angeles often. I will one day soon though. :) And hopefully I can experience one of their sales either in person or remotely since I love some of the threads they have too but have spent mostly on the bags and accessories since that's my thing :) Dior Homme get's 5 stars from me! I drop by Rodeo's Dior men's store for some possible Grammy party gear. The store is fashioned like a freeway. Shiny black floors, light boxes resembling headlights, and a minimalist feel. Minimal clothes are displayed adding to the beating pulse pumping throughout this Beverly Hills freeway. The look is cold and uninviting, but reality isn't always what it appears. There's a reason why this place has a 5-Star rating. I went into this place wearing an old Judas Priest t-shirt and some Levi 511 jeans and a pair of Nike's with a couple of questions about some Dior Homme Jeans a friend of mine had bought for me. Not only did one gentleman approach me and try to answer all of my questions, but two more gentlemen came over to further assist me and help me out with all of my questions. Once they had answered all of my questions, they showed me some very nice pairs of jeans, shirts, pants, and jackets. If I had a question, they were never too bothered to answer, and not once did any of them treat me as though I couldn't afford anything in the store. With all of their helpful attitudes, I ended up getting two pairs of Dior Homme jeans. The guys at Dior Homme really know how to treat their customers, no matter what you look like. If you ever get a chance to stop by Dior Homme, even if you just want to look , I would highly suggest stopping by. They will make it well worth your time! read more

I got a pair of raw 19CM's shipped to me from this store, it's one of the only 3 Dior Homme stores in the U.S., the other 2 are in Wynn Las Vegas and NYC. I talked to Cort and he was very friendly and was able to get them shipped to me right away. I received them the next day and they didn't even charge me any shipping fee. They forgot to remove the security tag on the jeans, I called and talked to Sean at the store and he was very helpful, he arranged to have it taken out at the SF Dior store. Ah, Dior Homme, where do I start? I still remember the opening of Dior Homme Beverly Hills; the store opened during the Spring/Summer 06 season in what would eventually be the twilight years of the brand's 'of the moment' designer, Hedi Slimane. Dior Homme was, and still to some degree, is different. From the uber slick black polished floors, to the the suspended metal rails, and the white lights that cast an effervescent glow, the boutique is gorgeous. Super sleek, and luxe. And that's exactly what Dior Homme offers, the best silhouette, finely tailored outerwear, etc. I could go on, but as someone who spent a bit too much money here, I can vouch for how perfect everything is. If you are going to get anything, just get a pair of jeans. Bar-none, you arent going to get better denim than Dior's. As perfect as the clothes and store are, the experience at Dior Homme would not be complete were it not for the exceptional SAs. The original team that Peter had was perfect, especially Shawn! The new guys at the store are all equally cool though. Part of the charm of Dior Homme were just the random experiences that would happen; I once saw Linday Lohan there. I once shared sacred ground with the 'holier than though,' Kanye West. It's been fun there! read more

Robert Isaac and Peter are absolutely the best. They were always very patient and understanding and I have a blast just spending time talking to them besides the shopping. They are very knowledgable, they know their stuff. I remember coming in my first time, felt like a little lost boy trying to figure out the layout of the store and where things were. They were quick to make me feel welcomed and showed me where things are. Never felt pressured, always at ease, helpful. Thanks for the great experience. The sales associate needs to be trained more on how to provide a professional and high quality customer service to customers. Only focus on selling good products but providing non-professional customer services after the transaction has been made is not the working ethics a luxury store should have. We purchased a T-shirt last week, and end up the T-shirt runs small when we tired on at home. I called in and try to understand the exchange policy and the availability of sizes. Our purpose of the call was to find out options, but the communication went extremely difficult. We've been loyal Dior customers for many years and had purchased many Dior stuff. This is our first time that we had such unhappy customer service experience. Fist of all, the shirt is in brand new condition with all tags on and never wear, we purchased last week. The sales associate N picked up the phone and kept focusing on who's fault was when chose the size. He repeated 4+ times on there is nothing he can do, and kept telling me that was our own fault to pick the wrong size. I told him I'm not calling to blame, and who's fault was is not important to me, I just want to know the exchange policy and if it's possible to use as credits toward other stuff if the sizes run out. However, I end up finish this sentence with 5 times of restarting and repeating... He was not listening at all and kept interrupting my conversation. I had to spoke to the manger to get this well communicated and resolved. Although the issue has been resolved after talking with the store manager, the great overall experience and expectation have been ruined. It was just a waste of time and unnecessary effort to deal with such a small thing, the non-professional attitude just need to be IMPROVED. read more

I actually don't like very much of Kris Van Assche's work so far with Dior - so for the most part I stick with denim since it's all holdover fits from Hedi's time. For me that denim is as good as it gets. But moreover, this particular store also gets high marks because of its service. I ordered a pair of denim on sale and it was too big. The next size down, unfortunately, was sold out. Not only did the sales associate at BH immediately suggest the denim in the 19cm (i initially ordered it in 17.5), but he offered to exchange it without me even asking, which is technically against policy. Great service - certainly not what you expect from a high end store. I didn't have to bring up my previous good customer history or anything. read more

A really friendly guy named Isaac helped me over the phone and was able to help me trace a pair and have it shipped to me from their Wynn Las Vegas location. Isaac was NOT the stuck up arrogant sales associate I was expecting to encounter lol! He was really friendly, informative and down to earth. Isaac, if you're reading this, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You helped me find the perfect sneaker for my 30th bday bash outfit! And thank goodness I followed your sizing advice because the shoes fit perfectly! Despite Dior Homme's fall from grace lately (you know, after Heidi Slimane left) I love this store. The store itself is small, long and narrow. They have their most recent season first then about halfway is their past season stuff. Their sales are ridiculous, usually 40%-60% off everything besides stuff that carries over every season like their raw denim. The sales staff is super nice and helpful. Also to hint - ask for it if they don't have your size or what you're looking for. They have alot of stuff "in the back" even stuff from 2-3 years ago. I haven't bought anything lately because my new money pit (motorcycles) is taking all my time but i'll be back ! This store doesn't have the selection of the Las Vegas store (at Wynn) when sales roll around but besides that it's a great store. The only two stores I go to anymore on Rodeo (and wilshire) are Barneys and Dior. (park at barneys, 2 hours free w/ validation :P) read more

This store is probably my favorite on Rodeo. I am not a Rodeo type of person, it feels a bit too "uptown" to me, I'm not into the whole vibe I get from it. However, the people at Dior Homme are so much less snooty than I had expected. I tried on a pair of jeans that I almost bought (the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the denim, although it was information I already knew. :) I'm a denim junkie) but I don't like spending that much money with other people around. I'm glad I wasn't pushed into making a purchase, that usually keeps me from coming back to a store. Hopefully, I'll make a trip back to LA within the next few months.
