One lady took the box, checked the clothes and brought everything in the back in just a split second like wth I haven't finish my sentence "I would like to return these...(and order a size smaller!)" When I proceeded to ask if they have my size in store, without checking, the lady said "NO" Mind you, I was talking with another salesman there. I come to Burberry quite a bit. I am a huge fan of their signature tartan pattern that can be found on majority of their clothing. The clothes vary from elegant to a more casual look. This store recently went through a complete full renovation. The new store is beautiful, spacious, and gives Burberry the opportunity to provide its clients with a larger selection of clothes, handbags and leather goods. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by very friendly employees. Most, if not, all of their employees seem happy to assist you. I was browsing around the store, looking for a new pair of jeans and the sales person that helped me was able to answer all of my questions regarding the different styles of jeans they have. There was a pair of jeans I was very much in love with but they did not have my size. Burberry can get the sizes you need overnighted and made available to you to try on and purchase within one business day. I was impressed! I ended up purchasing some jeans they had in store already available. I always require tailoring services on my jeans because they are usually too long. Burberry provides complimentary tailoring and alteration services on all of their clothing. The sales employee asked me how quick I needed my jeans back, they were able to rush my jeans and have them ready within 48 hours. That is customer service! read more

I love this brand and have a number of pieces and pairs of shoes. Last weekend I bought a pair of sneakers - wore them once and can't wear them again because the uppers on the left shoe squeaks so loudly it's distracting. None of my other Burberry shoes do this. Spencer (the manager at Houston's Galleria store) basically said "sorry , you've worn them, we can't take them back, and you'll have to break them in." I get breaking in shoes - I have hundreds of pairs (various labels) and typically breaking in is about comfort. I'm shocked that Burberry - one of my favs - won't stand by their product. My new squeaky sneakers will be the last piece of Burberry I purchase. I have spent tons of money around the world at Burberry! But never have had the horrid experience as I have At The Houston Galleria store! It started 3/18/21 When I purchased items only to get to the gas station and my cc was missing. Thinkn where I spent last, I call Burberry only for them to tell me I forgot to sign reciept and yes they had my card. Hmn but didnt you walk me to the door and hand me my purchase and delightfully said have a great day. Weird. So I had to go all the way back from Sugarland! So two days later 3/21/21 I wanted to buy my mother a few things before I left back to LA ( she loves Burberry) I return to the store before and spent around 2800 this time. I get home and the glasses I purchased are missing!! I call at least 8 times around 12 pm opening hour. I wanted to catch them early to solve this because yet again, I have drive way back over there for their mistake!! When I finally get someone around 12:20 she says the manager will have to call me back she was at lunch ( wow but you just opened at 12pm but ok) So No call all the way up to 2:30. So I began calling no answer finally again around 2:45 someone again answers and says Allison the manager was out to lunch. So I said thats what you said 2 hours ago!! Suddenly she says oh she is in the office let me get her. Now normally I go through ( manager) Aveyah everytime I come to Houston because she knows my track record and she has ALWAYS given me VIP treatment and goes over and beyond!! But unfortunately she was on vacation. So, I get someone named ALLISON she gets on the phone and I explain what a hard time i'm having at this store and how inconviencing this is to me and that when I called to solve this I kept being put off. I said ,"My goodness how much can you possibly eat." Meaning everytime I called they said you were out to lunch!' Allison must have taken my sarcastic joke personal or maybe she does eat allot, im not sure, but she hung up in my face! RUDE! RUDE! when I called back she started screaming she had my glasses as I asked her did you just hang up on me?? So I let her know I'm On way to return EVERYTHING!! I simply packed up all my mothers gifts and took them right on back and got my 2800 dollars and spent it at FENDI! No MANAGER should EVER hang up on a paying customer!! Especially if I was not rude to her nor was this a problem I created! Not sure what ALLISON"S issue was if anything I should have had the attitude being that they seem to have memory loss over there! I love labels...not sure where I learned that from, but I am guessing my dad, who used to mortgage the house on random "stuff." But even if you are not narcissistic or materialistic, you are sure to find something amazing and worth the price tag from Burberry!!! The staff at Burberry is great, even if my manner of dress makes it obvious I do not belong in there! I purchased a wool peacoat the other day from Tina, who was an amazing salesperson. She knew that we were having a baby, and called me several times while my coat was being tailored to see how we were doing. She also decided to ship my jacket to me, free of charge, knowing that the baby would prevent me from picking it up. Thanks Tina and thanks Burberry for taking my hard earned money. I won't mortgage the house on a trench, but I would consider starving myself for a week!!! read more

Visited this store today, day after Christmas, so maybe that was why the service was so poor. Standing with an item in your hand you wish to purchase and you have to find a sales assistant to help you is not what I expect from Burberry. Buying an item from display is also not my preferred option, especially when not offered any incentive. I guess I am spoiled by the fantastic service I get in Burberry Mumbai when we are greeted by name upon entry, but that's part of the reason for going back as a regular. Sweetest sales people ever! I think they have one of the best service. They're always so friendly, kind, respectful and very helpful. All of them are so classy and they even treat you so well even when you end up not purchasing anything. Everytime I purchase something in this store, I always get a thank you note card from the sale person a week or a few days after. I think that is very thoughtful of them to take time on doing that, which I think only proves they care for their customers. read more

If I can't be in London today, I can go to this Burberry. Small but amazingly have 90% of the time what I'm looking for, and if they don't they will gladly find it for you. Granted you can get their smells at any Big Box and vintage clothing you can purchase on Ebay. Pieces I have bought for my SO or myself have been quality, investment items and a watch that I purchased there is an all time favorite watch piece. Staff are educated on the product and their give a damn is not broken. Pricey, yes but you knew that when you came in here, competition has the same mark up. The creativity in the new lines I like, catalogs that arrive in the mail give you a heads up if you are interested in beating the masses. read more

Burberry in the galleria has always been good to me. They are very nice. I have a sale agents who text me when new items come out and when sale items go on sale. She helps and get the items for me. One time a sale rep was kinda mean but my new rep showed up and got her out of the way. I would recommend them. I've been buying Burberry for years. Also they are expensive but not like LV or Gucci. FYI if you buy leather shoes get a better size because they will hurt your feet. They are not true to size. read more

Very racist and I really do not make racism accusations as I feel oftentimes we can overreact or jump to conclusions. But I visited the Burberry Galleria Houston store on Saturday March 2, 2019, at approximately 5-6:00pm. My husband and I entered the store and a very pale young woman with long light brown hair and an accent greeted us. She said her name was Kaitya but her accent (which seemed Russian) was heavy so I am not sure if that was her exact name. The entire time we toured the store this woman followed us around from section to section. Finally after 10 minutes of her following us I asked why was she continuing to follow us? I firmly stated we can shop without any unwarranted assistance. She did not respond and yet continue to stand and follow us throughout the store. I decided to leave my husband in one area of the store while I walked back to the middle of the store just to see who she was going to follow. She ended up deciding to stalk my husband while he browsed. When my husband came to the front of the store there was the store employee walking right behind him. We left the store as I refused to purchase anything, despite coming specifically for a Burberry London sweatshirt. I contacted the store the following day and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Charles and explained the situation and he was VERY rude and unapologetic about the incident. He pretended to not know the employee I was referring to despite my thorough description of her. He proceeded to defend her actions, stating that "Burberry gives world class service so our employees portray themselves as personal shoppers". In other words employees are trained to stalk certain types of people. However there were other individuals in the store who were not being followed at all. I explained to Charles, that I told his employee to stop following us around and she refused to do upon request. Even after letting Charles know this information he still offered no apology, he still defended her actions even though he pretended to not know whom I was referring to in the first place. I asked Charles to check the scheduling and determine the name of the employee I described. He claimed he would check and call me back, but by his tone I could sense he was lying. This was around 12:00pm and at 4:30pm he still had not returned my call. And I know it does not take 4 hours to researched who just worked the day prior. He was lying and didn't care about the blatant racism that he has obviously instilled in his employees to specifically target African Americans and probably supports the noose hoodie that the company created. I contacted customer service for Burberry and reported my complaint about this location. I was contacted by Rocky in Las Vegas who oversees customer service for North and South America on March 3. Rocky was much more understanding and emphatic than Charles and stated the complaint would be handled. I appreciate his promptness and professionalism unlike the employees at the Galleria. I hope this is handled accordingly and the Galleria employees are properly reprimanded. read more

My love affair with Burberry began several years ago, and I have nothing but good things to say about the small collection of products I own. Their products are high quality, meticulously crafted and built to last. Over the years, I have made numerous purchases at this particular store. Most of the time, I do extensive research on luxury goods before I take the plunge, so I don't usually need a lot of assistance. Today, I visited Burberry to purchase a tie for my husband. I was also toying with the idea of purchasing a classic trenchcoat for myself, though I knew I needed to try on several styles and do some comparison shopping first. The store was rather busy when I walked in, so I did not expect to be greeted right away. I did not see any ties laying out, so I made my way over to the sale section to try on some coats. Obviously, I was in need assistance, but the snooty girl managing the area chose to ignore me, and seemed to direct her attention to everyone else but me. She ushered a lady beside me to a mirror, when I was clearly looking for one myself. Others were greeted, and I continued to be overlooked. I was SO frustrated, and I was about to leave without making any purchases, when a more helpful sales associate stepped in and happily assisted me with picking the right tie and finding a trench the right size and length. I had no intentions to make this purchase today, but she was so helpful, I felt comfortable enough to bite the bullet. Alterations are also free on full-priced items, FYI. This is a great perk for me, because I needed to have the sleeves shortened. This isn't the first time I've been overlooked at a store. I'm rather petite and I have youthful features...most of the time, I look more like a high school student than a woman in her 20's. However, I expect to be treated with more respect, whether I have money to drop or not. I bought a scarf at the Burberry store in Las Vegas. The staff at this particular store is much more helpful, despite my small purchase. I even received a thank you card, and I have never received anything from the Burberry store at the Galleria, despite years of patronage. read more

DON'T EVER BUY A BURBERRY WATCH! About four years ago I spent $600 for what I thought would be a quality watch. The first time I exposed the watch to water the glass fogged up! The first time it was submerged in water it stopped working. I sent it for service in Texas, and was told the movement had to be replaced ($200+)! I paid to have the movement replaced, the battery replaced, and the watch to be re-sealed. Almost exactly one year later the watch stopped working when it was exposed to water the first time since I had the repairs made. Apparently it wasn't sealed properly because the movement again needed to be replaced! Needless to say I didn't have the work done. The watch is worth more as scrape metal! If you're thinking about getting a Burberry watch, don't! If you just purchased one, return it! If you anyone considering one of these watches, please share this review! read more
