I went to get my bus towed last month with them money in hand Burdens would not take my money and tow my bus the next day even with nothing on the schedule. Yesterday I called burdens and they told me the city is going to have my bus impounded tomorrow and since they don't have room in their lot they are going to tow my bus to the dump. Now that I don't have the money to tow it to my families property they are going to tow it and all my possessions to the dump. I had the money last month and they wouldn't put me on the schedule for the next day. I'm really upset got nobody to turn to for help went to burdens with my last six hundred bucks and they wouldn't take it or even schedule me to be towed the next day Call it discrimination call it what u will bit they are faulty as hell. read more

Owner was driving, and came across 3 lanes and a turn lane to get on my lane right in front of me. I had to hit my brakes hard to avoid running into the tow truck. I flipped him the bird, and it pissed him off, so he STOPPED on the bridge just before his shop, to brake check me. A complete stop, not just slowed down. I called and tried to make a complaint, and the officer told me to come here and give them a bad review, and that he would talk to Mr burden. I haven't heard how that went yet, since the officer never called again. read more

I needed to have my motorhome towed for repair after it has been vandalized. Burden's is one of the few companies equipped to handle big rigs like my motorhome. Rick and his dad showed up, assisted in replacing the vehicle's battery so we could get it started and then made a recommendation that saved us money, assured we could safely operate the vehicle and relieved our anxiety over a stressful situation. I have had to call them 3 times for things on Hwy 6. First time a wheel fell off a lady's car and she ended up in my driveway. Second time another lady drove to far over while pulling over for husbands nature call and ended up in ditch by other driveway. Today they came out to pull a semi truck trailer back onto the road again from second driveway. They have always been prompt and courteous and easy to deal with. read more

Thermostat broke 25 miles out of Tillamook a little before 5pm. Once I got ahold of Burden's they were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced, everything you need in a tow company. With the car back in town, all the mechanics I called couldn't get to it for almost a week.
