My finance was able to find Sherwin and called him and he said he would be able to fix it THAT DAY! We got a tow truck to take us to his shop and he drove all the way to tillamook to pick up a battery and alternator for my car and once he got back he worked on it for a couple of hours and got everything back up and even noticed my oil was low and put more oil in my car. He was super sweet to us and even helped a handful of other people who had a flat tire while we were there. Not to mention it was Sunday morning when we had called him and he was in the middle of his breakfast and stopped to help us out along with other people who came across him. Submitted their online appointment request and got a call within a couple hours assuring me they can do it and are certified ASE to do it. Isn't this what they do for a living shouldn't they know when they bid a job out the paint that is needed? They also said they would do a better job than the dealership, that the dealership would just dab the two touch up spots (pictured) with paint which is exactly what they did. We would have been better off driving into Portland to the dealership to have it done. There are new chips in the paint on the hood that were not there when we dropped off the car as we inspected in the parking lot when we dropped it off. The owner is extremely rude and aggressive. They do not have any customer service skills and refused to call the dealership for payment directly. Instead they called us and then we had to call the dealership to call them. I recommend going elsewhere. If you go here prepare to be disappointed and not get what you pay for.

I thought the wood he put in was low quality and installation was as well. He never sanitized the air conditioning shoots. material kept falling out of the vents, and I could tell that the vent covers were never touched. Nice guy, mechanically excellent when he actually does it but pricing ridiculous on things done other than mechanics. if anyone goes there and has something done, you make sure that what you asked for was actually done.
