There was no one else in the shop while I got pierced except for the front desk employee, the piercer, me, and my friend which made me feel more comfortable. Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. The girl at the desk was so incredibly sweet and helpful, we loved her! She had glasses and curly hair but I can't remember her name. We ended up picking tattoos from their flash book, and Aaron was our artist. Let me just say it took us forever to choose and we didn't feel rushed at all. It was a really laidback vibe, we appreciated that. Aaron was a cool and kind human being. He explained the process to us and honestly got the tattoos sketched and equipment ready very quickly. This new spot is so neatly laid out, with a front desk and seating area, the four guys each having their own space; yet the shop still feels open and organized. Extra bonus points that there is a great parking lot behind the building. If you want super quality work and serious artistry skills from someone that's been in the business for 20 years who doesn't overbook himself and will get you an appointment set up quickly, James is still my recommendation.
