It's the best burger I've had out in at least a year. I got the olive burger. Sturdy bun, flavorful and juicy burger, great green olives and lettuce. It hit the spot! Thought I would try a new burger place (Burger Street) on Sunday, May 10, 2026. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, especially since it was my first time to visit Burger Street. This is the Pipeline Road location in Hurst and the timeline is between 7:00 pm and 7:45 pm. I placed an on-line order at approx. 7:06 pm. Shortly thereafter, I received a text stating that my order would be ready between 7:20 PM - 7:25 PM and I also received a confirming email advising my order number was e35dfc70 and the pickup time was between 7:15 PM - 7:25 PM. I left my house at approx. 7:15 PM and arrived at Burger Street at 7:25 PM. I stopped at the menu/speaker and when asked by the young woman inside about my order, I told her that I was there to pick up an online order. She told me to proceed to the window. When I arrived at the window, the young woman inside pointed toward the street (Pipeline Road). I do not read sign language and since this was my very first visit to Burger Street, I had no idea what she wanted of me. I sat in my car with the engine running for 20 minutes with absolutely no direct communication from anyone inside Burger Street. No one EVER came to the window to speak with me directly. I waited until 7:45 PM and, at that point, I was concerned that if I got my food, there was a possibility that it may have been sabotaged in some way, so I left. Since this was an on-line order, it was already paid for. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and receive a refund. I was left stranded at the window so I left without getting my food and there was absolutely no communication for an employee if there was a problem or not. Because of this rude and inconsiderate behavior by the employees working that night, I, most likely, will not patronize Burger Street ever again. read more

I wish I had a better experience here, but it was disappointing from start to finish. First, I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes behind only two cars. For a fast food place, that's just way too slow. When I finally got my food, it didn't get much better. I wasn't offered any dipping sauce for my fries--how do you forget something that basic? And the hot dog? It tasted like an Oscar Mayer hot dog you'd microwave at home. It was bland, underwhelming, and not worth the price. The young lady in the drive thru know the products, gave me her suggestions and also offered me dessert! The manager even came over greeted me and handed me my food! Ok, I'm usually not a fan of curly fries (mostly because of the seasoning), but Burger Street has some of the tastiest (and addictive) curly fries to me. (Thankfully they don't use the curly fry seasoning) As far as the rest of the food, I think it's pretty good! Normally, I get the Sliced Turkey Sandwich (Hot, as in cooked) or on occasion the Olive burger. I'm not a fan of the leathery lettuce, but they slice it into small pieces so I can deal with it. BTW, did you know that you can get a Strawberry Shortcake there. Yeah, drive thru Strawberry Shortcake if you're a fan. My only complaint is the price. Don't get me wrong, they give you plenty of food (I think their burgers are 1/3 of a lb.). But, at around $7-8 a combo, the sticker shock for a drive thru burger starts to set in when you have a McDonald's or Whataburger so close to you. BTW, if you're not too picky (and you plan ahead) you can curb the cost of some of the combos here by printing a coupon from their website ($1 off combos 1,2,3 and 4) I completely recommend it, but if you don't use the coupon then don't go there on a budget. read more

I feel that for a drive-thru/dine outside burger joint, the food here is just too expensive and not even worth the money. I've been going to burger street since I was a child. It has always been one of my favorites. Ive moved out of state and back and coming home to this is one of my favorite things. I can literally eat a burger in 2 minutes flat from this place - they're delicious. This location is the best in the metroplex as far as I've tried. Friendly service and people who care, they recognize me because I come here so often. I moved and now I'm closer to the location off of Rufe snow but drive back to this one because they're so much better. Definitely recommend if you haven't tried it. I am only reviewing the single deluxe hamburger that I had from Burger Street today. The cost of the burger was $5.45 (a cheeseburger from the Whataburger across the street is $3.50.) The meat was good, however, the type of lettuce used is the dark green, thick and leafy kind which I cannot stand. There was an odd taste to the buns (either the oil used or maybe a butter?) It took almost 10 minutes to make my single cheeseburger. The cost/value is a 0 for me and the taste is 2 stars. Go across the street to Whataburger and get a bigger and better tasting burger for (almost) $2 less. read more

This is a fast food place the way they used to be before they all started handing you a microwaved burger that had been sitting in hot water all day. So, it will take a little longer but stays hot longer because it isn't just warmed in the microwave. If your not up to a five minute wait then best head to another fast food place for a nuked burger. I gave this Burger Street 2 stars, because the guy who took my order was very friendly and earnest. HOWEVER: I ordered a burger with mustard, no mayo or ketchup. Yep, you guessed it: The burger they gave me was HEAPED with m & k. Fortunately, I was dining in the place, so it took it back to the nice order guy. If you've never been to a Burger Street, the indoor dining area is tiny, basically a counter against the window. I watched him take my burger back to the preparation area and speak with the cook. The cook took off the bun on the mayo side, scraped (most of) the mayo off the sandwich and put mustard and a new bun on. WHAT?!? They couldn't give me a new burger, made to my original order?!?!? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. When I received my order in the drive thru I politely pointed out that it was not done as requested, and when I received it back, I sat there and checked it to make sure it was correct. Im so glad I did, because I saw that they had placed a BUG on my burger! Once I saw it and was terrified, the guy inside the window was laughing, and it was very obvious it was done on purpose. I went all the way up the chain and while there were apologies made, I was not left feeling confident that it wouldn't happen again to anyone else. Powerful...Haunting. I have eaten at Burger Street constantly for the past 3 months. I have just eaten their Olive Burger. Aside from puking there every time I eat there now, I now have a new level of appetite. If my food isn't made by Burger Street, guess what? I'm not eating it. I've only gotten Salmonella 3 tries from eating there. Aside form the food, the staff are so nice and fresh. They always greet me with their white pearly smiles as-well as a friendly hug. I've been judged and taunted for eating at Burger Street daily. But I don't care. My ears have been plugged with their spicy chicken and hot cheese. I don't even speak to my own daughter anymore. The last words I remember telling her was, "Burgers are here!" That's it. I haven't heard anything form my family since. My wife has divorced me and my parents no longer accept it. Although, It's all worth it. Every bite, every gulp, every shit I take, I feel satisfaction and pride. But to get back on topic, Burger Street is phenomenal. Jaw dropping. Every time I here meat sizzling my mouth begins to salivate and I can't stop. Saliva just rolls down my chin into my trousers. Everybody should eat at Burger Street. Their cows are dropped in a bucket of butter the second their skin touches the sun. After drying up, each cow is tenderized by a simple process of brutal abuse. After going to hell and back, each cow is forced to watch saw 3 in order to make their meat chewy, but not that chewy. They are killed by mint flavored tear gas in order to savor their flavor. After being shipped to the nearest black market, the cows are sold for 25 rupees. Burger Street usually has enough money to buy all the cows in their local black markets. I remember my first burger. I took a bite and then fell into a coma for several or so years. After I was awaken by a Burger Street employee, I knew I was in eternal debt to this man. That is why I do what I do. Some people might think it's inhumane, I think it's delicious. A Hamburger is warm and fragrant and juicy. A hamburger is soft and nonthreatening. Hey! For sweet tea this is the place, it is the best sweet tea anywhere, it is not made with the coffee filter like SOME other fast food places and it isn't left to sit so long that is sours. The tea is always perfect and a large is only a $1.00 plus tax. How good can it get. I always get one for the ride home and one for when I get home. Oh and the food....oh yeah it's good, real good. I have never had a bad burger, chicken sandwich or turkey sandwich yet and never have my fries been soggy or fried in left over grease. Everything is fresh. This the best place to eat. I have had a 17 year running battle with these people, counting the 10 years when I boycotted them.. my growing Son likes the food, so to accommodate him I have gone back a few times.. my boycott began because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order my burger with NO CHEESE.. I am willing to be charged for the cheese (which they insist on), and EVERY TIME they put cheese on the burger.. I am not kidding in the slightest.. happened tonight.. my fault for driving away before checking the burger.. as I told my Son, "burn me once shame on you, burn me 550 times, shame on me"! I always bring the burger back and make them do it over, but it adds 30 minutes time, I have to eat the fries before the burger (they will get cold), etc.. every new employee screws it up just like their ancestors. they never demonstrate regret or fault, and as such they will continue to make the same error year after year. read more
