Lunch Special, Burger, Fries and a Drink
    Bailey H.

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I can tell this place had a lot of history and has a lot of interesting and unique decorations. There is definitely not another burger place like it in the area. You order at the front and can hear and smell the burgers being cooked right behind the cashier. The burger was delicious and so were the fries! I could tell they were made fresh and went great with some ketchup that they keep in cold bottles. Only down side for me was they were out of ranch and as a Texas ranch lover that hurt a little but everyone was super helpful and friendly and I had a great experience. Will definitely be coming back!

hole in the wall but worth itttttt. Elvis themed and it is such a throwbacl setting with jukeboxes spread out. Now starts the rave about the food. So flavorful and tasty. The fries are impeccable and salted perfectly. The elvis burger was a chili cheese burger with pickles lettuce cheese. It was bursting with flavor in my mouth. So good. I will come back

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not even go back if someone else was paying for the meal. The fries look like they were cooked in 10-year-old grease. the combo meals do not come with a drink you have to pay $2 extra for a drink. for two large hamburgers with french fries and two drinks it was over $30. While we were there another customer asked if they could have a refund because their meal was pretty much inedible and the girl behind the counter said they do not give refunds change. They offer a Frito pie on their menu but when we ask for a fork, they said they had none. they also did not have change, they had to go to the store in the same parking lot to get change for a customer.and i don't understand why the card receipt says Haltom Chinese that in itself is weird

Menu as of 11/11/24. They now take credit cards!

Old school burger joint. Great burgers and hand cut fries (not frozen). They now take credit cards. It's really all about the burgers. Inside isn't much is why it's a 4 based on food and service is why it's 4 and not 5!

Double bacon cheese with grilled onions and jalapeños

Terrible looking building and location, but the burgers are worth it. Very delicious and served hot off the grill! Had a double bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. Very delicious. A bit pricey and they don't have a soda fountain so prepare to buy canned drinks, but very delicious burgers. Did not get any fries. I had my double with 2 mountain dews: $14 cash. Great service. Weird decorations, but don't let that throw you off

    Burger and fries

Very delicious!! I'm coming again! I love how the place is decorated the place kinda looks sketchy on the outside but don't judge a book by its cover

May I recommend the Double Meat Cold Chili Cheese Explosion Burger ?

Very middle of road. Greasy, tasteless and overpriced for what it is. Interior is pretty cool though.

Burger was good. Fries were $4. total was $11. I guess that's the normal for today's economy.

Let's start with my husband's jalapeño burger... y'all... he took ONE bite and immediately hit me with "this tastes like a high-quality homemade burger." And he wasn't lying. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked--like backyard grill mastery but elevated. Now let's talk about the kiddo's chicken tenders--because WHAT?! These weren't your average frozen, tossed-in-the-fryer situation. These were hands down some of the BEST chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Fresh, crispy, perfectly breaded, cooked to absolute perfection--and don't even get me started on the fries... golden, crispy, and downright addictive. And then... MY plate. The street taco plate with carne asada. Listen... this didn't just meet expectations--it BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. The meat was fresh, insanely well seasoned (not overdone, not dry--just PERFECT). The flavors were bold without being overwhelming. And the sauces?! Unreal. The serrano sauce had the perfect kick without burning your soul off, and that avocado salsa? Smooth, flavorful, and chef's kiss. As someone who lives in Texas, I can confidently say--this is NOT your typical Tex-Mex spot. And thank goodness for that. So many places either overcook everything or completely miss the seasoning... but not here. This is authentic flavor, done RIGHT. This has officially become my go-to taco spot. No question. No competition. We WILL be back--and not just once... this is going into regular rotation. If you're even THINKING about trying this place--STOP thinking and GO. You can thank me later.

I've been here three times already and I'm ready to leave a review!…read more The first time, we decided to do takeout. I got the California Avocado Burger with onion rings, and my boyfriend got The Big Mike with chili cheese fries. Both burgers were fantastic. The onion rings were well battered and good. The chili cheese fries, on the other hand, were not great. Do NOT get the chili. The second time, we dined in. I got the Jalapeño Burger, and my boyfriend got the Steak Philly with a side of onion rings. The burger was bomb, but next time I would get it with a different type of cheese. They weren't skimpy with the Steak Philly at all, but it was just meh. The third time, we dined in again and decided to get the 10 Al Pastor tacos deal. I loved how it was plated, and they did not skimp on the meat, but it was way too salty. Service is quick, and the wait for the food isn't long. They do get pretty busy, but there's plenty of seating. They also have an area where you can grab your own condiments and peppers, which I love. I would definitely recommend their burgers for sure. Bonus points for the drive thru.

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

This was more like a sports bar to me. It looks like a house from outside. They have a deli, bar and burger place all together. We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double. It was a nice experience, probably fun to go at night when they have a band. I personally won't return to eat lunch because we felt it was overpriced for what we had.
