Haha this place is unique and fun... the food is definitely made fresh to order and absolutely delicious!!!!! The staff is very nice and the ladies were totally sweet !!! I will definitely recommend this burger box to every one!! Prices are very good too !!! It's a Haltom city charm and you don't find these kidnof places anymore..

Mushroom Swiss Burger - Menu item #8

I almost don't want to review this place out of fear that it will become too popular. Burger Box is one of those nice hole-in-the wall burger joints that is surprisingly good. I've tried just about everything on their menu and its all delicious. This place kind of reminds me of Lucky Wishbone only better. Their prices are reasonable compared to other fast food establishments and the service is great. The servers are very nice and make you feel right at home. Remember customer service? That courtesy we used to get back in the day? ;) Well, check out Burger Box and you will find a nice, quiet place to enjoy a meal.

    Philly Cheesesteak!

My husband and I went on a mission to find a small business hamburger joint, well we ended up here and neither of us got a hamburger LOL He ordered a Patty Melt and I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak. Both were absolutely amazing, fresh and full of flavor. Fries were perfect, let me just say there wasn't anything left in our baskets! If i can change anything it's adding more veggies to my Philly! We can't wait to go back to try something else, this time we'll bring the kids because we know they'll love it just as much as we did!!

    Amazing Burgers!!

If I could give OC Burgers more than 5 stars, I absolutely would--this place is an absolute GAME…read moreCHANGER. Let's start with my husband's jalapeño burger... y'all... he took ONE bite and immediately hit me with "this tastes like a high-quality homemade burger." And he wasn't lying. Juicy, flavorful, perfectly cooked--like backyard grill mastery but elevated. Now let's talk about the kiddo's chicken tenders--because WHAT?! These weren't your average frozen, tossed-in-the-fryer situation. These were hands down some of the BEST chicken tenders I've had in a long time. Fresh, crispy, perfectly breaded, cooked to absolute perfection--and don't even get me started on the fries... golden, crispy, and downright addictive. And then... MY plate. The street taco plate with carne asada. Listen... this didn't just meet expectations--it BLEW THEM OUT OF THE WATER. The meat was fresh, insanely well seasoned (not overdone, not dry--just PERFECT). The flavors were bold without being overwhelming. And the sauces?! Unreal. The serrano sauce had the perfect kick without burning your soul off, and that avocado salsa? Smooth, flavorful, and chef's kiss. As someone who lives in Texas, I can confidently say--this is NOT your typical Tex-Mex spot. And thank goodness for that. So many places either overcook everything or completely miss the seasoning... but not here. This is authentic flavor, done RIGHT. This has officially become my go-to taco spot. No question. No competition. We WILL be back--and not just once... this is going into regular rotation. If you're even THINKING about trying this place--STOP thinking and GO. You can thank me later.

I've been here three times already and I'm ready to leave a review!…read more The first time, we decided to do takeout. I got the California Avocado Burger with onion rings, and my boyfriend got The Big Mike with chili cheese fries. Both burgers were fantastic. The onion rings were well battered and good. The chili cheese fries, on the other hand, were not great. Do NOT get the chili. The second time, we dined in. I got the Jalapeño Burger, and my boyfriend got the Steak Philly with a side of onion rings. The burger was bomb, but next time I would get it with a different type of cheese. They weren't skimpy with the Steak Philly at all, but it was just meh. The third time, we dined in again and decided to get the 10 Al Pastor tacos deal. I loved how it was plated, and they did not skimp on the meat, but it was way too salty. Service is quick, and the wait for the food isn't long. They do get pretty busy, but there's plenty of seating. They also have an area where you can grab your own condiments and peppers, which I love. I would definitely recommend their burgers for sure. Bonus points for the drive thru.

Gustos Burgers N Stuff is basically a house turned restaurant and bar. You literally walk through the front door and walk through rooms. They also have a nice backyard turned into a large patio. Customer service was great. You order at the counter and when your food is ready they'll bring it out to you. The food menu is pretty small and simple. They have one starter which are the jalapeno poppers. It's your standard popper but they elevate it by glazing it with salted brown sugar honey butter. It is really good. I'm usually not big on sweet and savory combos but this works and packs just the right amount of heat. Burgers is their game. Smash burgers to be exact and the best variety in my opinion. They have 4 meat options as well as an Impossible Burger option. They come in single, double or triple meat and the price varies according to what you pick. First time here so I had to go with just a regular smash burger which is the Gusto Burger. I can't remember if I went double or triple, but either choice is good as one thin patty is never the move with a smash burger. It comes with American cheese (the only right cheese for burgers), caramelized onions, their house sauce and pickles. It comes on a buttered toasted bun which held up nicely to all the toppings. This burger was outstanding. I would put it up there as one of the best smash burgers I've had. Everyone in our party agreed. I went with tots for my side and it was a very generous portion that was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely. I washed it down with a local beer from their nice selection of draft beers. They also have a nice variety of bottled drinks as well as cocktails. I am glad we randomly found this spot in Fort Worth because it was a solid spot to quench our thirst and fill our bellies. I will most definitely be back when in the area.

Right by TCU so it's obviously the place to go for a good smash burger that is reasonably priced for what it is. Service is kind and we got our food fast enough. The tables turn quickly but they basically have no time to wipe them down. I always love the Maine root soda selection. The smash burger is absolutely soaked in grease. That's even with two patties! As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

This was more like a sports bar to me. It looks like a house from outside. They have a deli, bar and burger place all together. We walked in and the lady behind the deli said to sit anywhere and you could order anything from the table. We were immediately asked to open a tab, which was fine, just unexpected. We were really there just to try the burgers and look around. You can't really get up and look around while you're ordering from a table. Our waitress was new but still seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh. We only had the burgers. They were juicy and good, but could have used some salt and pepper. The burgers are on the small side. Quarter pound patty burgers without a side are nearly $13 and it was five dollars to make it a double. It was a nice experience, probably fun to go at night when they have a band. I personally won't return to eat lunch because we felt it was overpriced for what we had.

I really liked the burger and Philly but they do lightly dress everything so we ended up adding a little bit more mayo at home. The hot wings were well made with a very vinegar based buffalo hot sauce while the fried pickles were absolutely delicious. They tasted like best maid pickles and I'm a sucker for those! The rand is made in house and was also very well made. The catfish was good but the breading was definitely on the saltier side, paired with tartar sauce it wasn't too bad.
