Chapps has good customer service every time I present myself and the size of the burgers have some weight to it. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I prefer a Buffalo sandwich that is fully coated in sauce, but this one seemed like the sauce was simply added on top. The chicken itself was average, and the bun was noticeably larger than the chicken portion. On a positive note, the fries and lemonade were both above average and helped balance out the meal. While this visit wasn't a home run, it wasn't a total miss either. I'd be willing to give Beef-a-Roo another try in the future, but I'd likely order a different menu item next time.
